Good workout biker shorts
Ordered my regular size. It's a bit tighter than the TnaLife leggings but I like the compression. I usually have hard time finding legging that fit my waist. The TnaLife waist will stretch out and doesn't fit my waist anymore after one day wearing but this pair won't. It hold your body in place and very good for workout. I wore this for dancing and it looks so good with crop top. But the waist line tucks into my waist a little bit. If you do mind that then size up.

The shorts stretch well when I have bad bloating days (why I usually buy medium sizes in bottoms) but these stretch, keep their shape, and look great. They keep me cool in Austin, TX heat and the pockets are great for my large phone.

Love at first wear
Love love love them. I love the side pockets which are handy. I got them in black and blue. Washed them once and so far the material is great. I’m happy I got them for the summer.
