Calling all high-waisted pants

This is a fully fashioned turtleneck sweater with voluminous lantern sleeves and a cropped silhouette. It's knit with Breeze Merino — extra fine merino wool and cotton yarn with lightweight, all-season warmth and a soft feel. It's constructed using a Double Knit stitch for structure and a flat, dense feel.

  • Care: Keep a good thing going by giving this knitwear the care it deserves:
    • Prolong the life of your knitwear by washing less often.
    • When needed, hand wash in cold water using mild detergent specially formulated for knitwear. Steer clear of fabric softeners.
    • Rinse well after washing, but avoid ringing. Gently roll the garment in a towel to remove any excess water.
    • Reshape your garment while still damp, and dry on a flat surface.
    • Store your knitwear folded to prevent stretching.
    • If pilling occurs, use a sweater comb or sweater stone to gently remove pills.

Shorter than expected !
Overall, the sweater looks good and elegant. The material is soft and pleasant. However, I had to exchange it for the bigger size as the sweater was shorter, then usual Aritzia crop tops.

Soft and Flattering Fit
I really like this sweater as it is a soft merino wool and the arms drape nicely. The turtleneck isn't overly tight around the neck either. I did size up one as I was worried about how short the crop might be. I would advise sizing up at least one size because it is quite short. There are only a few select skirts/dresses and very high waisted pants I could make this work with, otherwise you would be showing some stomach. I haven't yet washed mine but am a little worried about the first wash reading other reviews about major shrinking even hand washing cold. Will have to see how it washes and wears over time.

Cute Turtleneck!
I ordered this turtleneck is the bright green and I am delighted with the colour, fit, and style. The larger sleeves make it a bit more unique than the standard style of turtleneck. It is cropped, but looks great with higher waisted pants, if you don't want to show off your midriff. This is one of my favourite purchases from Aritzia - great value and quality!

I bought this in a size small in the light birch and a medium in the aventurine green. The light birch isn't the most flattering color for pale skin tones as it's definitely more cream colored than shown online. The green is just okay...I honestly liked the color better online than in person. My sizing for Aritzia seems to be all over the place as I have skirts that are XXS but this sweater definitely fit best in the size medium. I'm 5'9" 110 lbs 32B and typically a size small in tops for most brands. Unfortunately, I found the fabric to be itchy which is particularly uncomfortable for something around one's neck so I returned.

Not a fan of the new material
It seems the material has changed to a more cotton feel, and I am not a fan. The quality does not match the price. I have this sweater in the previous merino wool material I purchased over a year ago and it feels light years softer and looks of higher quality. Wanted to purchase another in a different color, but it looks and feels cheap. No thank you
