After having gone through the reviews & read about the fit being a little small, I hesitantly ordered a size up. The dress fits okay when on, but can be a struggle to get on initially. Would definitely recommend ordering a size up!

I would go up a size if you’re tall because it’s short. The top is sheer but not noticeable at night or if in a beach climate. I got lots of compliments.

I really wanted to love this dress. I pre ordered it and wore it once. Washed it following the instructions to the T, The dress shrunk. Even though it never made its way into the dryer. The dress is now a smaller size and I would absolutely recommend sizing up. Otherwise this dress only becomes a one use item (at that price point it isn't worth it).

Cute details but overall very poorly constructed if the materials shrinks after washing following the instructions.

This dress is so short it barely covers my butt! I currently have a seamstress looking at options to add some length.

I wear a 32DD and this is entirely open down to the middle of the ribcage. If you are busty I do not recommend this. The sides are also very short (I am 5'6" and ordered a size 2). I love the look but it does not work at all for my body type.

PROS: Really lovely dress, the skirt is voluminous and is not see through due to the multiple layers it has. Fabric is breathable, dress makes me feel really girly and cute. I'm 5ft tall, the dress hits mid-thigh.

CONS:
The fabric around the waist became frayed after one wash, threads are coming loose all around it. Skirt also shrinks a bit after washing, have to iron it out to get it back to the right length. I ordered this dress in black, and the top half of the dress is decently see through so you can see my black bra under the dress. Neckline is very deep, need to pin it closed. Also, you CANNOT bend over in this dress. Or lift your arms. You will flash everybody LOL

This dress didn't even cover my cheeks. It is also completely see-through. Definitely not worth the money

Purchased M, but exchanged for a S. 5, 4" 136 lbs, 34DDD cup. I tend to be M or 6-8 on most of Aritzia's clothing, but on the Sunday Best label S seems to be the best fit.
I was a little hesitant of the puffy sleeves at first but this dress is stunning, so light and airy and very comfortable. The front opening is fairly deep but paired with a good bra/ support it provides enough coverage & looks extremely flattering.

Overall, the design of the dress is very cute but it is way too short. Too short that you can't wear the dress without leggings. Also the sleeves are really puffy, which made my shoulders look large, and I couldn't get the puffy sleeves to stay down. Maybe this dress would look good on the right person but not me. I'm 5,4" and 125 lbs and it just didn't work. Had to return.

This dress was super cute but it was basically made on a Petite size chart. I’m tall size S/M but I’ve always worn Aritzia items no problem, and usually the model pics help because I’m around that height. Definitely would not recommend for anyone remotely taller or who wouldn’t consider yourself petite.

Super cute dress...BUT had to return for a medium cause oh so short (I’m 5/8) and the medium is still a little short but doable. Also be warned it is slightly see through. And a lot poofier then I expected/looks in pictures.

I really wanted to like this dress but I think you need to have a similar body type to what is modeled to pull it off. I wear size 28 in pants, 36C, and am 5'4 for reference. I got a size medium and the first thing I noticed is that it is pretty short, pretty much as long as it is pictured on the model but I still liked the mini dress style. Also maybe because I have a little bit more hips but I felt like it puffed up the dress more - I felt like a doily, like a dressed up American Girl doll. The elastic on the waistband has some stretch but I still had a little trouble getting it down past my bust. Lastly I will say the puffs on the sleeves are a lot more prominent in person. I think it took away from the rest of the dress and made me look more top heavy.
Don't get me wrong, the dress is still gorgeous. There are probably ways I could make it work but ultimately for the price I'm not going to settle for something that I have to "make work".

Fits well, but the tassel came off after pulling it slightly :( It’s a quick fix, but for the price, I expected it to be a little bit better quality.
