only slip midi dress

This is the best basic dress!!! It is cut on the bias, so it is flattering to the body, and the fabric is thick enough to have some support yet light enough to not feel like it!

I’m 68 and this dress hides all flaws!!!! We are going on a cruise to Alaska this July….I need a dress to change up…..wear as a a dress and a jumper…..this is the perfect dress for travel and I plan to wear it this weekend to mass under a blazer……

This dress was so comfortable and looked amazing. It sits well with curves. I received so many compliments on the colour and dress itself ! Will be buying the other colours

Was skeptical about buying this as we all know Aritzia doesn’t exactly cater to gals considered “plus size”, but wow. I have never felt so confident in a dress. It’s about above-knee-length and I’m pretty tall, and doesn’t cling in any weird places. A beautiful neckline that can be adjusted massively more modest or less. I’m usually a 14/16 and the 2XL was perfect. A win!

Overall a great quality dress.

Quality is so nice. Fit is like it was tailored to my body so it looks more expensive than it actually was. Can be worn in so many different ways and still be put together. Get this!

I adore this dress. It hangs so beautifully. I got it one size up simply because of my proportions (small waist, thick thighs and butt).

I wore this for a baby shower (it was a yellow version with small blue and brown flower print) and it was gorgeous. I had someone tell my how they loved my dress. It’s not very form fitting but I liked the style actually. It’s very light and airy and looks super chic. Can be worn so many different ways it’s quite versatile. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Too little fabric in the front (clings to tummy even though I am slim) and too much fabric in the back (hangs weirdly and piles on top of my booty instead of gliding over it). I tried sizing up but then it just looked like a sack that still somehow clung to my tummy.

I didn't expect to like this dress as much as I did. The fit is amazing - follows your curves, without being too tight. Love the adjustable straps, and length (which hits me right below the knees). I got this in the aventurine green and it is so stunning. Beautiful rich, peacock-green colour. Wore it with a leather jacket for a bday dinner and got many compliments. Looking to purchase it in the burgundy and black now as well. Please make this in navy! For reference, I am 5'6 160 lb 36D chest, and the M fit perfectly without being too tight.

The picture looks white, the dress is a pink. Could we give up the sham of these inventive names for colours? It’s not cute. It’s also see through. All around annoyed at this purchase.

I love this dress, I think the fit is great and the look of it is amazing, however I ended up returning it because I don't think its worth the money.

Got this for a wedding and it is so cute! Photographs well, dogs well, not too tight fitting but still shows your shape.

Relaxed curve accenting dress. Fits perfect. Fabric isn’t super soft, more raw silk then fine, but still feels good on the skin. Definitely recommend to a friend

I got this to potential wear under a knit sweater or over a tight-fitting turtleneck for engagement photos (as a skirt kind of) dressed down. This kind of look will be great for work this fall, too!

Also, I love how elegant it is on its own. Perfect for a formal event.

Okay I was skeptical when I ordered this, I didn’t know what to expect, but omg the fabric the fit the look!!!! It’s amazing like amazing. Feels so good and looks so flattering.

I’m 5”3, pear shape, and around 130 pounds. I’ve gained some weight this summer and needed a new dress that didn’t make me need to suck in all night! This was perfect. It highlighted the right features and hung loosely where I needed it to. It was sexy and sophisticated. The midi length was fine on my height. The bitter sage was a beautiful colour! I’ll be wearing this to events and styling it for work as well. It’s a versatile piece!

I love this dress however after only 2 wears where the strap meets the front of dress is coming apart and so it looks like the strap is ready to pop off. So I'd say the material is delicate. A little sew will fix it no problem but just annoying that has happened.

Perfect length for petite women which is very hard to come by! Size XXS fit me like a glove, falling at the right length for a midi on my small frame. Not too low cut, soft /quality material and beautiful color. For reference, I’m 5’1” 95 lbs.

I love this simple and sexy summer dress. It’s the easiest outfit and makes me feel beautiful. It flows along your curves in a very flattering way. The satin doesn’t easily wrinkle so it still looks nice at the end of the night. I bought the yellow gold colour and received so many compliments on the colour. It is a bit delicate, I went to a restaurant that had wood seating and although it seemed smooth there was a few tiny pulls in the fabric, they’re not too noticeable but I’ll be more cautious now that I know.

I got the color ardoise which looks like it’s a grey/silver. Easy to dress up or down. Perfect midi length which hits mid calf. It accentuates any lumps and bumps. Just throw on a pair of spanx and your good! Highly recommend!!

I work from home and fall into the trap of existing in PJ’s. I wanted something to wear during the day that was both comfortable and elevated. I want to live in this dress all the time. I need more. There will never be enough.

I always am a big fan of this dress. However, the material I purchased this year is a lot more thinner and flimsier than what I got two years ago. Please bring back the old fabric supplier.

This dress is gorgeous oh my goodness! I bought it in light green for my best friend's wedding and I cannot wait to wear it! I'm 5'2 so I'm always worried I'm going to trip in long dresses but this is the perfect length. My only worry is how I'm going to get everything to stay up (38DD), perhaps a strapless bra but honestly worst-case scenario even if I don't wear a bra the dress will still look good!

I am a huge fan of this dress. It lays just right to show off your body shape so you don’t look lost in the fabric, but isn’t too firm fitting. Because of the fabric you can see stuff under it pretty easily, so just a warning to anyone who would not want their nipples/pasties to show, mine were a bit visible (but I don’t mind it that way). I am 5’9, 145ish lbs, and ordered a size M.
