Cute sweater but picks up lint and pills.

The wool started pilling after the second wear. So disappointed, because I loved the way it looked and felt on. I only got it a few months ago and it looks like a cheap worn out sweater 😕 Tried to fix it with a wool shaver but the wool just pills up so fast.

This cardigan is definitely oversized but in a good way. I got a size larger (normally an xs in sweaters, got a small) and it’s great to wear while lounging around or working from home.

The cardigan fits well and is not too oversized. It looks good for casual wear or can even dress it up. The cuffs on the sleeves add a bit of flare. It’s not too hot. Love it - I bought two!

I love the colour and the fabric but unfortunately I purchased it as a final sale item and wasn’t able to return it for a smaller size. I’m usually a small but I could have taken a xs or xxs in this

Great fit, colour is a brown with an olive undertone… beyond perfect for to wear with almost anything.

It was only nice until the first wash. Shrunk, material felt different. It was machine washed and hung dry once, mistake for using the machine but it shrunk soooo much. Not worth it so fragile and delicate and it won’t last you long! Definitely not worth $178

This thing is super huge. I know its oversized, but I'm swimming in it. I wish I ordered at least one size smaller. I got the violet color because it was on sale and it is such a beautiful color.

Pilled and SHRUNK like crazy after one wash! READ THE REVIEWS, this one was a fail. I love aritzia and I buy tons of stuff from them. This is the first time this has happened to me. It shrunk so small my doll could wear it. The pilling also got all over my other clothes and it was horrible. DO NOT BUY BEWARE!

got in the rose/pink colour. beautiful, quality wool. i always do xxs in loose cardis with aritzia and they fit lovely. 125 lbs 32D and 5'4 for reference!

Love this so much. It's very warm and goes with everything. Many other reviewers complained of pilling, but I think it's expected with natural material, I just used a pill cutter and it looks good as new!

This sweater had a nice oversized fit until I washed it. It shrunk so bad, that it now can fit a small child. Sadly I can’t give it to anyone because it got 2 holes in the washing machine. Aritzia has terrible customer, so no sense in doing anything other than leaving a review and hoping they fix their future clothes. Also, this sweater pilled so bad after I bought it. It truly was a waste of $178. I’ll never buy another sweater from there because of this

I've had this sweater for a while, like a year. It was soo comfortable and soft when I first bought it and it also fit very well. After the second wear, it started pilling everywhere, which made it look really cheap. After washing it, it didn't even look or fit like the same sweater :/ Pretty disappointed for the price.

I’m usually a M but I got a L for an oversized, slouchy look. It’s perfect. It’s a soft knit, not too heavy or itchy at all. Definitely a staple wardrobe piece. Easily dressed up or down.

All the other reviews are true :( sadly, this was one of my favorite sweaters until I washed it- followed all the instructions on the label but it still shrunk and the fabric now feels tough like felt. Super disappointed in Aritzia. For the price, I would've expected more

Love this sweater. I have two other of these heavy merino knits and I love them. They are gorgeous and soft. I see so many comments about these shrinking…yes…Never wash these! Just air out between wear. You don’t need to wash wool you aren’t wearing against your armpit. They will pill but that is expected with merino. Just wear a breathable layer underneath and you will never need to wash it, trust the Irish ☘️ I got a large, I’m 5 7” and 170lbs, 36DD. Large fits perfectly roomy. XL would likely have been cozy too.

Beautiful colour. Fits perfectly, large and bulky which is how I prefer my cardigans. However, the material is not the best. Lint formed on the under arms and sides of sweater during first wear. Disappointed

Like most of the reviews here I hand washed this sweater and it shrunk (but still sortof OK) and then I accidentaly washed it in the delicate cycle on cold and now I need to pass it along to a ten year old, Very sad, I loved this sweater - I am wondering if drycleaning is the solution? I would like to order another as I liked it so much. But unless I get confirmation that this will not happen with drycleaning I can't do it. I also shouldn't as Artizia should stand behind the quality and instructions of their apparel - which apparently they are not.

The cardigan looks really cute and feels super soft. It’s easy to be dressed up or down depending how you want to look. But the only issue is that the material is super fragile and after the first wash it shrunk so much…

I bought in small size, but its large which is fine but after wearing it for a few times now it has wool pilling everywhere on it. Just to make things clear, I haven't yet washed it. Very disappointed. Do not recommend it.

The sweater is great until the first wash. Washed in cool water and hung it to dry, it shrunk SO much the arms look silly short. Super disappointing

this cardigan quickly became my favourite article of clothing, it’s incredibly soft and provides the perfect amount of warm for someone who always runs a little bit cold. it does pill a bit, especially in high friction areas but i haven’t been too bothered by it!

It’s a perfect sweater for the weather with nice pockets, nice trim so that it can be dressed down or up as needed and it’s very warm. Very happy with my purchase - I’ve been looking for this kind of sweater for years.

Bought this and wore it on my honeymoon. Now I only have the memory of the sweater in my pictures. I washed it according to the label and it became felted and essentially unwearable. I am sure I will eventually buy another, sigh, but right now I’m just bummed I didn’t read the reviews before washing it.

I bought this sweater on two separate occasions. The first one shrunk so much it fit my five-year-old better than it fit me. So I thought I must have washed it wrong (cold, lay out to dry, did I miss something?) — got another. Exact same situation. I LOVED this sweater but it’s unwearable unless you plan to just never wash it, ever. Sadly can’t justify purchasing a third (Aritzia what were you guys thinking with this one…?)

I had to purchase it twice because the sizing is so off (it’s really oversized) (the guide recommended a medium!) and that in itself was an inconvenience because you can’t return by shipping, only in the store… And there is no store close by my town so I had to rely on a friend to do it for me. Now that I have it in the correct size I’ve worn it three times and it is pilling so badly that it looks like a cheap, crappy sweater. I wish I could include pictures to show how terrible it looks. I thought maybe it would look better after I wash it—but after reading the reviews of what happens after you wash it, I’m now afraid to try that! I do not recommend this sweater, which is a shame because the colour, style and coziness are all great. And it has pockets, too! Too bad. 2 stars for trying.

I absolutely love the colour of this cardigan and how soft it is. However, I’ve only worn it twice and it’s already pilling TERRIBLY. For the cost of this cardigan it’s absolutely not worth it.

The best, comfiest oversized cardigan there is

I ordered cardigans from Everlane, Quince, Madewell, Artizia, etc. and this was by far the best one in terms of comfort and quality. While it was a bit more money, it's 100% worth it. I will be ordering another one. I sized down from my usual Small to an X-Small - and it is still "oversized" and comfortable.

My style is mostly casual. With that being said, I love a good, cozy, oversized sweater. On the models and the influencers, this particular style seems roomier on them than it was in my normal size medium. So if I decide to keep this cardigan I will likely size up. Otherwise, the quality is fantastic.

Absolutely love this sweater! Only warning is be careful when washing.. Mine shrunk to basically a toddler sweater with just the hand wash cycle 🥺

I was impressed with how soft and cozy this cardigan is. I originally bought 1 and after trying it on and realizing how comfortable it was I ordered another one. It will be my travel cardigan because it is wears lightweight but feels warm on.

I loved this loose fitting sweater … until I washed it. I followed all of the instructions - hand wash, cold, etc. and yet - it shrunk - unrecoverable. I have other merino wool sweater and none so fragile as this. $200 down the drain. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable from a quality perspective. I see now from the reviews, I’m not the only one who had this experience. :(

Unfortunately the reviews are true - even when perfectly following the washing instructions, the cardigan shrunk and the material changed into something stiff and unwearable. So incredibly disappointed.

I loved this cardigan and put off washing it since I got it because I was scared it would shrink after reading reviews. I washed it for the first time, in cold water and laid flat to dry... the material is completely changed and it shrunk. I can no longer wear it and I am so disappointed,

At first when you buy it, the fit is really great. It was my favorite cardigan. But after washing it with all de recommendations (hand wash, cold and hung it to dry), it shrunk and now it is way too small to be wear. I am really disappointed and we can't count on Aritzia to help us, they say there's nothing they can do. I was hoping for it to last longer for the price that it was payed. It is not worth it.

If it wasn’t so expensive I would own every colour it’s so cozy and fits nicely!! I’ve had mine for over 6 months and haven’t noticed any pilling
