unwind cardigan

Unfortunately the reviews are true - even when perfectly following the washing instructions, the cardigan shrunk and the material changed into something stiff and unwearable. So incredibly disappointed.

I loved this cardigan and put off washing it since I got it because I was scared it would shrink after reading reviews. I washed it for the first time, in cold water and laid flat to dry... the material is completely changed and it shrunk. I can no longer wear it and I am so disappointed,

At first when you buy it, the fit is really great. It was my favorite cardigan. But after washing it with all de recommendations (hand wash, cold and hung it to dry), it shrunk and now it is way too small to be wear. I am really disappointed and we can't count on Aritzia to help us, they say there's nothing they can do. I was hoping for it to last longer for the price that it was payed. It is not worth it.

If it wasn’t so expensive I would own every colour it’s so cozy and fits nicely!! I’ve had mine for over 6 months and haven’t noticed any pilling

So comfy! Got it in the black so it goes with everything. Feels like it’s really good quality. Definitely on the heavier side so I’ll probably wear it more in the fall/winter but would still probably be great on cooler summer nights.

Love this cardigan - super warm, nice and soft, and covers my butt. Great for cold offices or a layering piece for transitional weather in between seasons where you don't want to wear a coat. I got it in black xs (I am a small/xsmall depending on fit) Obviously it will pill, but it is wool and expected. But you can just remove them and it looks new again. Highly suggest buying this if you don't already have one. Want it in other colours but waiting for a sale. :-)

I love this sweater - it's my favorite. HOWEVER the amount of pilling after the first, and second wear is beyond absurd. No lie. It pilled after the first wear (which was only for an hour). After wearing it 3 times, it looks terrible. I can't believe for the amount of money you spend on it, the pilling is horrible and makes the sweater look cheap. I love how it feels and how it looks. I have the Saville color which is absolutely my fave. It is not the quality i expect and love from Aritizia. I would like to exchange it if possible. Sounds like nobody else seems to have this problem. Hoping it's just this sweater......fingers crossed I get a replacement that doesn't pill.

The sweater is everything you could want. Oversized, a great length, great color….the only issue is the material pills, almost instantly. If you’re cool with pills or shaving your sweatshirt, daily. I’d say get it.

Love this! It dresses up any outfit, is versatile AND cosy. Highly recommend!

I loved this cardigan at first. I washed it in cold wash and hung it to dry it had shrunk 1 size. In my opinion for a $178 cardigan it is not worth it. I reached out to aritzia and they told me there is nothing they can do, needless to say definitely not worth it

I have this kick-a$$ cardi in 3 colours! It is a no-brainer ladies, get this sweater. It is loose fitting and oversized and just generally amazing quality for the price. I wear this cardi in one of the colours at least a few times a week. You can't go wrong with this purchase!

Absolute love this cardigan! Such a classic style without looking like a granny - looks great with work outfits and weekend fits. The material is nice and thick and the knit is excellent quality.

I like the style and texture of this cardigan. It for sure fits very large. I am usually a size M on other aritzia clothes but XS fit me perfectly for this one. I will probably buy another one in a different color.

Bought in a dark olive, it goes great with my black leather pants… just as great with Levi’s and a tee. The fit is generous. Might have been able to size down, but I would rather it be more slouchy than run the risk of looking too corporate.

The fit is comfortable and loose and so soft!

After being washed in cold sensitive cycle. The sweater shrunk and does not feel as soft as before, a little dispointed on quality since its very expensive$$

My bf bought me this cardigan for Christmas and its super warm, comfy, and cute. However, I've barely worn it and it's already pilling in the few weeks I've had it. So soft and effortless, I love everything about it - I’m wearing it right now. You can dress it up or dress it down, and I love that it has pockets.

I love this cardigan so much. It’s oversized but not too oversized. I definitely recommend sticking with your true size. The fabric is so nice. Great quality! It’s so comfortable and looks so cute with so many different outfit formulas! Highly recommend!

love the fit, oversized but not too much. I love the color & fabric & it’s v warm. however I only gave it 4 stars bc it started pilling after the first time I wore it. Not sure if there’s anything I can do to prevent this, kind of a bummer bc it’s a classic piece.

This cardigan is super soft and cozy and feels great on my skin. It’s fairly oversized, which I prefer since it adds to the coziness. It does pill very easily so that’s something to consider as it is quite pricey!

The fit was larger than estimated, so exchanged for a smaller size. Hopefully will have it soon!

I like the oversized look thats why i got medium size, i’m usually size small. Thinking of adding more colors, i’m wearing it nonstop. Recommended

The material is so soft, I wish I had this is every colour! I have been wearing it every day since it came in the mail! It is oversized and the sleeves are a little baggy but it is the look I was going for. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a cardigan! The only thing is that you have to hand wash it which kinda of sucks

Love this cardigan! Easy to dress up and dress down. The material is super cozy and warm. Perfect for the colder weather! I’m usually a size medium but sized down to a small. I’m glad I did! It still fits oversized but I don’t feel like I’m drowning in it.

I really like this sweater. It’s a bit of an oversized fit, but it’s perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. I would say it fits slightly larger. Great layering piece. Very warm and the quality is good. I hope they bring out more colours.

This wool is super soft and the cardigan feels very luxurious however I still might take it back since the sleeves are so full I don’t think wearing a winter coat over it will feel comfortable.

Nice material and worth the price

Very comfortable. I like the wide sleeve with the narrow wrist. Easy to wear around the house especially in the kitchen, I usually take a large size for comfort and have to turn up sleeves. This was an xsmall.

I’ve received many complements on this sweater. It is beautiful for fall. Reviews said it ran larger, so I got an XS (normally a S) and it is perfect. Went with the Gold Caramel colour, which goes with everything. Not itchy. Great purchase.
