Perfect top!
I am obsessed with this little jacket. It is super lightweight and feels just like the other butter items. I purchased a small, and am 32C and have a 26inch waist. The small fits perfectly and it snug around my waist. The arms are fitted, but not too tight. I'm really happy with this fit. If you have a shorter torso (like me), this should hit right around your waist and the small will be snug around the waist. IN my experience with butter products, they do stretch with wear and washes. So if you want it to fit really tight over time, might be best to size down.
