It’s warm, fits great love it!

I initially bought the Teddy Jacket online but ended up going into the store to try on different styles and sizes. The Wilfred Free Teddy styles are all pretty oversized - do what the reviews say and size down at least one size.

While comparing the black Teddy Jacket vs the black Teddy Cocoon - the Cocoon won hands down. It's way more versatile and chic, while still offering the soft fuzzy comfort and warmth. With the same size, XXS, the Cocoon also seems less boxy and more feminine.

Only downsides (which cost a star) is that the Cocoon doesn't have an extra button or two near the top to truly "cocoon" up in the coat. You'd definitely need a scarf to keep your neck and chest warm. And as other reviewers have said, the arm length of the coat is just a smidge short - nothing you can't remedy with gloves/mittens, but if only it was one inch longer.

Overall, a fantastic fun coat. It can be both causal daytime and elegant nighttime.

I was initially hesitant to order this, but I’m so so so glad I did. It goes with everything and it’s super cozy. Every time I wear it out I get compliments on it. I’m typically an XS-S and I ordered the XS. I can still wear an oversized sweatshirt underneath without it feeling tight or restrictive. It’s for sure one of my favourite coats I’ve ever purchased.

I'm 5.3 "and 110 lbs, but when I tried it in the store, the xxs was right.
But I bought it with XS because I wanted to wear it comfortably.
It's very warm, light and doesn't look fuzzy. I like it too.

True to size. I ordered a small, if I wanted to put thicker sweaters under it though I recommend sizing up.

Very warm & comfy. I can wear this Sherpa as casual dress with jeans or dressed up. So glad I made the purchase!

Absolutely love this jacket. I've gotten many compliments on it. It fits true to size for the most part, I would say it's a little oversized but I think that's the way the jacket is supposed to fit. The only issue I have with it is that the lining inside of the pockets ripped almost immediately. I didn't put anything sharp in them either. Otherwise a great jacket that is stylish and warm!

I first saw this jacket in store and over a few months tried to convince myself that it just was too much for a jacket I'd be wearing for spring & fall. But once I went into store and realized is have to wait for september to even consider buying it I bit the bullet and went on a whim to buy it. Now I usually wear size xs in tee shirts, or most sweaters, but I wanted to be able to wear it for a while, and to be able to layer underneath if I needed to. Overall, the jacket is adorable, and fits my body type alright as I have a longer torso and shorter legs in proportion. The pockets I did have to take a seam ripper to, but the pockets are definitely there 😊

It is too thick to me. ㅠㅠ

This jacket has a comfortable fit that is true to size. I love how cozy it is and goes well with a lot of different pieces. The material feels lush and soft. Purchased it in the light pink colour, love it.

I wanted this to be oversized it was already so in retrospect I would have bought a medium (in normally S to M) but I still love it!

This coat is very warm just need to add a scarf and you are all set. It keeps you warm enough in a temp of 40. There is still a lot of room for me but that is the way of this coat was design. More of a boyfriend fit.

I also bought one of your cocoon brown jacket recently and scarves, and bought some of winter jackets in the past it is really warm and comfortable.

Pricey but honestly SOOOO worth it. Always getting compliments and super cozy

I love this coat. It's super stylish and warm enough for weather around 40-60 F. Once you get into the 60s it can be a bit too warm. I would size down. I usually wear a S, but i opted for the XS and love it. 33/26/37 inches 117lbs - as a helpful guide.

I loved it! It's much warmer than expected. I got it oversized so it fits over chunky sweaters.

This coat is so warm and cozy! Just layer it with a wool sweater under and you will be kept warm outside walking in the weather -10_-20 degrees. I couldn’t imagine it would be that warm. Definitely will buy the either white or black color next year. Aritzia, please don’t discontinue this product!!!

My daugther wanted a teddy bear jacket and when I this one I know it will be perfect for her.

This teddy version of the Stedman jacket is EXACTLY what i needed in my collection of jackets! it literally pairs with everthing i own from grey joggers &sneakers to office wear. i take a M in majority of my clothing, this jacket is verrrryyy oversized and thick too -so dont think it’ll show off your figure.if you want more of a ‘fitted’ look then definetly size down

Super cute and cozy!! Love the light pink colour!! I just wish it had one more button on the top to keep it more closed up- especially for blocking out wind.

I never write reviews, but I liked this so much I wanted to. I looked at this coat for a long time before I finally bought it, and I'm so glad I did! It is super warm (like many people have said) cute, and very fun. I wish the arms were a little longer, but that is my wish for basically everything I own. I highly recommend this coat!

Just received this in the mail and wearing today. It's very warm and cozy, very soft and cuddly. Am wearing with Cyprie sweater and was warm enough on my commute even with -25 wind chill. I thought it may add too much bulk and make me look bigger but it is cut in such a way that it does not. Love the fading pink colour. I knocked off one star as I do find that it sheds a little so am not wearing it with dark colours for the first couple of wears and I also find the sleeves a little short by an inch or two.

Purchased XS - normal size considered going up a size to accommodate winter layers but XS is roomy enough for thick sweater with out being too tight. Really cozy and warm.

Got the teddy coat in fasting pink. I typically wear a medium at aritzia but the small size fit just perfectly even with a sweater underneath.

This coat is bananas. It's plush, warm af, and luxurious in an overt, fearless way that makes it the focal point of any outfit. Which, in a Boston winter is perfectly on point. Highly recommend.

This coat is awesome. So warm and cozy. I read reviews saying it sheds. I bought it in pink and it doesn't shed. I bought a size up just so i could fit a heavy sweater under it. A+ teddy coat.

This coat is so beautiful to look at and wear. I took one star off because I feel like the XXS is large on me so not sure about the sizing! But am so happy with my purchase and love wearing it. I get compliments every time I put it on!

The overall fit is great. The sleeves a re a tiny bit shorter than I'd like. The quality exceeded my expectations and it's very warm.

Love the Sherpa teddy. It’s awesome to wear to wear casually but it can also be very dresses if your going out. I have worn it with leggings and a cute top. Also have worn with a dress. Perfect for winter and very warm!

I just got the faded pink one in the mail a couple days ago and I LOVE it! It's super warm, soo fuzzy and soft and it looks good with whatever outfit you're wearing. Totally worth it.

I’ve had my eye on this Teddy since the moment it hit stores. Apparently so did everyone else because it sold out and I only recently received mine in Fading Pink. I’ve tried on a number of similar coats (from other stores) while waiting for mine to arrive and let me tell you...nothing compares. The lines on this teddy are much more flattering and high end. A word of caution...if you are considering a medium, try it on first because there is a dramatic size increase from the small.

Loved the texture but I have a petite frame so even in the XXS I was drowning in it!

I love this coat! I did size down on this one because my usual size seemed a little too overwhelming on my small frame, maybe because its longer. You can dress it up or down, so it is very versatile. It still has enough of an oversized look in one size down. I think the black is really nice looking.

Love this jacket. I normally would have bought a xs but glad I sized down to xxs.
