the super (re)puff™ long

I absolutely love that Aritzia made a down alternative for the super puff as I have been wanting one for a while but refuse to support the use of down. I love my coat and find it very warm. I did size down for a more fitted look as I found the small was a bit loose in the waist area! The only negative thing about my jacket is I got it in black and it is not a true black like the down version. I often have people mistake it for navy blue which sucks.

Overall is good but I thought that it is a bit pricy. The price same as down jacket but this is not down inside of the cloth.

Love the length and the way the coat feels so light. I compared the Vegan down coat to this down filled one and picked the down as more comfortable and light. Very warm - live in Alberta so our temperatures sure dip. The ling length provides great coverage.

I first purchased this coat in XXS in the dark clove. It was nice and snug the way I wanted, but when I tried to zip it up to my neck, I was only able to zip it past my chest. I think this jacket is meant to be a more relaxed fit so thicker sweaters can be worn underneath, but I wanted a tighter fit. I ended up exchanging in-store for the XS. This time when pulling the zipper to my chin, it did go all the way up, but still felt tighter around my neck than I like. If you want to layer a scarf around your neck and have your coat zip, buy your usual size. A small would have fit, but I didn't want any cold air blowing up the bottom of the jacket (personal preference). Now on to the good part! This vegan jacket is SO SO WARM! We are in the midst of a polar vortex in Calgary, AB -30 C with wind chill and this coat is like a really cozy sleeping bag. I am 4' 11" and bought a regular length (not petite) so that it would go to my shins and it was the best decision ever. I was skeptical about this jacket holding up to Alberta, Canada weather, but it has surpassed my expectations. I love the half gloves that cover my hands and how light weight the jacket is because I walk everywhere. I give 4.5 stars due to the zipper being tighter around the neck area, but no half star option so chose 4 stars.

My new favourite winter coat. Perfect for Canadian winters. I don’t have to wear a million layers to stay warm now. I ordered the teal blue and it is a much more mild colour in person, not as bright as in the pictures. I have wanted a long super puff for so long but hesitated because of the down filling used. But they never offered a down alternative in this length until now!!! Definitely worth the money. It is very long on me as I am only 5’2 but it still looks good. Falls about 4” below the knees on me.

I first bought this as a medium based on the sizing selection suggestion. It was too bulky up top. I returned it, went to the store, tried on the small which was a better fit with the same amount of room in the thigh area as the medium - which was my number one concern because I am curvy. I love the colour and the length is great. The built in gloves are soft and great quality. Fantastic design.
