Quality is great, but I don’t like the buggy fit, I am carrying backpack and it not comfortable for me.

Love this but I do wish it had a hood. I bought a small but I could have gotten away with an extra small.

I loved the colour and the sale price but just couldn’t keep it. I felt like a giant marshmallow. Even the puffy collar around the neck was huge. Unfortunately had to return.

It's like wearing a warm down blanket. Super soft and comfortable. The style is amazing and it keeps me so warm.

This jacket is sooooo warm! I have a super puff and it’s very similar. Definitely a more boxy fit but I could care less because it’s still so cute and so warm

I am tall with long arms. Ill be returning the jacket because the arms are too short.

Perfect coat, so warm and soft

Super warm and cozy. I have broad shoulders and a 36DD-E chest but wanted a coat I could still wear sweatshirts under. I struck out with every other brand I tried including Canada goose, Eddie Bauer, Zara, j crew, and Uniqlo. After too many trial and errors this coat is the winner by far, it was such a relief. I moved back east this year to upstate New York from Arizona and forgot the struggle of finding a solid winter coat that fits people with a bigger chest and shoulders! I wish it came with a hood but I honestly don’t notice as much as I thought since I wear beanies anyways and the coat comes up to my ears so extra warmth around your neck

I have this coat in the short version in small and it has some room but still fit nice, but when I saw other reviews suggesting to size down I did just that and ordered an XS. I have never purchased an XS coat. It's still slightly oversized but it's perfect, able to layer underneath it with bulky sweatshirts if I want. It weirdly doesn't look huge either. I love the short version, it kept me warmer than my expensive coats, but wanted to get something even warmer and longer and this fits the bill perfectly! Protects from the wind and super high quality. I DO wish it had a hood but I'll survive lol

I purchased this coat for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. It runs a little large so be sure to size down but otherwise I have no complaints especially since I own 2. Lol! The coat is fashionable and warm so you definitely can't go wrong.

I ordered my usual size Small but needed to go down to XXS.

It's super warm up to -10C.

I’m normally a S / XS but had to exchange my original order for a 2XS, the XS was uncomfortably big. The 2XS fits perfect, hits just above my knees and the sleeves are the perfect length. Fabric is very soft. Seems very warm, hopefully it gets me through my first winter in Toronto!

So warm and cute. The midi is the perfect length if you're a bit shorter but I recommend sizing down a size or two. It fits larger than the super puff coats. For reference I'm a small in the super puff coats and have a medium in the vest, but I have an x-small in the cloud puff and it's a bit too roomy for my liking (I was too lazy to exchange it) but it's still my favourite coat.

This jacket is a must! I’ve tried the TNA Bancroft Parka, Uniqlo puffers, Lululemon puffers; this is by far the best jacket I’ve owned. It's super warm (I've worn this in -40 degrees Celsius weather) and stylish.

I got the Cloud Puff in Dry Basil Green, and I have never gotten so many compliments on it - (seriously, people have stopped me to ask what I’m wearing.) Don’t be intimidated by the green; it has gone so well with my everyday outfits!

I definitely recommend sizing down. I usually wear a size M, but I got a Small. Despite sizing down, this jacket is still slightly oversized and allows me to layer up. I am also 5’2, and this jacket ends around my knees.

One of my favorite things I've purchased from Aritzia. It truly is like a big cloud. Perfect amount of puff. SO soft. I'm usually a small and sized down to XS.

I’m 5,8 & 120lbs and the XS fits perfect! I was super hesitant to do XS since I have broader shoulders as well but the arm length is perfect and I still have room for layers.. the green color is a lot more muted in person in an amazing way, I love it so much could not be happier I went with green too!

Good quality but very large. At least 1 maybe 2 sizes too big.

It fits pretty loose, if you’re okay with that then get your true size! The ONE thing I don’t love is that the fabric gets dirty easily, so you just have to be mindful! Otherwise love!

Love my new puff. Super warm and cozy. Fits a bit big so I got 1 size smaller than I usually wear. The only downside is the pockets are too far on the side so it’s really hard to put stuff in my pocket and pull it out.

Personally, I found it to be a claustrophobic jacket. The mobility in the car when wearing it is limited (reaching for something) etc. The puff is a lot. I'd rather something that had more softness, maybe the duvet would be better. Also, the sleeves cut off right at the wrist with no infamous "semi glove" built in. And I probably could have worn it one more winter, but I quickly learned, I'd prefer a jacket with a hood.

Cozy coat only wish the sleeves had cuffs, slightly short on arms. Hopefully dog hair will not stick. Find the body is wider than need be. Overall like it.

Fits large, I would recommend buying a size down. I usually wear a medium or small in Wildfred, and the XS fits me perfectly.

I got a size medium. It’s a bit big yet I like it more oversized and cozy. I’m 5’7 and it reaches right above the knee.

I’ve been searching for a staple black, long jacket now, and I’m happy I went with the Cloud puff!

For reference, I am 4’11 and the midi length falls a few inches under my knees. I chose the XXS and it still fits largely on me (I can wear a thick sweater underneath, so definitely size down!)

I also own a Super puff and I find the Cloud puff much warmer in comparison + I enjoy the no hood style.

Highly recommend.

I'm 5'1" and I usually wear XS in Wilfred. I took this in a XXS and I still have lots of room. I imagine if they made a XXXS, that it would still fit me. This coat hits my knees- a great petite option.

Overall I find this coat warmer than the Super Puff, which I also own.

One downside of this coat is that the material, which I would consider like a brushed cotton material, is highly susceptible to light salt/dirt marks and attracting lint. It comes off easily when you rub it with your bare hands, but it makes the coat look frumpier.

Love the jacket but the fit was more oversized then I anticipated. I ordered a XXS when regularly i’m a Small. I’m 5’4 and 115-120lbs. The XXS fit best with a slight oversized look.

A great twist on a classic puffer. The collar keeps in the heat without the bulk of a hood. But definitely size down! I have been a S in previous Community parkas, but with this Wilfred style I got an XS and still have room for a thick sweater underneath on the coldest days.

56 kg 170 cm size s and was huge.

I love the matte black material, the mock neck and the chevron seams. It's very large though... but i like the baggy style nevertheless

Feels like a warm hug. Definitely the most comfortable parka I've ever owned. And I don't even need a hood with how high the collar is. Love it a lot.

Great coat & comfortable size. I am 5'7 and got a small. It is enormously puffy which is great in the cold weather you will not be cold in this coat. Super trendy all my friends love the look.

Bought small fit perfect in body, good quality but sleeves too short. 5’7” fit most styles small to medium but sleeves length more for petite size

I looove my jacket. Its so cozy and in my opinion, its true to size. I'm normally an xs and thats exactly what i ordered! I do not regret this purchase at all

I'm 5'2", 150 lbs and got a SMALL if that tells you how oversized it is (I'm normally a L/XL). The small even has room for thick sweaters underneath. I have short legs so prefer this style over the cropped. It is truly so warm - I wore it in 36 degree weather with a sweater underneath and was sweating. I like the matte fabric but it does require a lint roller if you get a dark color. My first Aritzia purchase and 100% worth the price.

To be honest, I was a bit worried about the jacket being TOO puffy, but after a few wears, you get used to it. This jacket honestly goes with any casual outfit and keeps you SO warm. I’m 5’5” and weigh 120lbs - a size small was perfect for me. If you want less of a puff, I recommend sizing down. Would give it 10 stars if I could! Thank you Aritiza!!!

Purchased this in an XS knowing the fit based off reviews. I usually wear a small and the XS is still larger than what I thought. Kept the XS as I still love the fit.

I'm usually a size S but so happy I purchased an XS because the jacket fits pretty oversized. I'm 5'3 and the jacket hits just above my knees. So cozy and warm!!!

I expected better quality and fit for this parka's price. The fit is slightly larger (I'm 5'10 and size S) but it doesn't look/feel good on. The colour is great and it is warm, but the quality and construction falls short of expectations and product pictures on the site.

The best jacket, so warm, so cozy & so many compliments! I wish I had ordered earlier in the season. Worth the $$$.

I am in love with this jacket!!! I own two of the super puff coats as well and the cloud is by far my favourite!!! Only comment is that this jacket is HUGE. I usually order a medium and I ordered a small. I could of probably gotten an xs tbh and it would of still had enough room for sweaters. This jacket is so warm and cozy!!
