I have suffered through years of Midwest winters, buying the other high end brands and never quite feeling warm enough. This coat is truly life changing. I no longer fear the winter! Well worth the investment!!!!

Ordered it online. Like the way it is but the size is bigger. Used to have a medium size, ordered small but its still big, XS would be perfect but no size available. Also the smell is off so I ended up returning the item.

I ordered my regular size mid length but had to return the first jacket since it swallowed me. In addition the coat smelled like mildew. Even the bag it came in smelled like mildew. So I returned it and I reordered in a size M. It arrived very quickly and I am so pleased! First there is no odor and. It feels like I am walking in a big soft pillow. It is so warm. This is the best purchase I have made this year!!!. . The smaller size is more fitted and it doesn't feel too bulky.

After a month of wearing the jacket the seams were coming apart and strings were popping up - not what I expected for an almost $400 jacket. Does keep you warm though.

This is my first time purchasing from Aritzia and also the first time purchasing a coat like this. Let me just say this off the bat....EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!! It's stylish, warm, and a staple for the winter. I actually bought this for a trip to Chicago and it kept me warm in 20-30 degree weather. It literally felt like I had a blanket wrapped around my body the entire time lol. I'm glad I sized down though because it fit perfectly and not too big and not too small. I purchased a 2XS and i'm 5'3, so this hit me about mid-calf.

The arms are a little short for me I’m almost 6ft and they are long. But the body is pretty roomy. If I could keep the style of the cloud puff but the fit of the super puff it would be perfect!

This coat is absolutely perfect! True to size and very warm! 10/10 worth the money!!!

Love this coat! The color is my favorite part. One thing I will say is it is super puffy to the point where you sit down in a car and sometimes have trouble closing the door!

It’s very warm and stylish. I normally wear 2xs, or 00, but this one is too big on me. If there is a 3xs, I would give it a 5 star

I’ve been looking for a down filled long puffer coat for years, like the one I wore to keep warm while walking through NYC during the holiday season back in the late 1990’s, early 2000’s. This finally duplicates that warmth in a roomy, comfortable fit, and classy look. It is long for my 5ft 1” stature, but that is fine with me, because my legs are always cold.

Ordered a small but it is massive—not just room for layers big, like a full size or more big. If that is the fit you want, order your regular size. Otherwise go down a size at least. It loses a star because of the size issue.

Obsessed with my new Cloud Puff Maxi - I live in San Diego so I don't get to wear it often, but the fit is insanely flattering. I swear this would look great on anyone. I'm 5'-4" 140lbs and ordered a size small - oddly refreshing because I usually feel like I'm drowning in clothing like this. It's a bit on the spendy side but oh-so-worth it.

I received the coat today in the mail. I ordered a size M since I'm a size M in everything else. I read it fits "slightly smaller" which I very much disagree with. It was so big on me!! It's very warm and comfortable but way too big. Had to return it in the mail and now I have to wait 10 business days to order a size S.
Definitely SIZE DOWN with this jacket!

If you are looking for a jacket that keeps your legs warm, this is the one. The length of the coat is the main reason I purchased the jacket. Ive already worn it multiple times and no air seeps through the coat or gets underneath that jacket and it keeps you very warm.
