the '90s ali sherpa coat

Quality is beautiful, light denim is great too, but across the chest & shoulders is big , almost like there are shoulder pads in it but there aren’t . A medium would be better but sold out .

First, the coat is huge. I got a L and it was massive (usually a M/L in Artizia brands). M is a perfect oversized fit. I'm a standard size 10 in most stores.

I get more compliments wearing this coat than any other item of clothing. It goes with everything and looks effortlessly cool.

I wish it had a zipper or buttons instead of snaps. They pop open at the hips if you bend over at all.

Coat is fully lined and I find its good for temps as low as 0.

Best coat ever. So warm and such a cool look. Goes with everything. I have a shorter version and agonized over getting this ome because it's expensive but it's been so worth it. First coat I reach for, every time. I'm 5'8" 130'lbs and a S fit perfectly. Def an oversized look, in a good way. I might've tried an XS but I have long arms.

I knew that it was a larger fit so I bought an extra small. But even that was too big. It was fairly gappy in the back and didn’t look flattering. Reordered the 2xs and it was a great fit! I can wear hoodies underneath it and still feel comfortable. It definitely fits larger so I would size down one, possibly two sizes, depending how loose you want it to fit. Overall really cute and warm.

Loved it online. Bought a medium and it was too big through the arms but loved the oversized fit through the body. Bought a small instead but it wasn’t big enough through the body, the clasp around my waist was too tight. Putting my hands or keys in the pockets made it pucker and look very round in the upper half then narrow through the bottom. Jean fabric was nice and soft, sherpa dupe was meh. Better than some plastic-esq sherpas out there.

Super soft denim and interior fabric. Fits loose as shown in the pic which I like cause I want to layer underneath. Love everything about this denim jacket plus so much more!

Love this coat. Fit is good. I purchased an xs. I am 5"7 130lbs and fits perfectly. Length is great and actually keeps me pretty warm on chilly fall days.

Could have gotten a Xxs. But I wanted an oversized fit.
Jacket is everything I hoped it be!!

I really wanted to love this jacket, but because I wasn’t able to try it on at a local store I was buying on a whim. Great news is I wasn’t disappointed & totally do love this jacket. If there was one small thing I’d change about this jacket is I’d want some sort of lining in the sleeves as well for warmth, but it’s not a deal breaker by any means. If you’re humming & haaing about this jacket, I’d say just buy it. It’s quality made, trendy & super cute on.

I am 5ft - 102 lbs and I bought my usual size xxs. The coat fits great and it is not too long. It is going to be my everyday coat until the weather gets too cold and it snows. It is well-made and the denim is similar to the denim material Aritzia uses for their jeans. If they ever restock/redo this coat, I would suggest the collar be wider for more warmth and better to turn up to put a scarf underneath; the snaps should be changed to something more sturdy or include a modified inner zipper with the current snaps. The sherpa lining on the website looks white but it is an off-white. I would have preferred it to be white which is a great contrast with the denim, but then again, the off-white perhaps is more practical. Just a few ideas for Aritzia to consider to enhance the product. Never hurts to make your ideas known.

The jacket is oversized and long. I’m super picky on denim/oversized jackets and it was perfect. Worth the $$. I was hesitant to order it and I’m so happy I did. It arrived in a day as well. This jacket goes with everything. For reference, I am 177lbs and 5’10. XL is oversized and cozy. It also goes down past my knees. Being tall I have issues finding oversized/long clothing. This is perfect.
