This is a crew-neck sweater with dropped shoulders and fully fashioned construction. It's made with LiteLuxe Cashmere, a lightweight, all-season take on our 100% Grade-A cashmere. The same unparalleled softness and warmth with a luxurious, light feel. It’s made with sustainable cashmere certified to The Good Cashmere Standard®. This version is constructed with a Jersey stitch for a soft drape and a smooth, flat feel.

Materials & Care
  • Content: 100% cashmere; Ribbed trim: 97% cashmere, 2% nylon, 1% elastane
  • Care: Keep a good thing going by giving this knitwear the care it deserves:
    • Prolong the life of your knitwear by washing less often.
    • When needed, hand wash in cold water using mild detergent specially formulated for knitwear. Steer clear of fabric softeners.
    • Rinse well after washing, but avoid ringing. Gently roll the garment in a towel to remove any excess water.
    • Reshape your garment while still damp, and dry on a flat surface.
    • Store your knitwear folded to prevent stretching.
    • If pilling occurs, use a sweater comb or sweater stone to gently remove pills.

The cuff came ripped and Aritzia said no return
When I received the sweater the cuff was ripped. I called the customer service they asked me to send photos. So I did. Then they told me to take the sweater to the mall to have it fixed. It will take 7-10 business days and I will to pick it up once it is done. I told them that’s too much trouble for me also I don’t trust the fix. I just want to return it.

Then they replied to my email saying, “Normally, we do not offer refunds for quality cases like these.” But they will make an exception and let me return it for an eGift card.

Since I shopped at Aritzia all the time and had spend at least 2 grands this year alone, I don’t mind getting the eGift card. But the more I think about it, this truly doesn’t make sense.

I was given a defected item and was told this kind of defect is not returnable. But they were kind enough to authorize the return for an eGift card.

As I mentioned I shop at Aritzia all the time, all my experience online and at the store have been great except this one time.

Hopefully this is just a one off and won’t happen again. But time will tell.

Perfect sweater
Fit is cut just right. Hits around the hip and drapes like a classic well cut sweater should. Warm & soft. Make more in neutral colours
