scenery mini dress

Fabric feels great, color doesn’t match the picture much it looks very much silver. Size runs big. So it’s right in the chest but on the hips it’s bulky.

I got the light muted green, and it exceeded high expectations. The fabric is thick with a sheen, but not a cheap satiny gloss. The fit was perfect- long enough to be elegant , but short enough to be cute for day and night. The only thing is the waist was a little wider than I’d have liked, but it drapes beautifully and I suppose the little extra room allows for a more flowing and classy look. I would never wear it to work, but for brunches, weddings, and dinners, this is wonderfully versatile and appropriate!

I really liked the fabric and fit the only issue was the length - it was too short -you wouldnt be able to sit down or bend with this dress... tried adjusting the straps but then the chest area opened up and it wasnt flattering

as I got it on sale, I can't even return it.
A few adjustments, i.e. more room in the chest area and a little more length would have made it perfect!!

I purchased the Nomad Taupe colour, which is deeper than shown in the photo but the colour is gorgeous. The fabric doesn’t have much stretch to it and is thicker than I expected but in a good way. The material is of much higher quality than other Aritzia dresses that I usually end up sending back. The fit is very flattering and the perfect length. I would highly recommend this dress.

Overall very happy with this dress, the neckline is very flattering and I find it accentuates my shape in the right ways. Fabric is also thicker than I expected compared to other similar aritzia dresses which I am not mad about! Only things I don't love are that the wrap in the front for the neckline is 2 overlapping pieces of fabric and it took me a minute to figure out how to get them to lay the best across my chest (I am a 34D for reference, might be easier for those with smaller chests). The other thing is that the zipper is on the side and it doesn't have a clasp to attach at the top... it just zips open like a slit and makes a hole in the side of the dress? I found that a bit weird but maybe it's to help conceal the zipper better. The nomad taupe colour is more of a brown.

I wanted to love this dress because the fabric is so heavy and luxe feeling. Unfortunately the chest and waist area was too big on me and looked shapeless. It fit in the hip area but there’s no way I could have sized down. The fabric has zero stretch and the faux wrap waist pleating just fell in the wrong area on me. Will have to be returning it but this is the sort of dress that only works for people with specific bra cup sizes. I’m a regular size 12 but wear 36B, 5’8.
