only slip midi dress

Perfect length for petite women which is very hard to come by! Size XXS fit me like a glove, falling at the right length for a midi on my small frame. Not too low cut, soft /quality material and beautiful color. For reference, I’m 5’1” 95 lbs.

Beautiful dress especially on tall girls, the straps make the dress a bit low cut which is why I sized down.

I love this simple and sexy summer dress. It’s the easiest outfit and makes me feel beautiful. It flows along your curves in a very flattering way. The satin doesn’t easily wrinkle so it still looks nice at the end of the night. I bought the yellow gold colour and received so many compliments on the colour. It is a bit delicate, I went to a restaurant that had wood seating and although it seemed smooth there was a few tiny pulls in the fabric, they’re not too noticeable but I’ll be more cautious now that I know.

I got the color ardoise which looks like it’s a grey/silver. Easy to dress up or down. Perfect midi length which hits mid calf. It accentuates any lumps and bumps. Just throw on a pair of spanx and your good! Highly recommend!!

I always am a big fan of this dress. However, the material I purchased this year is a lot more thinner and flimsier than what I got two years ago. Please bring back the old fabric supplier.

This dress is gorgeous oh my goodness! I bought it in light green for my best friend's wedding and I cannot wait to wear it! I'm 5'2 so I'm always worried I'm going to trip in long dresses but this is the perfect length. My only worry is how I'm going to get everything to stay up (38DD), perhaps a strapless bra but honestly worst-case scenario even if I don't wear a bra the dress will still look good!

Buy one in every color

I am a huge fan of this dress. It lays just right to show off your body shape so you don’t look lost in the fabric, but isn’t too firm fitting. Because of the fabric you can see stuff under it pretty easily, so just a warning to anyone who would not want their nipples/pasties to show, mine were a bit visible (but I don’t mind it that way). I am 5’9, 145ish lbs, and ordered a size M.

Can be worn with sandals for a casual look or heels for more fancy, I will say the midi and the maxi are the same length. Hits right below my calf but my ankles are fully exposed with both lengths. And I’m 5’2”. Just something to think about

Quality of fabric has declined from similar dresses purchased in the past. This doesn’t feel silky, it feels more like cheaper satin. Ended up returning.

If you have a large hip to waist ratio and have never found a slip dress that works for you—this one will! I went up a size because my hips are pretty big, but it's perfection.

This material feels really thin and cheap. Bought in the black version and it was pretty see-through. Will be returning.

I love this dress. I have wide hips and a soft tummy but it is so soft and luxurious and hits at just the right spots on my body. So flattering and feminine but not tight. I have got it in two colors and hoping to get more in the future.

Completely see thru. You would have to wear a slip underneath or shape wear that can be hidden under the cut of this dress. Couldn’t wear

I loved the fit (size down from your usual size) and color, but for the price, I would expect better material. Instead, I notice micro snags everywhere after wearing it a mere couple of times.

My absolute favourite dress I’ve ever owned! The colour I got (succulent green) is stunning and even more beautiful in person. The fit is slightly oversized, so I sized down to get a more fitted look. The fabric feels very soft and good quality- no pulls so far! Such a flattering fit, and the colour I got isn’t see through, although I’d likely wear shapewear underneath the dress since it clings to the skin. I’ll be wearing this to my uni grad + afterwards in more casual settings. I’m already considering getting the mini version of the dress!

I’m always a little nervous ordering items from here because I am usually a size 10-12, I took a chance on this because I need a dress for grad and this was so beautiful. It fit so wonderfully despite my large hips, it eventuates all my curves in the best way. Its not too tight so it hides things, very relaxed fit but hits in the right spots. I am so pleased with my purchase

It is a basic polyester slip dress, looks nice enough but isn’t doing anything special for over $100. If you have some curves this will fit tighter and kind of feels like the fabric is twisted but that’s just the way it is cut. I got mine in black and while it isn’t see-through it will show every ripple/line of underwear so plan accordingly. I tried the white dress on in store, very very see-through!

Love this dress. Great cut of the skirt and the neckline has great coverage too (as a 32DD, I was worried how this might fit around my chest but it's a solid choice for busty ladies!). I got it in the rust shade and colour was slightly more pale than the pictures but I absolutely love it. The fabric is super light and soft but any spills (or sweat) shows pretty prominently. Regardless, highly recommend

I purchased a Babaton Midi Slip Dress in 2019 and the fabric was beautiful and not at all see through. Just ordered this new version, tried two different colors, and even the black is see through. The fabric is so much thinner than the previous version. Very disappointed.

I am obsessed with this dress! I needed it for an event but have since worn it with so many different outfits. You can easily dress it up, down, and can get away with wearing a bra as long as you are okay with the straps showing. Best part is it hardly wrinkles so don’t worry about sitting or hanging it with other clothes. Note it does fit looser so I sized down to an XS (my bust is 32 DD and usually I take a 25-26 in pants). If you are in-between sizes, size down but it depends how you want it to fit. Shows a bit of curves but does not hug your body. Gorgeous dress!

I love this slip, I have it in Navy and I was SO excited to try it in Wheat as its such a pretty yellow colour for summer. I was soo disappointed to find it was completely see-through, even with NUDE seamless undergarments... Huge let down :( I am usually an XS/S and I get a Small in this dress.

Love this dress. I'm 5' tall, but the dress isn't too long on me. It falls just below my knee, which is perfect. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because the neckline is too low cut on me, even after adjusting the straps.
