modern utility pant

I am 5'2", 105-110 lb, XS or 25 waist in pants. I tried the 00 in birch in store and they fit perfect. I ordered the black in 00 and I could hardly close the zipper. I tried a 0 black in store and they were too small also. After, tried a 0 in taupe and they were perfect. Ended up giving up on trying to find the size in my desired colour because most items are pre-order/not in a store near me. Recommend to try in store before purchasing.

Fits larger, so would recommend going down a size. Not really a fan of the quality of these pants for the price point. I found similar ones that were on sale for $20. Seems like Aritzia quality has really gone downhill.

I’m 5’3, 95lbs and 00 was too large, I recommend sizing down if possible!

I got these pants after reading the reviews and seeing that they seem to have a slightly larger/more comfortable fit than other Aritzia pants. I can definitely confirm that this is true!! I got them in my usual size 16 (for some reason I cant click 16 on the review page) and I thought they fit perfectly, I loved the looser leg and the waist wasn't too loose/too tight at all. These pants are probably the comfiest ones that I own at the moment and the height of the waist is perfect with Aritzia's cropped corduroy jacket. The pockets on them are also huge which is always a big plus. I will definitely be looking to buy the pants in other colours as well!

Heavy weight, wide leg fit, solid material. These fit true to size, and cinch nicely at the waist.

I’m usually a size 2 in most pants, but I sized down and was happy I did. Overall, these fit well and are super cute. However, like most pants they fit long on me so I have to roll the pants up and will likely have to get them hemmed.

LOVE. I have them in two colours now. I have in size 6 (black) and size 8 (in the cream colour). Size 8 was a Christmas gift and settled with them oversized as I wasn't sure when they were getting that colour back in stock and I wasn't willing to not have them.

These pants are AMAZING. Bought to wear mostly for teaching but they are so comfy that I'll be wearing these on an everyday basis too. A thick but stretchy and super comfy material, fit very slightly larger (I usually more toward a size 6, but 4 is perfect), and a perfect high rise. Super flattering on the bum too! The leg is straight without being too baggy - overall so happy with these guys. Going to order the black as soon as size 4 is restocked!

Literally the best pants I own. I bought them in 4 different colours and they go with everything. They’re the perfect balance of tight in all the right places and loose everywhere else. Definitely a staple for your closet.

I'm a size 6 in everything Aritzia, and although they were really cute the size 6 was just too tight at the waist and I'm not sure if they would stretch.

These are so nice!! They kinda are more Jean material than I expected but they are stretchy and comfy!! I’m usually a 4 or 6 and I bought a size 2 in these!!

I have the utility pants (with the pocket on the back) from mid 2020, and these are much different. They are too wide in the leg, and the material is which thicker. I would compare them to the shape of AGOLDE balloon jeans (not as drastic of a balloon but they do not fit straight, start to curve out mid thigh). Also would prefer the pants to still have back pockets. Wish they were the same as the 2020 version!

If you don’t own these pants get them now! I wear them so much all year round. They’re so comfortable and easy to style. They do run slightly large so I would size down or keep your regular size for a more baggy fit.

Loose, full length pants are a must, these pants are definitely an great style. Lovely material, really nice fit. But colour does come out a little bit in first wash before wear. And it stretches out a bit—I got a size 10 in a different colour of the same style, but opted for an 8 in the Black and it’s perfect.

I love these pants - they're so flattering and comfortable for the most part. I'm struggling to like the length - I'm only 5'4" and these stop just before hitting the tops of my feet and aren't super flattering unless I cuff them (like we did with our jeans back in the late 80s :) ). With Aritizia pants and their models, usually their pants are longer on me than appear in the photos so I was hoping the same for these, but they're pretty short. I also sized down at the advice of several other reviewers and they fit and look great through the leg, but the waist is a bit snug and the crotch is *almost* too short. I'm not sure if I should try for a larger size because I don't want the legs or rear any baggier. For reference I'm 5'4", 100 lbs, 25" waist, 35" hips, and 00 or 0 in all Aritizia pants, 24 levis, 24 agolde. Maybe they'll stretch out in the waist a bit...

I love this pants and really want them to work. I am all about style and comfort. Sadly the waist is so tight I am finding them uncomfortable- and I have small waist. Size guide said to get a 4. I did and then returned for a 6 and still a bit too restrictive on the waist. We’ll see if they make the cut.

I just got these and I love them! They are extremely comfortable and have a slight oversized fit at the leg and are more fitted and flattering around the waist. I am 5'4 size 25 and the 2 is a great size, could go to 0 if I wanted a more fitted look.

I recently asked someone what pants she was wearing and they were these. Hers were a few years old and had pockets on the back, these don't but they are still everything and more. I absolutely love them. I am between an 8 and a 10, I got the 8. I have to wriggle them over my hips to get them on, most high waisted pants are like this for me, but when they are on, they are comfortable, flattering and I cannot wait to wear them. Best 'utility' style pant out there.

I bought these in the shitake color! Amazing fit and so flattering. I'm usually a 2 but sized down with this color.

I love the fit of these pants. They’re very flattering around the waist and feel light to wear, in a nice way. I got the colour birch and I find it’s such a pretty colour that goes with so much in my wardrobe for all seasons! Highly recommend.

I was really hesitant to buy these cause they are a bit out of my comfort zone. But the fit is super flattering and made my tiny bum look good (which i need). They are also super comfortable and a pant that you can just wear with any little shirt and your instantly trendy and look put together. If you are thinking of buying, do it !

I struggle to find pants like this that fit my waist and bum and these work well for me. For sure size down because they do stretch, very similar to the cargo pant. I am usually a 6 or 8 when it comes to pants and I got a 4. Highly recommend for curvy girls!

Pants are great but pretty big, I had to size down and they were still a little too big for me. I'm 5'4 and got a size 4 and was fairly baggy at the ankles but it still looks great.

These pants fit really well and go below my ankle, so not quite how it looks on the model but still flattering. The material was lighter than I expected but it looks great on, and the sage green color is so pretty!

The waist is very large

The comfiest pants i’ve ever had but they’re still nice enough to dress up for going out. My only issue is I wish they were a little longer since I am tall but they are too short that it looks bad.

Super comfy and so versatile. Definitely bit stretchy and I possibly could’ve sized down. Only issue is they’re a touch long (I’m 5’6”). They would look great on my height with a platform sandal or heel but looks a bit goofy when I wear them with sneakers.

I’m normally a standard size 2 in pants but the model is wearing a size 4 and she looks more petite than me so I decided to size up. The pants arrived and they’re huge so I exchanged them for a size 2. The pants arrived and they’re still too big for me. The waist is several inches too large. To be fair, these are my first pants from Aritizia so maybe their sizing is different than standard sizing and I’m just not aware but I really don’t think the model is wearing a size 4 and it’s super misleading. I’ve had to drive 45 minutes to the store to return them and order a size down twice.

Pants are really cute, good quality and feel really nice on. Too bad I haven’t worn them yet since I’m waiting on my size 0 to be delivered...

I LOVE these pants. I've been struggling with moving on from skinny jeans and these are the first loose pants I've found that are flattering on me. I have a big butt, big thighs, big calves, and a small waist so I always look stuffed into pants that fit my waist. I'm literally trying to stop myself from buying every color at once so please don't stop selling these. They do run slightly small, I could probably get a 2, but they're comfy and roomy and still sit on my waist and hips pretty well.

Tried the black 00 in store and they fit well, so I went ahead and ordered the green. The pair that came in the mail was wayyy too big—an associate later said she heard it was common for different colours in this material to fit differently based on dye/stretch. I tried to shrink them by washing/drying on a hot setting to no avail. They're really cute, I just wish they fit properly and more consistently amongst colours.
