This is a mid-rise pleated mini skirt with a wide waistband and side button closure. It's cut from soft bi-stretch twill that's made with recycled materials. This version comes in a yarn-dyed plaid pattern that's been woven in, as opposed to printed on, for a more dimensional look.

WAY too short
This skirt is insanely short, and yes I am wearing it exactly like the model. Fits perfect at the hip area but it actually didn’t fully cover my butt! If I sized up it would be baggy at the hip area :(

As for the quality of the skirt, it was really nice, nicer than the other plaid skirts I have from aritzia, it’s thicker. Really sad I have to return it.

size down if you want high rise
it fits true to size if you want it to look like how it looks on the model which is mid rise. if you want it sit high rise order a few sizes down as long as you're okay with it being shorter. im a 6 in skirts and ordered a 6 initially but ill be exchanging for a 2 or 4 so it sits higher. it hits a couple inches below your butt if its midrise and right below your butt for high rise so wear spandex
