Instruction says to cold wash by hand only. But even throwing in the washer shrunk it. The turtleneck was intact. Don’t understand why. I do really like the turtleneck so bought my 2nd one. Aritzia, improve your quality while still be sustainable. Thanks.

Really disappointed in the quality of this sweater in recent years! It pills and sheds like crazy, and looks super aged only after a few wears. It's really soft and thick but I would not buy again.

I was looking for sweater I could wear easily in the winter and would also keep me warm. This sweater did both I did not have to wear a scarf because it keep me warm even on windy days. I liked it so much that I bought two. Have not washed it yet, hopefully it will remain intact. Oh, and it is not itchy at all.

I would say this sweater is an essential thing to have for your closet, so cute and oversized. I purchase size s but could have gone for a size xs/xxs too. If you do get the sweater you should definitely size down. The problem with this sweater is it tends to lint, some piece of the sweater go on ur pants/skirt and it’s also overprice in my opinion. Other than that it’s be very warm!

Would not recommend this sweater for the price. Very cute on (slightly smaller), but impossible to wash. If you hand wash delicately or on delicate cycle in the washing machine (not recommended) it shrinks a ton. For the price this is very poor quality. Save your money and buy a similar sweater elsewhere that you can actually wash.

After wearing this sweater twice, the fibres have started to pill. It's a shame that a sweater this expensive made of supposely high quality yarn is starting to look old and cheap. I haven't even washed it, and I'm afraid of what that'll do. I was about to purchase multiple of this sweater in various colours and I'm so glad I didn't. What a waste of $168.

Ordered online December 2021, received the item and it came with so much piling! Thought it was previously worn, so I went to the store with the mindset of finding one that is in better condition. Turns out the condition of the ones in the store was not much better. For the price I expected higher quality. Ended up exchanging the item for something completely different.

I’ve previously ordered this sweater back in august 2020 and there were no issues with the condition-quality of it, even after a year+ later and wearing it several times there is lack of piling.

Aside from the poor quality of the newer versions, the fit is true to size and style is nice and elegant. Easy to dress up/down.

Too short for my liking

Fits slightly over-sized I found, which I was ok with with. Purchased a small, my usual size.

It feels like a wooly blanket you can wear outdoors. It is very warm; the oversize turtleneck keeps body heat in. One unavoidable issue with this garment is pilling. This item is high maintenance and requires regular grooming to keep it looking polished.

An essential turtleneck!! Its adorable and very comfy. You can dress it up and dress it down its perfect.

I have worn this sweater twice just over a tee, haven’t washed it and the sleeves have started to pill and pull away from the material. This sweaters quality is worse than those I have bought for a fraction of the cost, DO NOT BUY!!!

Super soft, feels extremely well made… now I want this in more colors. There’s a lot of material in the neck (I have to roll 2x) so something to consider if you think you have a shorter neck.

I love Aritzia, and I've been dreaming of this sweater for years but could never justify the price. I finally bit the bullet and ordered. I got the colour Heather Birch in a Medium, the sweater is cropped but in a longer more professional way, the neck is huge but if it bothers you it can easily be folded, very warm sweater! Only problem is the pilling!! It looks like H&M quality and I'm extremely disappointed. If I could return this I would. Save your money!!!!

The quality of this sweater was fantastic - super soft! It was slightly short but I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s cropped. I’m 5’9 and 130 lbs and got a small and it hits the top of my high rise jeans. Would highly recommend!

I wore it once and the string in the sweater pulled right away. Didn’t wear it with a jacket and wasn’t wearing a crossbody bag either.

Fits true to size with room to spare. The turtle portion is HUGE it covers a lot and when I wear this I don’t feel the need to wear a scarf. It’s soft, warm, and very comfortable. I can’t wait to get more colours.

Essential for every wardrobe. I understand complaints about the cropped length but personally love it. As for the large neck, I fold it like you would when folding a piece of paper into thirds. I have no other way of explaining lol but it fits PERFECTLY like that. If you try to fold it only once - way too big and looks neckbrace-like. Only qualm is that I bought the wrong colour so it washes me out but otherwise, love it. If it gets released in black im buying asap!

This is a cute sweater and very warm. My bust measurement is 34A and I typically wear a 26/27 in bottoms, and I purchased this sweater in XS. The turtleneck is intense but I liked it that way. It was also very cropped, which works for my petite height but potentially not for average to tall people. It did start pilling almost immediately but nothing that a fabric shaver can’t maintain.

The material is so thick and it’s such a heavy sweater, especially the neck! It’s also more oversized than I thought it would be.

In line with the usual quality I expect from Aritzia's merino wool pieces. Soft and perfectly oversized. I've purchased cropped wool sweaters from Aritzia before, but they were all a slimmer cut and I wasn't a fan. This really boxy crop is exactly what I was looking for! Looks amazing with my high-waisted pants.

Ended up returning the fit was nice but literally the material is not special compared to the price tag you can literally get this cheaper for like fifty bucks. The colour I got was sashimi and on the photo it looks like a soft blush pink but ended up being darker pink completely different.

Good shape and the taupe color is beautiful. Like other reviews mention, a bit "too" cropped, meaning you can only wear it with really high-waisted pants or trousers if you want to wear it to work. It also starts peeling as soon as you wear it, which is disappointing for the price, but also something to consider when buying cashmere sweaters.

Amazing sweater. Love the bigger turtle neck for colder days. Cropped but not so cropped that my midsection shows. I am 5’2” and about 120 pounds, small was a perfect fit.

The style and color (cream camel) is beautiful, but the turtleneck is extremely high. It goes above my chin. I tried folding the neck to make it lower, but didn't come up with anything that looked good. I would love to wear this sweater, but the neck would bother me, so returning.

Great for a night out since its a little cropped but I love it for day to day too. The taupe color is beautiful

This sweater is so beautiful. My skin is very sensitive and I was skeptical if its going to itch but the wool is so nice and smooth. I love the cut of this sweater too. I highly recommend it

I've had this sweater for several months now. I love the high turtleneck but it starts to lose it's shape after a few wears and you have to steam or iron it back into place. It started pilling very quickly and is more cropped than it looks in the pictures, so I would recommend sizing up if you want it to reach the waist of your pants/be able to tuck it in. If you are looking for a cozy turtleneck, I think the classic montpellier or lorin sweater are both good alternatives.

It's too small but a very cute sweater.

I love the rib, the weight is perfect and looks expensive. Sadly the turtleneck collar is crazy high, so much that it came up over my face. I tried rolling it twice, which made it bulky and odd looking. I’m really disappointed, the color, stitch and fabrication are perfect.

Love the soft feel and look of this sweater. Ordered one in dark sand and another in grey opal - these are gorgeous neutrals. I’m 5’4” and 120 lbs. - normally, I order an XS, but I wanted a looser fit, so I went with a S. Glad I did, I love it!

Love this! So cozy and comfortable, perfect winter staple. The turner taupe is the beautiful neutral. It is quite cropped. I'm short with a short torso and it hits right below my belly button - perfect with high-waisted jeans or leggings. I ordered in an XXS. I'm 4'11" and 117lbs, narrow shoulders and large chest (30E). I'm usually an XXS in Aritzia's more relaxed styles, and an XS in their more fitted stuff. Would love more color options!

This sweater is everything!!! It fit so nicely and elegantly on me, and really puts an outfit together with minimal effort. You can definitely dress it up or dress it down with this sweater. The material is really high quality too.

Purchased a small. Fits true to size. I don’t think sizing up would make it longer, and it’s already quite boxy.

I've been looking for a real chunky turtleneck sweater for so long and this is perfect! I feel like the length is good, could be a little longer to tuck more in high waisted pants, but it's fine. I would have liked the arms a little longer though, but I love the balloon sleeves. I love the plush loose knit and the neck does feel like a lot at first, but it softens with wear I feel. I bought the light brown colour and I want all of them now. I really hope this comes back every year. I usually wear xs or s and went for the small because I am tall, very happy with the slightly oversized fit.

Fabric is great quality. Large turtleneck and slightly cropped. A really great piece to style with jeans or dress up with a skirt. Love it.
