There are shoulder pads but they’re a bit poorly designed so it droops in and looks cheap. The material can be ruined with one wrong snag. It’s very fragile, so be cautious with ring's. The material looks very plastic under direct sunlight, which is why I will be returning.

Returned because I needed a size down but it was sold out everywhere and I wanted to make sure a S fit.

I love everything about the XXS size except it's a few inches too long for my liking. May love it more if I get the body tailored though.

I found it way too boxy (INTENSE shoulder pads) on my petite frame. It would probably look better on someone taller like the model in the picture. I returned it. I'm 5'3" for reference and got the 2XS.

I really like this jacket with the matching skirt, however the shoulders droop down when wearing it and I even sized down. Still super cute!

I sized down to an XS and it fits perfectly. The sleeves are long, but work in my case since I have long arms. The jacket is well made and the colour is perfect for the summer and matches the Kinsley skirt. On sale this is a must buy!

I work in a corporate finance bro office lol, and I felt so classy and professional in this with my beige dress pants and a bodysuit. Also, Marco from Glamorous on Netflix wore it so I feel super fashionable. Very cute jacket. I think it's truly a staple piece, and if the buttons ever go out of style, I feel like I'll just end up replacing them. You really can't go wrong with this one. I personally wen't down one size because the arms were a bit long for my 5'3 body lol. But I wouldn't say it's not true to size.

My only complaint is that the sleeves are too long,otherwise is very classic,colour also is beautiful , I bought the pink one
