explore short parka

This jacket is lightweight and warm I enjoy the magnetic snap closure. The only drawback is the top of the zipper is very rough on the neck and chin when the coat is zipped up all the way. A scarf or turtle neck is required so you dont have the hard zipper rubbing against your skin.

It’s warm, the fabric is good. Only problem is that the hood doesn’t stay on head, I have to pull it again and again to the front whenever I wear it. It’s irritating.

True to size, extremely warm looks very elegant at the same time

I ordered small and its a perfect fit for me. Its very warm, like i can wear a tube top underneath and youre good. The color is cute and pairs to anything you wear. It is water repellant as well which i love.

I love this jacket. The fit is perfect, the size is perfect, and it is indeed the warmest. I would highly recommend this jacket. I want to buy another one in black now, it’s that good.

Love it but would size up personally

Actually waterproof and wind proof, fantastically suited for commuting in Vancouver winter. Sleeves extend, otherwise I would have "sized up".

I like the fabric, softly.

Did not realize how off the sizing was because of the mixed reviews. If you are petite, the style and sizing of this parka might not be for you. I’m an xs in everything else (tna, wilfred) but in this, the sleeves are so loose and long— they cover my arms entirely including fingers. Looks like a borrowed my husband’s jacket, it is quite boxy. Would exchange sizes if I could. Colour is nice though, as well as the material.

Can’t speak about durability over time but my favourite jacket I’ve ever owned. This is better looking in person as well, super flattering. Very good quality, it’s warm, comfy. I think it’s a true medium, and I can fit a sweater underneath, bonus. Love the phone pockets, the main pockets have zippers the finger holes are super comfy, honestly think they should keep this jacket forever, if I needed a new one few years down the line I’d want another one of these. Very good quality coat worth investing in! Covers my but too to keep it warm. Surprised it’s not a more popular jacket I personally hate puffer jackets and this one is very flattering and cute. For reference I’m 5”3 and 160 lbs I got a medium, I don’t have a large stomach but I’m curvy

I love this parka. It is warm and lightweight and simple. Also love that it is 100% waterproof.

Pretty color, very light, I don't think it runs large, I normally wear M and this parka fits well on me.

Even the 3XS is big on a regular XS person

After trying the Powder Parka, Superpuff, and Duvet Parka, I can definitely say the Explore Parka is the best one so far. The minimal, streamlined design of the jacket is not too puffy, waterproof, and with enough room left over for a fluffy sweater. The waist drawcord on the inside was a nice way to custom the fit, while also retaining unity on the outside. It is on the boxier side but does provide a bit more definition than other puffers and parkas. My favourite part is the magnetic buttons - super convenient when in a rush, but also unnoticeable on the outside. The gunmetal green was a nice shade, but I do wish they had more colourways like Hinoki in the original Explore Parka. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for all the right features in all the right places without revealing too much. Highly recommend.
