I like the pants, but with any of the high waisted I've had to go up 1-2 sizes to get the right fit, but still be able to breathe. The high waisted pant waistbands are ridiculously tight. Pants are great once you find the right size, but I wish Aritzia stopped catering to stick thin, no shape bodies.

Didn’t like the fit as much as the effortless pants. Too balloon like with too much fabric in the pelvic region.

These are my absolute favourite pants! The regular length hits me perfectly (I’m 5’4) and they are so comfortable. I prefer these on me over the effortless just because the length is so perfect (short is too short and regular is slightly too long to wear without heels on the effortless). Please add more colours for fall!

This is a great pant. Very comfortable - I am tall and ordered the tall size.

You cannot go wrong with these dress pants. They fit beautifully, the material is lovely and they can be dressed up or down. I have them in 5 different colours and hope to get more! I have a small waist but curves so I did have to get the waist taken in, but worth it for these pants!

The elastic waist adds to the comfort. The front pleats elevate the look. The tapered leg actually accentuates my hips. I wear them with stilettos and flip flops. These are such a timeless staple for year-round fashion. For reference I am 5’11. I have the regular length because tall was sold out in the light birch in my size. It’s the perfect length. Any longer, and I don’t think the look would have been as clean. I have to size up in Aritzia typically, and I’d say these pants are pretty consistent with my size M for this brand. I ordered a 10.

The elastic makes those pants the comfiest ever. You can dress them up or down, they're the perfect pair. I love them so much I got them in color Coral Blush and Vin Gris and none are see through.
I am 27" waist, 36" hips, I got the size 2 and they fit great, just a bit snug if I'm feeling a bit bloated. I could have gone easily with a slightly looser fit with the size 4; both sizes fit me, depends on the fit you prefer. I personally am between a size 2 and 4 in Aritzia pants, usually a size 25-26 in jeans.

These are the most amazinggggg pants I have ever bought. I'm 5'4 and I normally wear small/medium tops in Aritzia or 6 bottoms and these are true to size in a size 6 short. The material is amazing. It looks sharp. You can easily dress these up or down. I'm curvy with a small waist and these are just beautiful. I wish I could've bought more colors when I had the chance.

These are the best pair of work pants I have (saying a lot for someone who has over 40+). You can dress it up or down, with a t-shirt or blouse or blazer. Aritzia PLEASE make my dreams come true and make this in more practical suiting colours. I am 5 ft 1 in / 130 pounds / 25 in waist, and size 2 fits perfectly.

Extremely baggy all around, crotch area was very long and baggy as well.

One star for Dashwood pant in Birch, Four for black. Got this in two colours. Went to wash white pants, and little grey spots appeared in the fabric. I contacted the customer service team and they denied responsibility and refused to offer a replacement. My coworkers had the same issue with that colour, so I would not buy.

Black hasn't been washed yet, wish me luck.

I originally bought the 2 and then bought the zero and they fit amazing! Love the feel of the fabric and the petite is the perfect length!❤️❤️

Very cheap feeling and not worth the price point in my opinion

Also tried to return but has been a hassle so definitely not worth it unless you absolutely know that these work for you.

I’m 5’4, 117lbs and 25 to 26 in waist. I got a size 0 and they’re a perfect fit. Bold pink & perfect for summer. The length is perfect and hits an inch from the floor. I’ll give it 4 stars however due to the fact these pants really wrinkle easily. Not ideal for travel unless u have access to an iron. Arrived out of the box wrinkled with a weird second crease from the middle .. other than that- grab em while they’re on sale.

I absolutely love my dashwood pants - so much so that I have them in 5 different colours!

I have these pants in black and love them but the Light birch/white colour is completely see through. Will be returning the white version.

It complemented my curves without smooshing them.

I have these pants in 2 colours - love the light weight of the fabric. The waist is nice and wide and pleating is flattering.

Slightly smaller then what I hoped for but the colour is beautiful and the material is good overall I’m very happy with my purchase

I love Aritzia's trousers, dashwood pants are one of them. It fits true to size to me with elastic waist making it so comfortable for me. I have the previous version from 2020 and 2021 as well which is shorter length than a regular length from 2022. I like both length. Especially, the high waisted omg I love how pretty they are pairing with different kinds of top! Highly recommended.

Lovely crepe that falls nicely. Flattering fit for a tall gal, 5ft10. Purchased in black and light birch. Pairs beautifully with little cropped jacket. Love Wilfred stuff!

Easy breezy fabric. Dress it up with a nice blouse or down with a tshirt for a more casual look. Love it!

Larger and baggier at the front than I wanted.

I love these! I got the black in a size zero. They are a perfect slight crop. They fit really well, and the stretchy band gives you just a slight stretch without it being baggy at all. Definitely getting in another color. The fabric is also soft and breathable. It looks fancy but feels really cozy.

I totally recommend this product. It is so soft, the color is beautiful, the cut is flattering. It’s true to size, the white is not see through at all. The only thing is that the back pockets show a little. Nothing important for me but it might be for someone.

Don't hesitate to buy these. The price is worth it! I despise dress pants, but I look forward to wearing these each time I put them on. They're so flattering and hug you in all the right places. The elastic waist in the back is a game changer if you work at a desk for long periods of time. I am definitely going to get more pairs. The fabric is light yet not too thin. Great for both summer and fall. I love these pants!!!

I loved these so much I bought them in another colour. They are BEAUTIFUL. I actually gasped when I took them out of the package. Comfortable, effortless and easy to wear.

Love these pants. Along with Alanya pants which I have four pairs of, these are my absolute favorite piece of clothes, and that's saying a lot. That being said, I don't know how I feel about the new pairs. Compared side to side, they are just not the same.

Comparing the old version (only one length) 00 and the new Short 00, same color (black), the new fabrics, though looking similar in texture, are slightly thinner and not as nicely built. E.g. the slightly thinner fabric makes the inner pocket visible when worn. Length of the short 00 is maybe 3/4 ~1/2 inch shorter than the old 00. Size as well, a bit smaller/more fitted than the old version. Tho not a huge difference, I wonder why they didn't keep the original sizing, as I just loved everything about the old pair. I will keep the black in case something happens to my old pair, but will return the lighter color. Don't really like how the inner pockets are so visible. I'd like to try out the other colors on the darker side, but they re not available in short, which is closer to the original pair's length *shrug*

I purchased these pants last year and I hassled them and waited FOREVER for the restock. I purchased the regular and I was so confused because it did not fit nicely! It wasn’t sitting properly on me, and the length was a bit too long…and the style # was completely different. I even put my old pair next to the new pair to compare.
I ended up exchanging it for a short. Turns out…last year they didn’t have the short, the regular, and the tall. It was just one size 🤷🏻‍♀️
So if you loved the fit from previous years, you probably just need a short!
Now we just need them to make it in just as many colours as the regular

I don't understand why there are so many good reviews on these pants. The sizing is way off. I ordered an 8 and they honestly fit like a 4-6. I have size 6's that are a lot bigger than these in other Aritzia dress pants. If you have any meat at all on your legs these will not hang, rather cling like leggings lol. The elastic in the back is also not very stretchy so you won't get much give as you'd think. I would order 1 or 2 sizes up for these to work. Returning and not repurchasing.

although the price hurt my wallet it was worth the investment. the pants aren't too tight as it comes with an elastic on the back as well as the length is perfect because it's already cuffed.

Nice fabric and perfect at hips and length, but waist elastic was way too tight and cinched at the back and couldn’t be altered. Had to return them.

I saw this style last year and really wanted a pair however they were always sold out of my size. Bought this year, and found the leg width wider, less tapered, and longer than expected, not like on the model. Would still have been wearable but for the price I ended up returning them as I found other styles more flattering. Waist was the perfect size though, and I took my usual size.

Perfect pant for casual and professional wear.

I own two pairs of these pants and love them so much. The effortless pants are a bit too wide-leg for me so these are the perfect trouser if you want to look more slim, plus the elastic waist in the back make them super comfortable. I'd say if you were trying to decide between the effortless and these definitely go with the Dashwoods because they're soooo much more flattering and comfy.

I have very mixed opinions about these trousers. Starting with positives. they are so comfortable and are literally the perfect length for my height (5'3). They hit just under my ankle and look really nice with sneakers. For size reference, I am 118lb and got a size 6. There is enough room to tuck sweaters and it is very comfortable on the waist.

Although these pants are beautiful when staring head on (from the front), from the side view they are very unflattering on me. The way I would describe it is tent like lol. If you look at the product pic, you can see the top part is much wider and they come in at the lower leg. Because of this, they make me look much wider than I am, and also like I have a very flat behind.

I couldn't justify keeping them because of this, especially with their price. I would recommend trying them on, but unfortunately they did not work for my body. I got the tie front instead and they work a lot better on me :)

First colour I bought was grey taupe. Hands down the beat dress pant I own. I tried the subtle mint & was super disappointed in the pockets, they were super outlined & noticeable. I ended up buying the flax beige & kind of regret it, it’s way too light vs the pictures. We need better colours like bone, basalt grey, charcoal/pewter, dark green & a nice classic light blue. The fit is absolutely amazing. It reminds me of Babaton Vogue pant - the scratchy thick material! I bought a 4 & i’m usually a 4/6. 140lbs.

I HATE pants, but damn, these are pretty amazing! I feel like I don't look good in these kind of business pants but the material is tops and it fits really well.

For the price I expected something more. The material is cheap and scratchy. Also a weird fit- tight on the waist and super droopy in the crotch area. Love the color selection tho!

love these pants. they’re super comfortable and flattering with my wide hips and hides my mom pooch nicely lol. the elastic at the back is barely visible and the shorter length is great, perfect with kitten heels or flats for shorter folks.

The Dashwood pant this season is made too long for someone who is 5 ft 2. The inner stitching is alright. I wouldn't purchase this pants at full price because it is not worth it. Also, the color range for this season is not pleasing to the eye. I purchased basalt grey.
