contour ruched midi dress

Dress is too tight in the chest area, feels restrictive and it’s a double layer so feels too bulky. Feels like a tight sports bra with three biker shorts on

This dress beautifully hugs your curves and the ruching prevents it from looking too tight. Unfortunately, it's so form fitting that getting it on/off is a marathon and the top portion of the dress is not flattering if you have a more muscular shoulder/arm build. I have a similar dress by Babaton from a few years ago (the S fits like a M/L in that dress imo despite it having been rated as TTS). Because of that, I thought that I'd be good with a S for this dress and it *barely* fits. For context I'm 5'4", ~130-135lbs with wider hips and shoulders. I'm usually a XS/S in Aritzia dresses or a 2/4. Once it's on, it's very flattering everywhere except on the arms. I have more muscular shoulders and the sleeves look stretched to the absolute limit. Even though it looks nice everywhere else, it's not comfortable to move in. I wouldn't necessarily say don't buy the dress because I think it would be more comfortable and really nice in the right size but absolutely size up.

I’m 4’11, have a 34DD and have thick muscular legs + and butt. I’m typically a M in Aritzia dresses, tops, contour bodysuits and leggings, so I got this dress in a M. This dress just fit weird for me and didn’t do my silhouette any favours, and I like a slim fitting dress. The arm sleeves fit well and the length was just to my ankles, but it was super tight around the bust area, and although my stomach was sucked in, so were my hips and butt. Maybe if I sized up to a L and got a darker colour, maybe it’d look better. The double lining is nice and sturdy, but it felt pretty hot and constricting, so not a summer dress I could take on my vacay, as well. Had to return.

Fits true to size and is bump friendly so I didn’t have size up from my usual pre-pregnancy size.

The dress is soft and it fits well. I am 6ft and 165 lbs. Usually wearing US 6 or M.

Unfortunately I had to return the dress as it was too tight. If there were larger sizes available I would have gotten a larger size.

Can easily be dressed up or down and so flattering! I took a size down from the recommended and it is perfect. The chest is the tightest part of the dress, if you are bigger in that area maybe better to stay true to size. 5’4/175

Loved the style of this dress but it’s made with double layer of heavy fabric. It was so hot once I got it on!

Fabric is beautiful and style is flattering, however, fits smaller and you will need to size up. I’m typically a XXS but ordered a small.

Super comfortable yet elegant at the same time…side ruching is very slimming
