  • How are taxes and duties applied to international orders?
    The prices on our website do not include taxes, duties or shipping. Depending where you live, your country’s customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs) and/or taxes. In some countries, orders below a certain value may not be subject to duties. This is often known as De Minimis value, and is determined by your local customs office. For all online orders — including the purchase of gift cards — all the fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer (that’s you). They will be charged upon arrival.

    On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion.

    The powers that be also require us to state the value of your order (i.e. the price) directly on your package. We know what you’re thinking, and no, we cannot mark any package(s) as a “gift” to help you avoid paying extra fees. (Sorry.)

    Aritzia has no control over these charges. For more information on customs, duties, taxes and other import charges, please contact your local customs office.

  • What is the Return & Exchange policy for items ordered on Aritzia.com?
    We will gladly refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. After this time, a merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card will be issued for a period of up to 40 days from the shipping date.

    Sale and discounted items can be returned for merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card within 30 days of the shipping. To return items for a merchandise credit, please contact Aritzia Concierge at service@aritzia.com.

    Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and all items must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

    Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, jewelry and all intimates except bralettes are final sale.

    Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card.

  • Can you assist me with submitting my online order?

  • When will my online order be delivered?
    Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to go to the carrier's website, where you can track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

    You can also track your order in your order history. Log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the 'Status & Tracking' column. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.

We’re pretty excited about getting your order to you. We ship to all countries except those listed in the Shipping Restrictions section below.

Receive FREE Standard Shipping for purchases over $100 and free Express Shipping for purchases over $250.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Order Tracking Information

Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email

  1. Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
  2. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Order History

You can also track your order in your order history.

  1. Sign into your account and click Order History. If you used Guest Checkout and do not have an Aritzia account, just click Order Tracking at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.
  2. Click "View Order" in your order history.
  3. Click "Track Items" to get the tracking information for your order.


It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.


Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Aritzia Concierge so we can get you sorted.

If you refuse your order or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties and taxes.


Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!

Website Security

To help make your shopping experience more safe, simple, and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts the data you send over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to get information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You'll also notice that the location (URL) field at the top of the browser will begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'.

Charging Payments

When you place your order, your payment will be submitted for authorization and will only be charged when your order is shipped. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "Aritzia.com".

You agree to pay the price applicable for the merchandise in your order as of the time you submitted your order ("Merchandise Price"), and the delivery fees for the shipping service you select ("Shipping Fees"). Aritzia will automatically bill your credit card submitted as part of the order process for such amounts and you hereby authorize us to do so.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We may require additional verifications of information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped. If we cancel all or a part of your order, your sole, and exclusive remedy is either that (a) we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your credit card has already been charged for the order) or (b) we will not charge your credit card for the cancelled portion of the order.

Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy

Not in love? Returns are super easy.

Also, we’re excited to share that, as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt now.

Gift orders will continue to receive a printed gift receipt and personalized gift message.

Regular Priced Merchandise

RETURNS
  • You can receive a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 40 days from the shipping date. After 40 days, we will no longer accept returns.
EXCHANGE
  • We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. Aritzia does not cover international return shipping costs.

Sale Merchandise

RETURNS

  • Sale items marked with a discount less than 50% can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
  • Sale items marked at 50% off or greater are final sale.
EXCHANGE
  • We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. Aritzia does not cover international return shipping costs.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto an eGift Card. Nice and simple.


How to Request a Return

How to Mail Back an Online Return

  1. Contact Aritzia Concierge, and let them know your order number and the items you wish to return. Aritzia Concierge will create your Return Number and email you your Prepaid Return Label along with any other required shipping documents.
  2. Place the items into the bag we sent with you order, Then place the bag into the box we sent your order in and seal it securely.
  3. Stick the Prepaid Return Label we've provided over the original shipping label. Important: Make sure the previous label’s barcode is completely covered. A return postage fee of $45 will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location listed on your Prepaid Return Label.
  5. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. When your return is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.

Please note: If you’re returning multiple items, include all items in one box and use one Prepaid Return Label (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes).

When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Aritzia does not refund duties or taxes.


Online Return Refund & Processing

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment you made on Aritzia.com.
All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded back onto a gift card.
Once we receive your return package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days.

Special Orders

Special Orders

What is a Special Order?

Good question! Special Order items are items that have not yet arrived to us, but can be purchased in advance for when they do. Once we have the items in stock, we will ship the Special Order to you directly.

Shipping Date

We provide an approximate shipping date for each Special Order item. We do our very best to ensure that your item is shipped on or before this date, but sometimes things can take a little longer than expected.

Order Modifications

Should you need to modify your Special Order, such as the specified Shipping Address, please email us at service@aritzia.com or, if you’re in North America, call us at 1-855-ARITZIA (274-8942).

Credit Card Payment

Your credit card will be authorized for the full order amount once your order is placed, but will not be charged until the item has been shipped and is on its way to you.

Apple Pay, Afterpay and PayPal

We don’t accept Apple Pay, Afterpay and PayPal as payment for Special Orders.

Gift Card Payment

If you're using a Gift Card, the funds used to pay for your Special Order item will be deducted from the current balance on the card. If the total amount of the purchase is more than your current Gift Card balance, the owing amount will be charged to your credit card once the item has been shipped. Please note that Gift Card payments are currently only supported for orders that contain a single Special Order item. If you are trying to place an order for multiple items, and wish to use a Gift Card please email us at service@aritzia.com or, if you’re in North America, call us at 1-855-ARITZIA (274-8942) and we'll do our best to help!
