lawson trench coat

Like just about everything else at aritzia this trench is chic and effortless. I love that it’s more relaxed then your classic trench coat which sometimes looks too business casual. This once can be dressed up or down. Yes it’s very oversized but that’s what gives is the effortless vibe. I’m 5’3” 110lbs and got an XXS which is my regular size in all oversized pieces from aritzia.

The fit and fabric are very decent. Yes, it needs a belt but even without it it’s a go. Fits true to size.

Good quality trench and hangs nicely.

A great wardrobe staple, easy to dress up or down.

Looks better when you're moving, Really wish it came with a belt though :/ I'm 5'4 and got an xxs, it's not super long like I thought it would be, which is great.

Loved this trench so much that I needed to buy another (in a different colour). Not going to lie, I'll probably get another one lol.

Got this trench bc it was on sale and it was the famous Meghan Markle coat. It’s really beautiful and drapes and falls nicely . I’m plus size with big arms and it fit well .

Love this trench! It still looked great even when I washed it that one time (coloured was only a tiny bit faded and there was a tiny bit of puckering in the seams but it wasn't that noticeable). It is a great layering piece, super flattering and goes well with a monochromatic outfit.

Classic style and fit !!

I absolutely love this coat. The material is beautiful and perfect for those cool fall days or rainy spring mornings. It's a bit oversized, but that's how the fit is supposed to be. The lining on the inside feels expensive and the coat overall has a very classy and expensive look to it. I do agree with a previous review that it could use a belt, I think that would really tie it together. It is also very very long, I'm 5'6 and it goes down to my ankles, so I can't imagine how long it would be on someone shorter than me.

I love the fit especially on the shoulders. It's a relaxed trench yet quite slimming, without looking baggy like other oversized trenches. I think it's very friendly to petite girls like me. Normally I wouldn't find a trench fits me well like this one. Also the fabric is amazing! Just for reference, I weigh 43.5 kg. I can layer TNA hoodie inside the trench as a maximum.

Beautiful colour but it needs a belt

I'd totally recommend it if it was a little taller. I'm 5'5 and like coats that hit max a little past my knee. I wish this coat was a little shorter!

The coat is thicker and higher quality than I had imagined. Got it in caramelized color so that I could wear it for both fall and spring! They do fit looser than a fitted trench coat
