Author, Activist, ScholarKarla Jay is a distinguished Professor Emeritus at Pace University. Between 1974 and 2009, they taught English and directed the Women's and Gender Studies program. She’s a trailblazer in the field of lesbian and gay studies,an award-winning author and an activist for LGTBQIA2S+ and women’s issues.
