These pants aren't shy

These are high-waisted pleated pants with a tapered leg, slash hand pockets and a darted waist for shaping. They're cut from Mirror Crepe — Babaton’s essential crepe fabric with a soft drape and silky satin back. It’s sourced from an innovative Japanese mill and made with wood-based fibres from responsibly managed forests with a focus on protecting ecosystems and providing social benefits for local communities.

Oversized in the Wrong Ways
I am in love with the idea of these pants, but was practically swimming in them! These felt like they were at least two sizes too big at the waistband. For reference, I'm approx 5'2" and 105 lbs and all Aritzia pants I've tried on or purchased (at least in recent years) have consistently and reliably fit my waist *perfectly* in size 0 (or XS, or Denim Forum 24). I am tempted to try a the 00, but I'm certain even that would be too big. So disappointed.

More colours please!
These pants are amazing! I usually find the regular length pants short on me. I am 5.'7" and the length of these is perfect for that long trouser look. I love the pleat at the front of the ankle. The pleat helps the pants pool nicely around the ankles when wearing flats or casual shoes and lengthens the leg when wearing heals. If you are shorter than 5.7" you will probably find these a little too long. I did find the zipper on the fly quite big and shinny and sometimes can be seen. A smaller zipper that sits flatter is a small detail that would make these pants perfect. I hope more colours are offered in coming seasons. I would definitely buy another pair.

Excellent, Comfortable, Complimentary, Professional
Love these pants! They’re an excellent trouser, beautifully comfortable and give a complimentary silhouette at the same time. Huge deep pockets, excellent leg length! Honestly in love right out of the bag! I’m a pear shaped size 10 in pants, size S/M top, and honestly these pants fit like they’re tailored! Would definitely buy again, and wishing they came in a nice classic golden beige

Flattering
Got these for work and they are very comfortable. I love how high waisted they are, but they are very long. I am 5'2 and had to get 7.5 inches off the length. The sizing of all the pants seems to be inconsistent, I can wear a 0, 2 and but got these in 4. I wish this issue was resolved so it was not a guessing game every time what size you will be.

These pants are one of those Aritzia gems that if you’re not looking for it you’ll miss it, it’s a perfect wide leg pant with not too many pleats and is definitely a statement pant

LOVE
You need these pants. The drape and weight of the fabric is beautiful- just slinky enough, not stiff. I’m always looking for their one off items that are unique enough that you know they wont be made in a tons of colours. This is a once a season item that you don’t get on sale and sells out. Usually an 8 but the 6 was perfect for my smaller waist and wider hips. No pulling on the pleats.
