Great, Staple Pant
I’m glad I purchased these on sale as they are a great pant! The material is light but not to the point of being see through, but I will say they do wrinkle throughout the day (if you’re up and down at a desk). These pants run larger (I’m a 4 in effortless, modern cargos and a 6 in agency).

Nice basic staple pant but beware sizing different based on colour
I bought a pair of these last year and they are nice basic pants, the fabric is more like a thin stretchy denim so is a firmer fabric than a lot of Aritzia other pants using that crepey fabric. During the sale I bought 3 pairs online in size 4 and the tan and black fit exactly the same and the white was very snug. They fit but were much tighter than I would normally wear.

Fits small
Quality aside, these fit smaller. I ordered my usual size online, but it sits really tight around my waist and butt, and makes my upper thigh very unflattering and uncomfortable. I will not wear these but I'm unable to do exchange because I bought them on sale. The quality looks good, but I'll not wear them.

Fit was great but white pant was see through
Honestly, the pant was a great fit. But I was looking for a nice white pant to wear to work and these didn’t cut it. The white was just too see through and not a solid fabric. You could see the pockets and I was not a fan.

Runs small (not accurate size chart)
These sizing on these pants are small and don’t reflect the sizing chart. I’ve been noticing a lot of inconsistency on sizing, I’ve ordered 2 pairs of pants that are TTS and 2 in the same size that I can’t even pull up. So I took a measuring tape and the hips on these pants were inches smaller than what the size guide shows. Highly disappointed and frustrated.
