Quality was there but fit was awful. I am very short but still the cropped did not fit any part of my body well. The original pants fit so much better even though I had to alter it.

Brown pair was significantly smaller than brown even though they were both size 8 tall

I love the Melina’s!! They’re so comfortable to sit in and not stiff to move around in, they’re so soft and I love the fact that there’s so many colour options!!

Cropped is an understatement.....I am 5"3 and I suppose I should have read more into the measurements but these literally hit the middle of my calf. Such an unflattering length. I would say you need to be under 5 ft to rock these. If that length works for you, I would also recommend going up as size as they are tight, especially if you have even a slight curve to your body.

Had a winter bridal shower to attend-winter white wear for guests. Wore Melinas and the Babtob blazer! Looked fab❤️

The black pants will cause color transfer! Please be aware that if you sit on a light color leather, these will damage it and leave marks everywhere. I ruined my cousin's white sofa because of these pants. I should've thrown them out after that. I had them hanging in my closet and they bled all over another white leather skirt I had. I am so disappointed. Don't waste your money.

I wear 00 with Aritzia pants and this one fits too small. I want to exchange it for a bigger size. But it says I can’t since I bought it during a sale. Very disappointed!

Love how these fit and look however you need to be mindful in wearing these in the summer because they will stick to you and it’s the most uncomfortable feeling. These are great in winter and you might even want to wear thin leggings underneath to combat them sticking to you.

I tried them on in store and then ordered online and they fit completely different. I wish I could exchange but they were a final safe.

I’m a medium on tops and pants 90% of my clothing and can only take size 14 on Melina pants for me to button it. I love the colour that I bought so I kept it. Great wearing to work and occasions. I’ve worn this a couple times and the pants is growing on me.

These are so soft. Would order another pair maybe the pants next time. Ordered a size 16.

I’ve tried to buy the Melina pant in several sizes now to give it a try… I’ll be returning this in store most likely. This pant is so uncomfortable, not worth the price and the fit sucks… it leaves a gap every time I sit down and looks horrendous. You can see it even when I’m standing up… does not fit around the waist what so ever.

I normally wear 0/XS in Zara and 00 in Express for reference. I wear a 25 in high end jeans. I am 5'5", 113, bust: 32A, upper/lower waist: 24/27.5, hip: 34. I normally buy a size 0 for bottoms from Aritzia, and they fit nicely, but these are a little snug in the waist - the button pulls and the zipper shows a little at the top. I think if I go up a size, they will be too baggy in the legs. Not sure if I'll keep them. Cognac is a lovely color - rich.

Very cute, I recommend sizing up. I'm usually a 2 (5 foot, 110lbs), sometimes a 4. The 2 is wearable but is snug. Bought the 4 in a different color for a looser look. LOVE that it comes in short so the crop hits wear its supposed to even on me.

I sized up and and it’s still way too small. The sizing at aritzia is not consistent. You should make sure you go in to try it on, instead of taking a gamble on the size.

Purchased the Melina pants in sand bluff. The color is perfection. The fabric is buttery soft and they fit super high waisted and cropped at the ankle. Very happy!

The straight fit works well for me, love both colours purchased. Only thing, it would be nice to have a choice of the longer inseam for the cropped pants. I chose the longer inseam when ordering online but it doesn’t say long on the tags.

The fit is slightly bigger in the back but overall it fits pretty amazing

The material is good quality, the fit is great and it looks fantastic. The only downside is it's not something you can wear often (so can't justify the price for more than 1 pair) and it's not an easy item to clean. I love mine but there are some things to consider before buying.

Love the pants but Aritzia needs to figure out their sizing. Im a size 4 everywhere else, sometimes even a size 2 but when shopping at Aritzia Im a 6 or 8!?!? Why cant we just have universal sizing?

Previously had a pair in black, bought two colored pairs and none of them fit the same. Both colored pairs I️ ordered require a size up, I️ had to return them.

Very versatile pants. I totally get why they’re so popular. You just need to throw a sweater on and the pants just elevated the entire outfit.

I like the look from the front. I’m curvy and I love my bum. It literally FLATTENS your bum and not in a nice way. Pretty sad for pants that are almost $200.
Worn once and probably won’t wear again because when you sit down you can see how fragile the vegan leather is. Also the sizing is off. I’m a size 4-6 with a big butt and I had to order an 8. So beware.

These are super cute pants and I have a pair in both black and birch, but I had to get rid of the birch pair after them getting ruined in the wash. I’m not sure what happened because I followed the care guidelines, but the material does not hold well in the light color. Additionally, a family member ordered me a new pair of the birch pants for Christmas but they came with a market stain on them that I realized only after taking the tags off. Thankfully I was able to get some of the stain out, but it’s disappoint considering the pants are new and the stain is still there. Aritzia needs to focus on ensuring that it’s sending its customers quality products that aren’t defective and hold well in the wash.

I've noticed a drastic difference between Aritzia qualities (e.g. Winfield and Babaton) in the leather pants. Not sure it's about the origins of the garment but the ones made in China were just glued in the hem of the pants and some were even torn because people TRYING them in the store! I noticed that with Rebel pants also. I decided to go for a better quality and exchanged the pant for the leather Babaton option (however both had the same price!!!). Unfortunately it's too big and I bought the smallest size! I don't know what to do now because it's unfair to pay the same price for a really bad quality pant as Rebel pant, but they fit me better. I thought I can trust Aritzia, I'm not happy :(

I ordered these 2 sizes up based on other reviews and they still were like 3 sizes too small. I ordered 2 sizes smaller from Zara of the same style pant and they were perfect. Don't waste your money on these.

Ok the sizing of these pants is not to par and the fit is just awful. Sized up to a 6 couldn't barely get them zipped in the front and there was a bit of a gap in the back! Cannot size up anymore because it would be way too big in the back. These pants need a fix so upset I had to return them! Please adjust the sizing!

The pants are not meant for a petite woman even in the short size. The 00 I couldn’t zip up and the 0 was massive. Really disappointed.

I absolutely adore Aritzia so this review actually makes me sad to write. I have noticed over the last year that their sizing is not consistent. I've ordered the same exact things from 2021, this year, to find they are much more cropped than before. However the Melina Cropped has been the most disappointing. The Melina Cropped was perfect for me as I am 5'1" and it hit right under my ankle bone. The Melina Pant in a size Short were too long so I was a big fan when I found these. I ordered the Cognac in the same size as my pair from last year to find they were two inches above my ankle bone! When I asked for Styling advice on Chat, I was not given any recommendations or insight to why this occurred. Please Aritzia - get better at quality control!

I would absolutely not recommend these pants. I purchased a pair from the warehouse sale expecting the same quality Aritzia stands behind. I have just worn the pants for the first time, and within less than an hour of sitting in the car, the pants began to completely peel and fall apart. Aritzia will not exchange the pair nor refund me. I am very disappointed.

Wish I loved these - they're comfortable and the fabric is nice (warning: bit shiny). But they're narrow through the hip and made my butt look like a pancake. The back pockets are also placed in a way that made my butt look wide. I also had a gap in the back waist band. Just not the right fit for me. For reference, I'm a size 25 in jeans with 34 inch hips and got a size 2 regular.
