Bought it in a size 2 as I do with all my Aritzia bottoms and the waist is very big. The description should say they fit oversized. Too late to size down since they are sold out in my size.

Cotton trousers
Good quality trousers! This pants is perfect for spring/summer. The fabric is light and soft. The only negative thing about is it runs at least one to two sizes big. Other than that, I would say that this is worth the money.

PS. I am 5’3 and I had to get it altered.

These are soooo cute. I would get your regular size if you like them to be baggier (can be worn both high waisted or lower on hips). Also since they are 100% percent cotton i am pretty sure they'll shrink in wash but have not tried to yet.

High Quality Dark Academia Trousers
High quality fabric and great shape. Very high waisted. Runs large, would recommend sizing down. I am normally a 4 had to reorder for a 2. Wish they came in more colors!

Very cute, but sizing is VERY OFF.
I want to rate these really highly because they are SOOOO cute, but the sizing is completely off. I am 5'8 with a 24" waist and about 34" hips. I ordered the 2 because I am usually a 2 and the size guide said the 2 was 25" and 35", respectively. The pants are at least 3 inches too big for my waist. I can fit almost two fists in the gap.

Super frustrating that the sizing is SO off, even when you try to follow the measurements!!
