the super puff₂o™ long

I loved this SuperPuff and had many compliments. I washed it according to the instructions with a very clean top line washer. It smelled like raw poultry when it came out and never puffed up right when it was dry. I actually had to wash it 8 times in stronger detergent and rubbing alcohol to get rid of the raw poultry smell. Conclusion? Either it is wrongfully labelled that it can be washed and dryed or they have used down that is not properly cleansed to fill it. I am so very disappointed and most of all had a coat that smelled like raw chicken.

The zipper is really awkward and not easy to zip up or down. It also gets stuck at the bottom and i have to rip it apart. The length is shorter than my other long Puffer from Aritzia which is disappointing. The shoulders are HUGE and look quite ridiculous and baggy - and I am not a small build, but the rest of the jacket is TIGHT. Overall it’s not great, I find my original long puffer is much much warmer and an overall better build but I got this one because it’s waterproof.
The price is reasonable compared to other down coats on the market, but I did expect better and this just isn’t it.

Love this coat however I typically wear an XS and that size in this coat was much too big unfortunately!

This jacket is very warm but still feels cool to wear. Fits well.

This jacket is so soft and warm and the brown color is beautiful. I wish the bottom sides would have been zippers instead of snaps but it’s ok. Great warm light weight jacket. I still have an experienced -40 weather with it but I’m hoping it keeps me warm. I am a small and I ordered a medium and it’s perfect. In case I want to wear something thicker underneath.

I really needed a light coat to wear in cold rainy weather, but unfortunately the coat does not look flattering on short, wider people. It makes me look like a giant ball. Because of better size, the arms are longer and way longer than my wrist. I wish super puff would make a less puffy version or just a regular warm coat. I love the powder parka but it’s just too heavy.

Love the color and warmth of this coat. It’s very lightweight and great for the cold Canadian winter.

I love how warm this jacket is, and how perfectly it fits. I feel like I'm in a sleeping bag every time I wear it.

This coat is fantastic. It is like wearing a warm, pillow blanket in the subzero weather we were having. The hand slips on the sleaves are a perfect addition to help keep the wind from blowing up the sleeves. When I stretch my arms out, this part does end up being just a touch too short so it pulls a little bit. But I liked this coat so much, I bought a shorter version too for the slightly warmer days that I don't need the full body coverage.

The fit is true to size and the fabric is relaxed and moves with you.

When it comes to warmth and comfort the coat is amazing. It keeps me so warm and dry. But sadly the zipper broke.

This puffer is so cute and warm! Love that as a puffer coat, it's not heavy or bulky. I got an xxs and as 5'0 and 100 lbs, it fits perfectly. The only thing I have to say about this is I hate how small the pockets are on the side. Especially when wearing bulky winter gloves, it's really annoying getting things in and out.

I can now go out in -20 and feel warm!

Love the jacket but opening of the pockets or SO small! I struggle putting my keys in and phone. Should make them with a wider opening.

I am so happy that I finally purchased this long version of the superpuff 2o. At first, I am skeptical to buy it cus I am short. But I had to try it at the store.
And XS is a good length for me.
It still has room for layers of clothing.
The length just fall right almost pass my calves. And it’s doesn’t look too long like you’ll end up looking like a sleeping bag.
Overall, I love it! Best jacket ever! Very warm for the vancouver winter.

Does not hold -14c we had in BC recently. I went for a walk and after 15 minutes I was cold, especially my forearms. The jacket has cold spots. I owe 2 of them in different lengths and their parks. Not enough insulation, tried with different layers and with a cashmere sweater, the same problem. I don't recomend it for very cold temperatures. I'm Canadian living in Europe, leaving soon, they couldn't exchange it over the phone and have it delivered at my sister's in BC. Their system doesn't work with foreign credit cards.

I didn't want to take it off ones tried it in the store. Sooooo comfortable, warm and stylish! The result - bought one for myself and one for my daughter in 2022 and another one for myself in 2023.
Feel so cozy every time I wear it. It's truly waterproof, light and stylish.

Just wear uniform under it. Super warm and comfy. Height is 5.2 but purchased long. It’s like wearing a sleeping bag.

I 💓 it but wish the zipper was better! I’m worried it might break soon, get caught, or not work…… fingers crossed it doesn’t get wrecked

Ok I love this jacket! I got this a year ago and it saved me on my Vancouver commutes with transit. It’s waterproof and rain just stays as water droplets on it. Then this year I moved and started walking to work and it just saved me in -16C weather! I’m so impressed and so so thankful for this jacket that I decided to write a review a year later, haha. I’m 5’7”, bottom heavy and about 160lb and I got a medium. It fits well under thick and thin tops and I got it in the black because I personally didn’t like the stand out black zippers on the other colours! Hood is ok on this jacket, not the most attractive when you have it on but it gets the job done.

I purchased this particular one because its waterproof. It's so warm, which I love. However the zipper and the zippers on the pockets are so cheap and flimsy. It's also hard to get things in and out of the pockets, After spending $500 you would expect better quality, this is the only thing that is disappointing about this purchase. This jacket also doesn't have the extra flap over the front zipper like the other puffer jackets have. The flap looks better, IMO. It's -15 in Vancouver today and I was so warm, so the jacket served it's purpose.

I LOVE this jacket. I opted for this one because of the length and water proofing and so glad i did because it keeps me dry. The length is amazing, I love how long it is, it adds an extra layer of cozy warmth. The taupe color is so stunning and versatile. I am a 5'8, 165 lbs, I usually wear medium and I got a medium which I found was PERFECT fit. Whether I am wearing a heavy sweater or light long sleeve it fits so nice. Do not be fooled by how incredible light weight it is because it is so warm.

I love it so much. It’s SO WARM. I’m always cold and this jacket makes me so happy. I ordered a medium. I’m usually a medium or if I want things oversized I go for a Large, but the medium is perfect (even with sweaters under). It’s long, but I actually love it and the buttons on the sides help so you can walk comfortably, but when sitting it’s like having a blanket on your legs. Like I said, OBSESSED.

I’m a person that feelings cold easily and I hate cold weather. So I saw a lot of people saying that this coat is very warm and it is said to be a 700 fills goose down and can handle-40 degrees. But when put it on and work out side with-10degree I still feel freaking cold and still feel the wind blowing inside my coat. And this coat is appetite for a wind proof and waterproof but doesn’t do like what it said. For this price it didn’t come with a good zipper, the zipper is so difficult to get it to zip up. Not worth the price for what it gives me.

BEWARE buying a jacket or anything for that matter from Aritzia. I bought this jacket personalized and the website allowed me to write in one extra character, so I thought the whole phrase would be included on the inside back of the jacket. When I received the jacket, it is missing a letter in the personalization. When dealing with customer service, they basically made it out to be my fault despite their website allowing me to put in an extra character. Extremely disheartening that I have to be out $500 because of the faulty website. Shame on you Aritzia for not helping me out when I have been a loyal customer for so many years!

With a good coat you shouldn’t have to layer up! I love how light it is and I feel so snug. I also get a ton of compliments

I initially really liked my coat, until I started wearing it everyday. The upper back part of this coat where shoulder meets, has realty little padding. I was so cold wearing it on a 4 degrees Celsius clear night walking my dog. I can’t believe this coat is rated for -40 degrees. Not sure if the little padding on that part was a default design or a problem of quality control, but I’m really really unhappy. As for sizing, I’m XL according to Aritzia and I got the XL. It fits nicely, slightly loose for layers.

I live in Toronto so this is perfect. Looks good and is warm enough for the weather here. Fits true to size.

Been wanting a long puffer jacket for a while and this one is perfect. Keeps me sooo warm and dry!! We have lots of rain here and wind so this jacket helps with it a lot. Also, people in other reviews say to size down but tbh I ended up exchanging the size down for my actual size instead (ordered M then exchanged for L). So if you are on the curvier side, I’d def recommend ordering true to size so you can walk easier when the jacket is fully zipped up lol

The construction, the feel, the color I preferred everything about this version to the regular long. I wish I could have tried the slim / they had it in water proof. I was swimming in the top of the coat and the bottom was snug. If you have a larger hip/butt I really suggest trying it on. The large fit me better in the bottom but was crazy huge on my upper body. I will never layer bc it is so warm and I run hot. So .. in going to deal with it being a bit more snug at the bottom. Wish there was a curvy version!!

The long puff this year has been upgraded i guess. I'm 5ft and 100lbs, i got the 3x small as my normal size for tops is xxs, it fits well and nicely on me. Not too puffy like my short one. Love it overall.

I have been reading reviews about sizing down and my recommended size is an XS. (5’3, 115lbs, 32B, 25in waist) I tried on different sizes with a thick hoodie, which I typically layer with in the winter. When I tried on an XS in store, it fit, but was restrictive. The small fit well but it was hard to move my arms up and around. I ended up sizing up to a medium, 2 sizes up and it gave me the mobility I was looking for but was still snug enough to keep the cold air from drafting in. If you plan to layer up and wear thick clothes under, I would consider sizing up. Otherwise, your true to size will fit perfectly with thin layers. I highly recommend going in store (if you can) to try on sizes with your typical layering routine.

The online tool suggested I buy a Small but I had read they run large. I ended up ordering an Extra Small and it still fits my third trimester baby bump which is amazing! So happy. I am 5’3” and 154 lbs at 35 weeks pregnant. Usual weight 125-128lbs.

lightweight. long. waterproof. warm. cute. functional. all the things! only thing is the zipper (bc it is new and has waterproofing) can be a bit sticky/ tough to zip up sometimes. other than that 10/10

I LOVE this coat!! It’s perfectly warm and I like how it’s warm down to the bottom. I’m 5 feet and it hits above my ankles. I’m usually an XS but I had to order a 2XS since it fit me better. The XS was larger and boxier on me. With the 2XS I can fit chunky sweaters under there without it feeling bunched. I haven’t tried it in the rain yet but I’m excited to see how it works!

Love it. I am always cold when outside, and this is the first time I can be outside for long periods of time and not even feel it! Worth it. The waterproof is such a great feature. I originally ordered a small but there was too much room so I exchanged it for an xs.

This jacket is PERFECT in my eyes! I spend hours at a time outside for work and needed something that was warm and waterproof, but didn’t restrict my movement. This jacket is it! I also love the way it looks compared to previous styles. It’s less “Michelin man” and more fitted and sleek. I did read some reviews about the zipper getting stuck, but mine seems to be fine.

Tried on a million sizes in store but the length just looked like I was drowning in the coat. I’m 5”3 and 140lbs and xs was a good size aside from the length. Short version in multiple colors is necessary!!

Could have gone for the xs but this one will have lots of room for a big sweater under.

Hits just around my knee, I’m 5’9”. 150 lb and broader shoulders/ athletic build. I thought it would go longer but I still love it! Went with a different colour and glad I did because black is basic 😂

The waterproof super puff is worth your money trust me. The quality is great, it’s warm and it looks nice on. Super puffs are the only jackets I trust to keep me warm in -30 weather and the price is reasonable compared to other brands. I would say go one size up for the waterproof version because it is more tight when you try to zip it up. Overall, BEST JACKET.
