the effortless short™ mini

This short came very quickly. It is extremely flattering. I'm 4'ft 11 and 115lbs. It gave my bottom an A shape with a nice waist. I got it in black so it somewhat hides my rolls when I sit. It's not too think or thick. Perfect length. It smells nice too. This is definitely worth the price and will be a stable piece. I love this so much.

Sizing is off. I am a 4 in all my Effortless pants but when I tried this on, it was so tight. I compared it to the limitless shorts, also size 4, and the waist length was visibly shorter! I would recommend sizing up.

Classy flattering and a necessary move.

Love the material, the pleating, the cut. Opted for this length over the mid-thigh option as I have longer legs and proportionally these look better.

Loved the fit and fabric. Would get more of these shorts!

Amazing, makes my butt look so big

I purchased these in the light birch colour because I have the pants also and I wanted a cute pair of dress-y shorts for summer. Unfortunately, although the fit was cute, I could not get over the pockets on both the front and the back being see through. It made them look cheap. I had to return them unfortunately

Perfect shorts. So comfortable and don’t wrinkle. They definitely run small, so size up.

Love the length. Not too short and not too long. I find the mid thighs to be a little too long for my liking. These are just the right length

I have effortless pants in size 12 and they all fit perfectly, got a 12 in these and I can barely do them up and they’re so tight on my thighs and go right up my butt

These definitely fit small (like the pant version). The black is nice, I can't comment on whether the lighter colours are see-through or not, but other reviews say they are

I really dislike the crepette material. It is so thin and cheap looking, and you can see the back pocket outline. Please release white/birch colour shorts with the ReEssential material!

If you're on the fence about these, just go ahead and buy them!! They're perfect!

Size 4, 5'4'' 135 lbs fits perfect. My favorite shorts.

I think these are sooo cute! Perfect length for me since I’m 5ft. But I find this material wayyyy smaller than the other effortless pants/ shorts I own. Definitely size up if you want it to be more comfy!

These shorts are great and I love the length. However, they are a bit snug so I will have to exchange them for a bigger size.

I purchased these with the intent of going up a size (2) from a previous pair of Effortless 3” shorts I bought a year ago that were in a size 0. For some reason, these shorts are much smaller in the waist - I could barely connect the clasps which is strange, because I’m a true 2 in my effortless pants. They are also much shorter in inseam by half an inch, maybe? They just feel a tad bit shorter which feels as though my cheeks are about to pop out any moment. I took out my size 0s and they fit perfectly with the inseam coming at 3.5-4 inches. The quality feels different as well. I would prefer my old effortless shorts over the new one. I plan to return these shorts and am sad I didn’t just return them for a size up when I initially purchased them in 2021. For reference, I am 5’3 - 25 - petite. Mostly a size 2 in Wilfred and Babaton pants and shorts.
