melrose waffle short

I love these shorts. However, i only have 4 stars because they are baggy in the front so it looks like i have all this extra material. Maybe i should’ve gotten a size smaller but then they would’ve been really short. I’m 145 lbs and 5’8 1/2

I had got these as I had saw they were 50% off and love wearing them around the house. Super comfortable.

These are so comfy. Hug the booty just perfect. The small slits up the side look great and allow for a perfect fit. I am 5'2" with a round peach. Usually wear XS or S (25-26). I bought an XS and they're perfect. Could have gotten away with a S for extra comfort.

This are loose lounging shorts. I recommend sizing down. I did not and got a S instead of an XS because of Aritzia inconsistent sizing. They do collect a lot of pet hair though so be aware of that if you have animals. Otherwise for the simple and basic short the are, I enjoy them. I style them with the waffle shirt in the same color and wear some tall socks and sneakers and it’s effortlessly cute

The sizing was way off and inconsistent to other shorts that were in a different colour. I have not had a chance to return them and will likely get credit only … in terms of the product I am actually disappointed in the inconsistency and unreliability.

These shorts are so comfortable. I loved them so much I had to get another pair.

These are really cute and fit true to size. Soft and launder really well. I took off one star because they are a little see through. I ordered the cosmo pink colour. Intended to just wear around the house or sleep shorts anyway... but I previously ordered the TNA waffle knit jogger in a medium green colour so I expected the same weight/thickness to the material... It's not. Waffle shorts are lighter and way thinner. Personally wouldn't be comfortable wearing these out of the house.

I bought several of the thermal waffle jogger pants to wear in the house during covid/WFH and loved them. Thought I'd give the shorts a try. I gave them 3 stars because they're comfortable-ish and cute but they (1) aren't super practical, given that they're a bit warm on hot days when you'd normally wear shorts b/c of the material, and (2) more importantly, they ride up when I walk any significant distance. On the latter point, they're not super short but either the material or shape of my thighs causes them to rise and then you've got thick/bunchy material in the crotch area. So I'm reserving them for when I'm lounging at home/cottage, camping or going to the beach.

These are very short, but very cute and comfortable. Material is super breathable and high quality, as expected from Aritzia.

I can wear these at work during the summer and I can wear them all weekend at home. They lay perfect, they don't bunch weird at the crotch almost at all, and the waffle fabric is really good quality. I wish they made more colors, I would have bought more than 4. I don't need 8 pastel colors on offer... that gets pretty stale when you wanna be bolder in the summer. Would've taken Deep Pink, Vine Green, Gold Mine Yellow, and either Mandarin Orange or Apricot Chiffon. My credit card would've melted faster than fast. True to size, maybe a tad big if anything, but they certainly don't run small. Amazing silhouette. One of my favorite Aritzia products ever.

These shorts are sooo comfortable!! I usually get xs and it was a good fit. Very happy with these and I have them in Heather Grey and in Red.

I bought two colours during the clientele sale and needless to say, I’ll definitely be buying more. They’re soft, flowy and so comfy. I love the fit of them, you can wear them pulled higher on your hips or lower for a looser fit. SO obsessed, you will not regret getting a pair of these shorts! Did I mention they’re so flattering too? The cut is subtle but shows just the perfect amount of skin - get a pair!!

Good fit! Not too short and not too long. Material is kind of see through (I have a big dark tattoo on my hip that shows). Material is perfect for at home chilling/work. I do my housework, desk work, and cooking in this!

I got these in my usual size (small) in the colour Fresh Mint. They fit really well and are comfy but the only downside is they are quite thin and see through.

I love these shorts I love the material they are super soft and super comfy. I’ve been wearing them as PJ shorts but also as a summer a beach cover-up it’s been in the 40s here so Jean shorts are out. I would highly recommend these.

I got a small and the fit is nice, not skin tight but not baggy either. The length is also perfect because it covers your butt cheeks. The material is very thin which is nice for summer but it's almost too thin and looks a bit cheap. I got the mint green and unfortunately they're see through. I probably wouldn't buy again unless it was one of the darker colours.

Exactly what I’ve been looking. Basic comfy shorts. Great fit. Would recommend sizing up. I’m usually a small, but got a medium for a looser fit.

I bought this short with the Alamo thermal to wear as a set. I bought the top and bottoms in a size small... I ended up having to exchange the short for a medium. For reference, I usually wear smalls in sweatpants and a size 27 in denim. Much more comfortable with the medium short fit!

Cannot say enough great things about these shorts. Purchased some highly rated ones from a high end athlesuire brand (lulu*****) for 2x the price and was not impressed/returned. I ordered these with high hopes and am OBSESSED! They hit everything I want in a short (1) high waisted (2) covers the booty cheeks but still a flattering length (3) not tight/looser on the thighs (4) elongates/thins the legs. These hit every one of those points and are insanely comfy! I can sleep and work from home in them, but I can also let my dog out or run a quick errand in them. Try them out! I'm ordering in all the other colors and want more!!

True to size and comfortable to lounge in! I took off one star because the black isn't a true black like in the picture online, it's more like a very dark grey.
