Super Soft!
Loose around the hips, I would definitely size down. I didn't and I regret it. Overall, great quality material. These feel like pajamas! These are very long and look great with platform shoes.

They're so long, but that's better than being too small. I ordered XL thinking they're a cropped or floor length pant but they're maybe 3-4 inches too long.
