samuel tweed blazer

My very first experience buying an Aritzia blazer. I sized up based on other reviews and while shoulders /chest area fitted just right , sleeves were still a little tight. Material is wonderful, has a true Chanel vibe. Color is true to picture. The other thing I didn’t like was how heavy the jacket was. And honestly it didn’t quite work for my Apple completion, I look really huge wearing this.

This is the best blazer I have bought from Aritzia in terms of the style, design and quality. The fabric buttons make this blazer even more elegant. The color is ivory just as seen on the model. I have very petite frame, 5'2/110 lb and 00 is very fitted which I prefer. I wish it had black too!!

I waited for the price to go down a bit more after it was originally placed on sale. Lucky me scored the last size 8. I'd say I'm a 6 on top but I didn't want it to be too fitted. The material is A1 quality and overall it's just a gorgeous jacket that I cant wait to wear.

literally nothing to complain about this jacket. It is so stunning. I ordered it one size bigger to fit oversized, and I am happy I did so.

I love this tweed blazer so much I got it now although I don’t need it at home. I can’t wait to wear it once I start working in the office again! For the sale price, I haven’t seen anything better for this level of quality. I ordered my regular size 00 and it is very fitted which I prefer especially since it is slightly oversized. I am usually between a 00/0 and normally XXS in most Aritzia jackets/tops with a 32B bust. I love that the buttons are tweed as well without any metal or pearls. This makes the blazer look more modern and versatile for a wider range of outfits although it is a seemingly formal piece.

I was eyeing this jacket for a while. So classic but also still really cool. Can’t wait to wear it with jeans and a tee. Was torn on what size to order and ended up with the 8. (I’m a 6 up too and an 8 bottoms but I also tend to find Aritizia runs small) It was the right choice.

I had been looking for a tweed jacket for months, and finally this one came out! I absolutely love it! Great with jeans or dress pants. Please make this in black as well! There's no other tweed jacket this great on the market.

Blazer fits tts and I'm loving the longer length. The quality of fabric and seams are great.

Be careful, the fit was wider than expected in the waist and arms. The style is more relaxed but the fit was too wide for my liking, making the style look tacky instead of sleek. This blazer only is wearable closed. I will have to get it tailored (usually a XS at Aritzia, got a 2). Otherwise it's beautiful, a perfect cream tweed. Thick and warm, impressed by the quality.

Generally, I love all of my Aritzia purchases but this blazer has got to be one of my favorite purchases this year! It is a nice, neutral cream color, has structure and the tweed texture is beautiful. My main issue with this blazer however is that it fits a little smaller than my Samuel blazers in other styles in the same size. For reference, I always wear a size 8 in Babaton Samuel blazers and this particular blazer fit more like a size 6. Would still recommend purchasing this blazer but may be try one size up for a better fit!

This jacket is so well made! So lovely on! I’m on maternity leave and bought it for when I go back to work. It’s so smart looking, and I’ll look like a real power lady walking back in. It’s heavy enough that you could wear it as a jacket with a sweater underneath and a scarf in cooler weather. Love it!
