chalmers sweater Mock neck sweater with drop shoulders

I really like the sweater, although I'm petite the medium size fits just the way I like. An oversize sweater just seems to swallow me. I haven't worn it anywhere since I'm not going anywhere fun. I'Il be ready when the time comes. Quality seems good and I like the detailing.

The first time I bought this sweater in a small and it just fit too tight because I have big hips.. so now I bought it in a medium and it fits well but the sleeves are soo big on me..

Ordered pink initially but returned. Re-ordered escape while and love it!

I bought 2 sweaters, camel and light grey. Really nice length- doesn’t show tummy but looks good with high waisted pants. Pills quite a bit at first wear.

The sweater is true to size. The problem with this sweater is the quality it started pilling right out of the bag. The customer service dept. says it’s normal. This is not the first wool sweater I own. It looks awful , The problem is the blend. It’s a tight knit this should not have happened.

I love this sweater, the detailing on it makes it more interesting than a standard woven sweater. It fits a bit larger than what I would like (I ordered an M), I think that is the style, but I figure it might shrink a bit in the wash given that it's a wool blend? The colour is lovely (I chose the pink option).

Gorgeous over leather pants or with trousers.

Shrinks after wash, even hand wash and flat dry. Best bet is never wash it.

This is beautiful sweater and I am thinking about buying it in another color. It is warm, stylish, flattering, not itchy, and, generally, feels luxury.

I am giving 4 stars because - it shrinks like crazy after washing! I through out sweater I bought last year.
To fully enjoy this sweater I suggest the following: 1. Buy size up as one of the reviewer suggested. I did so, and it fit and feels much better. Also, do not wash. Instead dry clean it.

Nice sweater but starting pilling a lot just after one wear

I’m a S/M answer bought M based on previous reviews in case it shrinks after wash. So far I’ve not washed it and worn it twice and really like it.. it doesn’t stretch out like almost winfred wool sweaters I’ve owned; sleeves especially. I’ve already notice some piling around the armpit but that’s normal due to rubbing. Will see what happens when I finally wash it...

I have two sweaters like this - one I got 2 years ago and one I got this year. I loved the fit and look of the sweater, which is why I purchased it again. But this one is pilling a lot and shrunk when I washed it. So I would recommend sizing up, and sending to the dry cleaner. It really is the perfect length, and warm. Fits casual and work situations - but care is essential.

I am completely crazy about this sweater! It is so soft, great quality, and adorable fit. The bad news is I paid $128 for it and wore it once. I washed as the tag stated and it shrunk up everywhere. I'm sorry to say I won't be able to wear it again. It was a one-and-done purchase. I recommend the sweater if you never plan to wash it.

I finally bought this after eyeing it for so long. I love the fabric and the feel. Fits true to size. I give it 4 stars because it does start to pill once washed (I just throw it in the washer like normal so it is my own laziness at fault) so if you can dry clean, please do!

I'm typically size xxs at Aritzia but I ordered a size xs. I hand washed this in cold water and it still shrunk and the sleeves became very tight. It also started shedding a lot of wool. If anyone is interested in purchasing this I would recommend sizing up. Pretty overpriced considering it shrunk and it sheds so much

Loved this sweater, but after a few wears I went to wash it - following instructions - and it shrunk!! Beautiful and soft, but hard to say it's worth the investment when it didn't last as long as a typical Aritzia product.

I should’ve sized up - I’m generally a XXS and should’ve gotten a XS. Also, the purple isn’t as dark as it looked in the pictures. Overall, I like the neckline and think it’ll be cute for a more casual work outfit.

Perfect sweater to throw on with a pair of jeans, or dress it up with some dress pants to make it business casual! It’s a great length, ends right at the hip, and is not too baggy nor tight. Would recommend!

Fits to size and as comfortable as all of the other Aritiza wear I own.

Such a perfect fit and true to size. The length is amazing and it's super warm (great for fall, winter and early spring). I would recommend this sweater to anyone!

I love the shape and knit pattern of this sweater. I definitely could have gone up a size. It’s a little snug in the chest and arms but I am hoping it will give a little with each wear. The length is absolutely perfect.

Not too long, nice shape around the bottom, sleeves a little long... had to turn up. Love the mock neck, great classic colour.

Love the fit, quality and style.

It’s nice, but... Fit isn’t great for larger chested ladies, still ok though if you’re happy with a baggier style. Colour is a fairly true white, although still a little off white. Slightly see through unfortunately. Worst thing though is that the wool sheds like crazy and balls up from your arms rubbing your sides. Wouldn’t purchase again. Wilfred Free sweaters are way better (i.e. the Wolter one).

I ordered this in size S and it was perfect. I didn't want to love it because it was only $10 off and pricey but it was just slightly oversized, minimalist and very warm. For reference I am 5'2", 110 lbs.

I really wanted to love this sweater! When I first tried it on I loved it. However, after wearing for maybe two hours, there were pills EVERYWHERE. It really isn't wearable and of course, I can't return it.

Love the quality and fabric - I particularly like a tight knit weave as the sweater looks great for years.

True to size, very flattering and great material.

I loved the look of this sweater and was super excited about wearing it. However I was extremely disappointed with the quality. My first day wearing it, it completely pilled. After having it dry cleaned it was still badly pilled to the point where I can no longer wear it. For the price of this sweater that should not be happening.

Very cute, love the neckline. It is true to size and washes well on the wool/hand wash cycle. I purchased the Noble colour which is a beautiful dark purple.

I bought a size small because I wanted a slightly larger fit. Looks great with jeans, dress pants or leggings. I have gotten compliments each time I wear it.
Because it’s wool it has antimicrobial properties and does not need to be washed as frequently.

This sweater is very cute and flattering, but unfortunately, this year's model is a step down from last year. The quality isn't as nice, and the sizing is off. Size up from what you'd normally buy.

Super cute, love the color! Fits pretty true to size, I’m normally an extra small but I didn’t want it to be too short so I went with a small. Very flattering with jeans!
