This is a classic cardigan the cashmere is a beautiful quality. The shoulder is perfect. Normally I wear an xs but purchased a small as I luckily tried on in store for a slightly oversized classic fit. Will look forward to purchasing the grey when back in stock and more bare cashmere pieces.

The Perfect Basic
Bought this in the grey and glad I did. It’s the perfect staple. I’m usually a medium and bought a size small and it fits perfectly. I like my sweaters to be a bit more formal fitting. But if you want it slightly oversized, but your true size. For reference I’m 5’9 and a size 8.

Feels itchy and fits small
I immediately didn't think this was worth the price when I tried it on. It was slightly itchy when I put it on and it fit small. I'm usually a S/M and have to size down in many Aritzia sweaters but I should have gotten a medium in this one instead of small because I couldn't button it up.

Overall I think this would be perfect if it was softer. I think the colour is beautiful but I've heard cashmere is a dream to wear and this was not. I suspect it would have pilled very quickly.

Drastically pilled after 1 wear
I had really high hopes for this cardigan. Fit and color are good, but the quality of the cashmere is really disappointing. I wore this for thanksgiving dinner and it is already extremely pilled under the arms and across the chest. It looks as though I’ve had it for years. I’m no stranger to taking care of delicate cashmere garments, but this level of pilling after one wear is ridiculous. Don’t spend your money, this is not lasting quality.

It's a Hit!
Not all Aritzia cashmere is created equal. I find the quality is hit-and-miss. This cardigan is a hit! It's lightweight and flattering and it doesn't have stupid drop shoulders or a raglan sleeve like every single other cashmere piece Aritzia has come out with. This is 100% worth it. It' 'll be a piece that will last many years!
