Very thick heavy weight dress… seemed like a bridesmaid dress. Ordered an XS which is my regular size and the top was quite tight.. not a fan returned

I ordered the dark green style dress to wear to a wedding. The top part of the dress fits well and the mid part of the dress has some room. Overall this dress has nice material. I am 5ft 5in tall, 120lbs, 34c bust.

It fits tighter than it is described, and the zipper gets stuck

I wore this dress to a wedding and recieved so many compliments. It is so flattering and easy to style different ways. Very flattering. Very thick material to be mindful of if planning to wear in the summer

I am 140 lbs and a little taller than 5'6" - bought a Small in the taupe. It's tight around my chest (32dd), but it's so good otherwise, I don't even care if I have a little back chub because of it. Really great dress. I needed a not too sexy, not too short, classy-looking evening dress I could wear to dressier occasions that had a relatively conservative tone (like family or work event). I tried on the black too, very sophisticated looking. The weight of this dress feels like a $300 dress and scoops you in like a scuba suit. Winner. I would buy in another color. The small is tight on me...but still good. I didn't get to try a medium on at all. I am usually between a small and medium - size US6 dress usually fits like a glove.

Very elegant white dress. I wore it for my photoshoot and everyone thought it was a very expensive dress. Loved the details of the top (flipped layer) both front and the back side. Really nice thickness fabric which I loved. But due to its weight it slipped down when I tried on so I sized down to a XS and it stayed perfectly all day during the photoshoot. Loved it so much!!

The material is so nice in person, feels like quality! and it fits perfectly!

Great quality. The material is thick and stretchy while also making your waist look small. I am normally a true medium but sized down to snatch everything in.

Love this dress! I ordered the M and S, and kept the smaller size. For reference I am 5’9” 145lbs athletic build. The small fit perfectly!

The dress itself is beautiful and very flattering. The material is thick, so it lays nicely and flat on the body. Unfortunately, the matte pearl is too close to grey and not white. I was planning on wearing this for my court wedding, but the color is off. I hope they release this dress in white or their birch color soon! Given it is a wedding, the colour does matter to me. But if you are wearing this in another color, I would say that it is a stunning dress and you can't go wrong.

The material is reminiscent of a scuba material. I wouldn’t say it was $145 dollars worth. But it hugs all my curves.

My daughter and I bought this dress initially for her graduation, but ended up wearing this on her 18th birthday last Saturday. Our friends and family loved it on her. And I loved it as well on her! The colour, the fit, the length and the material are all perfect! This is truly an eye catcher!

Size down and it’s amazing!

I was looking for a white dress for my college graduation. I love everything about the dress except for the color. The model photos gave me the impression that the dress was white, or white-adjacent/ivory. Instead, the matte pearl color is an extremely unflattering dingy gray. I wish it could have passed for an off-white color, but it just looks like old bedsheets. I wish the photos accurately depicted the color of the dress.

Though, the dress has a considerable amount of stretch. I usually wear a medium/US 6 (sometimes 8 for pants), and I bought the small after reading the reviews. The fabric is thick and feels expensive.

I purchased this expecting the matte pearl to be a bright white and it unfortunately was a greyish color. I returned it.

If you consider about buying this dress. Just buy it. The moment I put it on like I've fallin in love again. I'm 107lbs and 5'3, size xs works perfectly.

I bought this dress to get eloped in and saw that others had as well. It is gorgeous but I will be returning it as the "matte pearl" is not white or off-white as pictured, it is a light grey. So it did not give me wedding vibes at all when I tried it on.

Its been awhile since i've purchased something I like enough to leave a glowing review, but this dress is great. I ordered the burgundy colour and its so stunning. I'm usually an 8 or 10 in aritzia brands but based on reviews saying this has stretch, I stuck with a medium and it was perfect. I want an excuse to buy it in other colours.

I really loved the fit and material, it was thick enough to wear without bra and was almost shaping but the reason I returned was the cream color is definitely more grey than shown online. It looked too dingy for me.

Had to return but if I ever need a black strapless dress this will be my pick!

Love this dress. The fabric feels very high quality and it won’t wrinkle. I’m usually between a medium and large but opted for medium because I wanted it to be fitted and it fits perfectly.

I went buy this in store after eyeing it online and I'm glad i did! I ended up going a size smaller to have a more snug secure fit - though there's not much room for more it fits like a glove. That being said I'm very slim and don't wear bras. If you plan on putting a shirt underneath or have actual hips/bust go true to size. The material is a great texture and thickness. Timeless dress.

I bought this dress for my holiday party and it was perfect! There were so many compliments, and I styled it with a Babaton oxford shirt underneath. My body is very straight (no large hips) so it gave me just enough curve that was very flattering.

Decided to size down to an XS after suggestion from the most helpful store associate (can’t recall her name but had dark brown, curly hair), provided the most gorgeous contouring shape due to the thick fabric. Ended up being perfect for a December park elopement. Great work Aritzia!

I have to admit I am shocked at how much I absolutely love this dress! The material is thick and form flattering, and it hugs in all the right places. Definitely an eye catcher! I agree with a previous review that it's a little snug around the calves so it does restrict your gait slightly, but I'm not too worried. I ordered an XS and usually fit XS-S but wanted it to be a little snug to feel secure at a work event as I am DD and the dress is strapless. For reference I am 34 Bust/27 Band, 25 Waist, 38 Hips.

Believe it or not, I bought this to be my wedding dress. I've not had the wedding yet, however, this dress looks just gorgeous on, and it fits well, and it's comfortable.
I'm usually an 8 or M in Aritzia dresses, so I bought S and M just to be safe, and actually ended up keeping the S.
I can see this being a great dress after the wedding too. I'm not into spending $3000+ on a dress to wear once, so this was a great choice for me. It's very classy, classic, and sophisticated. Absolutely love it.

Such an elegant dress! I got so many compliments wearing it. It's not stretchable material but it also does crease/wrinkle, so I sized down to make it fit me better and have more of a tight fitting. I also am on the smaller chest side and petite.

I have a formal event coming up and ordered this in both navy and black. I will generally do anything to avoid wearing a black dress to and event because it feels like a cop out, but when I had to choose between the black and navy, the black not only felt more formal, but the fabric gives it a tuxedo-like appeal which was very appropriate for what I need it for. This dress would make excellent work wear with the right blazer, so it’s quite versatile. The length and stretch are perfect. I didn’t realize when I bought it that it is ruched on one side which is something I usually associate with maternity clothing, but it’s subtle and doesn’t take away too much from the dress over all.

The fabric is way too thick and heavy for a dress. Had to return.

WOW! This dress is classy and sleek. Perfect for a wedding or fall/winter event. It fits me like a glove and adds some cure, and I am typically quite petite (5'1 ~92 lbs). The length is a little on the longer side but the back slit makes for easy walking.

I have a very boyish body type and this makes me look curvy! Fits like a glove without feeling tight. However! I would not wear this any wear I would have to walk far in. The pencil skit really restricts your gait. Just take it slow and you’ll be okay. For reference I’m 5’8, 110lbs, 32-23-32, bust 32A. Also, I will have to use fashion tape to keep the top part up on me since I’m pretty flat.
