twirl pleated skirt

I have a pale pink, a red, a white of this skirt and finally I bought the black colour. For each skirt, I paid additional $100 to Aritzia compared to other similar products on the market, for a fully lined, better pleated, more “chiffon” like pleated skirt. I see a lot of half-lined pleated skirts on the market which are way too juvenile.

My friend made me want this skirt, she owns 2 and reaches for them again and again. I purchased the vintage navy with the little sprigs of white flowers and greenery and it is so vintage and feminine. I wear it all of the time and it can easily be dressed up or down and work for all different occasions.

This skirt is a dream, fits perfectly (I'm 5'6, 26-27 waist) the spin is barbie fairy princess dreams. Beware of the chiffon overlay getting pulled threads or ripped easily!! Noticed mine has a pull all across the back. Honestly it's worth the risk and having to be gentle with it though

I loved the skirt itself. The color and material were so cute, but I could not get past the waist band and it’s terrible material that didn’t match the skirt and just gave the worst muffin top.

This skirt is so easy to wear and dress up or down. It fits true to size,I'm 5'5' 125lbs and wore a small. The waistband is comfy and the material is nice and flowy. I purchased the blue print and would love to get it in black too.

I am a fan of the twril skirt. And the lighter colours are more see through. Other than that, it is such a flattering piece to any wardrobe.

I ordered the twirl skirt for a variety of summer gatherings. It can be paired with a simple vest, a t-shirt and cropped jacket or a soft sweater…three outfits using the same skirt! Love it!

I was hesitant about this because it’s 100% polyester and I think I was right. I’ve worn it twice for a few hours each and the band snagged. It’s very beautiful but I don’t know if the quality matches the price. I bought it in two colors but won’t be repurchasing any more.

Got the skirt in yellow and it was exactly what I wanted but the color was entirely see through so ended up returning it. Might try buying in a darker color.

Light and airy - love it. Normally wear a 6 in aritzia pants and the medium is great, if not just a tiny touch big. Great to dress up or dress down.

Beautiful skirt, really well made, very light and airy, hides imperfections very well. Color is gorgeous too, not exactly as bright, but in reality even prettier.

This light birch is lovely but unfortunately very see through, no matter what colour you have on underneath. I think it needs opaque slip underneath.

Love this style of skirts and I have a couple of them ,so stylish you can dress them up or down with some sneakers.

Don't need any other style skirt, this is it.

This skirt is so easy and comfortable to wear and you can dress it up or down depending what you wear it with. Will be great for summer but with a sweater you can wear it spring or fall too. Lighter colors are a little sheer if you wear a dark shirt tucked in or dark underwear, but if you tuck the shirt into light coloured shapewear or a light colour slip it’s fine. I am only 5 feet tall so it’s more a maxi skirt than midi skirt but I still love them. I usually wear an XL and ordered an XL. The XL fits well but there’s definitely room in the skirt and I could probably squeeze into an L without it being too tight. So I’d recommend ordering your usual size BUT if the colour you want is only available in one size smaller than your usual size you can probably size down in a pinch. Also, the fabric is ethereal and delicate so you can get little runs in it if you’re not careful, but these aren’t super noticeable unless you’re up close and looking for them.

I have 4 Twirl Skirts that I've bought in the past and I feel like they've changed the fabric on these new ones because they feel different (not in a good way) and the lighter colours are so seethrough. For $150 I don't believe these new versions are worth it, at least for the lighter options. I'll have to try the darker ones but I was disappointed as the price hasn't changed but the quality seems to.

I paired this skirt with a thin knit sweater and received compliments from many coworkers. Even though this skirt is very elegant and dressy, I also like to wear it with a simple t-shirt and white sneakers. The child in me also enjoys twirling in this as if it was my ballet wrap skirt.

I have a 26in waist and normally wear XS. I tried XXS which fit, but XS was the most comfortable.

This skirt is stunning. I have it in black, red, light brown and gloss green. I ordered in iris blue. All are beautiful but I returned the iris blue because I found the colour was too light for my taste. Please bring back this skirt in navy blue or rich cocoa brown. Style is perfect for casual with a t-shirt, office with a fitted blazer, or formal with a satin bustier. Highly recommended. Packs perfectly for travel too!

I've been eyeing the skirt for about 2 years now. was thinking that the double layer will give some type of protection but you must wear nude undies with this. Was also thinking it would be a more elegant look but since the fabrics is so thin it shows your butt crack unless you wear thicker undies. Over all it's a cute piece but the cost vs quality was disappointing. I haven't found anything else like this on the market so I'll be keeping but I had to spend extra on shorts to wear underneath.

This skirt is beautiful! I got the golden camel and it’s the perfect color for any time of year. I needed ACL reconstruction and this fit seamlessly over a full leg brace! It was not see through at all. The fabric is a little too delicate though and I think it’s a bit overpriced but I’m happy with my purchase overall

I tried this skirt on in-store and was so excited about how cute it looked. Then I wore it in the real world. There is truly no outfit embarrassment worse than a SENIOR person at your office pulling you aside in the hallway to let you know your skirt is completely see-through. Yes, I was wearing nude underwear. Yes, it looked fine from the front, especially in Aritzia's store lighting and in my apartment. But I rushed to look at the back of it in the office bathroom and pretty much felt my soul leave my body. Aritzia did not properly line this skirt. I'm so sad. I'm dreading going back to the office. I've thought about buying a slip to wear under, but I'm frustrated by the thought of spending more money. Honestly, I currently feel panic just looking at the skirt in my closet, so I don't know if I'll ever wear it again.

I’ve been searching for a pleated skirt for a long time. This one is so flattering and would suit all ages. Feels soft and feminine I plan to take it to Europe and be able to wear it for casual and dress occasions. True to size I’m normally a 6 (28) 5’6” 135 small is perfect

I bought 2 of those from online at the same time. It looks fancy from far but the fabric on top is as you will find in any cheap store for 20 dollar. I just wore one of them today and it got ripped already. Never had this happen before.
