flaubert sweater

I love the color and the look, however it is really tight on the armpits and arms - limits you to wearing a sleeveless or very lightweight short sleeve shirt underneath. (I have a petite frame for reference)

Overall I really like this sweater but the sleeves are tighter than I like. I’ll still be able to make it work though. The colour is beautiful!

I was so excited to get this sweater but the arms were so tight it didn’t look good on me at all.

Great cardigan that matches everything. Love the pockets. The arms are a but tight (as other reviewers have mentioned), but is not a problem for me. Would buy again!

Happy they brought this sweater back. A staple in my closet. Would love to see it in more colours.

Really pretty color, the muted yellow is like a neutral with some pop of color.
Something is definitely funny about the pattern though. The sleeves are very fitted esp. the upper arms. The rest is true to size.
Can only wear a tank or camisole underneath and still I try and stretch it out.
I had a similar style of this cardigan and loved it, but it was a cashmere wool. This merino wool is not as soft and has less give. Neck line is also heavier.
It was a final sale online being 0.01 cent below 50% mark down - so I'll make the best of it.

I already have 2 Flaubert sweaters in silk, cotton and cashmere. Love the cut and how flowy and comfy they are. The merino wool version feels amazing. I really am not a fan of this mustard yellow colour. The image on the website gives the impression that it is brighter, but the sweater I got was mustard and pretty blah looking. I would return it, if we weren't so restricted with physical distancing measures. I will probably wear it and try to brighten it up with some accessories, or maybe just wear it at home. Too bad.

This is a beautiful sweater, I bought both the merino wool and the linen one because I love the fit, style and comfort - one for summer, one for fall/winter! Decided to try my usual size M even though many reviews said the arms are narrow - I don't find this to be the case - fits perfectly.

The cardigan is really soft and comfortable. I got mine in the milk colour and it looks just like the photo. The sleeves are a little tight, so you can't layer with another long sleeve shirt.

Overall great cardigan to match with everything and all occasions. Love the 100% merino content. However, it does fit very narrow in the arms so you can not put it over long sleeve.

love the style and look of this cardigan, it's casual and very comfortable, they sleaves could be about an inch wider, in this time of the covid and being housebound we need more casual clothing.

Fits TTS imo. I got the merino version (there's a thinner version of this with the same colors currently) since i like my cardigans to have bit structure to it. Reviews say the sleeves a very tight. I don't find that to be an issue (perhaps my arms are more slender?) at all. The only problem i have with this is that, the model pictures appear more yellow. The one i got looks like a muddier brown yellow. Maybe i'm just nitpicking. I just perfect that happy sunflower color.

I like the quality of the cardigan but the sleeves are small and tight. I have to wear a sleeveless shirt to match it. I can't fit a t-shirt or anything with sleeves.

I really like this cardigan! Great quality and the white is nice and matches with everything. The only major complaint I have is that the sleeves are REALLY small and tight. I have hands and wrists that are smaller than average but it was still a struggle for me to squeeze into the armholes. I also was unable to squeeze in at all with a long sleeve underneath, so keep in mind this might only be meant to be worn with sleeveless shirts or T-shirts.

Needed a replacement cardigan and this was it. I ended up buying both colours, the cream/white and yellow. I love the length of the cardigan, not too short. I bought it for the POCKETS which are a must-have for me, and they are the perfect height/length where your hands and phone or other small items need to be. This cardigan deserves 5 stars, but I put one less star for the sleeves being a little tight. Would recommend a fitted shirt only underneath.

It’s beautiful and usual medium fit everywhere, except for in the arms. Returned it. The ivory/white color was also very yellow in person.
