It fits true to size, because it is a smocked type dress, it does have quite a bit of stretch, so I would stick to your regular size in dresses. Very flattering with the sleeves and the neckline is beautiful! I avoided wearing a bra in general and opted for stickies instead. For reference, I am 5'4", 125 lbs and 32D.
