Finding a 100% denim short that fits my "dancer butt" and muscular thighs is a whole thing. These *actually* do, in a way that is comfortable and flattering and leaves a little space to walk and sit and such. I normally run between a 26-27 (25.5 / 36 hip), and do have a bit of waist gap in the 26. But honestly these are my new favorite pair of shorts - I have worn them pretty much every day. If you need to wiggle them at first to scooch them up don't worry, they'll relax as they go- three wears later mine were fine. If you're in between sizes, even if you have le booty, go for your smaller end sizing. I haven't tried the super expensive brand which shall not be named, but these do the trick where some of the other mid-price to cheaper brands very much did not.

Love these shorts. They really are flattering with a slight flair on the legs. I bought a size up and I'm glad I did as they don't have much give. Best shorts I've owned in a long time!

ordered two sizes up from my normal, and glad I did. the shorts fit interestingly. I would say they fit small but also large and here’s why.. so getting them up and over my butt they just made it but yet I have a massive gap once I do have them pulled right up and buttoned up. which fyi they have a button front closure no zipper which I didn’t realize. I do and don’t hope they stretch out because I wouldn’t want the gap over my butt to get any bigger but I wouldn’t mind having a bit more room to get them over my butt

Super comfy, perfect hi rise for summer!

I love these shorts! I'm usually a 30 waist (6 ft, 165 lbs) and I always size up in jean shorts for a not too snug fit. I didn't have to with these shorts! They are a great length for my long legs and hit right below my belly button for a great rise. They're comfy, not super stiff. I bought them in white also! Summer staple for sure.

Luv the Denim Forum line..think I own almost every model in jeans so was thrilled to see the shorts this season. Ex boyfriend shorts are really flattering went back and picked up the Arlo shorts as well..2 must have styles for the summer :)

They fit bigger , id recommend sizing down. They flare out slightly at the thighs which is super flattering.

These shorts look and fit really similar to the Agolde Parker shorts, but are so much cheaper! Would highly recommend

I was looking for a high waisted white denim short that was casual but looked nice and had more of a relaxed fit; these were exactly that.

These shorts are comfortable, flattering and cute! My only qualm is that they gape at the waist.

Perfect shorts to dress up or down! What’s great about the denim forum is that once you find your size in one pair, you know your size in every pair! I bought the Yoko’s in store in my size but ordered these shorts online in the same size and they are a perfect fit.

Ordered size 32 which would fit loosely in other styles and could barely do them up. Would have needed an extra 4-6inches almost

The fit of these shorts is amazing. They're high waisted and they don't stick to your thigh- the cut is very flattering. I bought my normal size and after wearing them for 20 minutes, found that they stretched out enough to the point that I could have sized down.

I loved these at the beach! I find they do give you abit of “under booty” so as a mom chasing two kids I probably would wear these at the beach, out with friends or non-bending over events

They’re so flattering, and make your legs look amazing. I can’t wait to wear it lots in the summer. They’re high waisted, so a little cheeky but you can always tie a sweater around your waist. They’re not too tight and slightly loose. I’d say order a size down from your usual size. I can already tell these are going to be my favourite shorts. Thank you, Aritzia!
