Super warm and amazing length - only issue is the feathers shedding inside and out of the coat

I love this coat . Not only do I get tons of compliments, I’m never cold. Fashionable and functional . Wish I could have them in every Color !

Within two months of purchasing this coat: 1) It ripped in two different spots from contact two different BLUNT objects, 2) It has seams coming apart at the armpits, 3) The material attached to the zippers has totally frayed on both sides, 4) feathers are coming out in the middle of the coats material. At this point I dont even want this coat - for an item that costs almost $400 with tax, it is totally unreasonable for it to have ripped multiple times and to have so many other quality issues. A winter coat should have some durability to it, and yet wearing this coat outside makes me nervous because it is so fragile and prone to tears. I used to think it was worth it to pay the expensive Aritzia prizes for certain items, such as good quality jeans, trousers, sweaters or coats. I've resolved not to purchase from Aritzia again because I am so tired of the crap quality, and have learned not to expect anything more. Main point: dont buy this coat.

Within a month or two, the goose feathers have been falling out non stop, seams are not stitched properly. From a very warm jacket, now, I can already feel areas with less fillings now and wind is starting to come through. Initially I was very fond of this gift but after finding out the price, I am highly disappointed. If you are going to spend this amount, it might be a better idea to pay a little more for other alternatives that would actually last for two - three years.

The design is good and fashionable.

I love this coat! It keeps me extremely warm while commuting in negative temps and I really like the style. I'm 5"1 and very petite. I'd say it is a teeny bit big on me width wise, but it doesn't look like it doesn't fit and I wear thick sweaters. The puffer short does fits me better and differently though.

I like the jacket but i m giving 4 stars as the feathers are already coming out but hopefully this will stop. Its really warm though. I wish it was slightly shorter too.

It is a good quality coat and very warm, but like other reviews have said feathers do start to come out which I never experienced with the TNA Bancroft coat, and the hood sucks. It doesn't stay up at which is really disappointing since the Bancroft hood is amazing. Pros and cons with the coat. If you don't care whether or not the coat is super long like this one the Bancroft is a better buy in my opinion. Also order 1 or 2 sizes down

Love the length and the warmth. I do worry though that it’s only a couple weeks old and little feathers are already falling out. I expect a little more quality from Aritzia. But as of now it’s warm and going what it’s supposed to do. Definitely size down - usually a S and I’m wearing a XXS.

Warm, good quality in this price. However, the hood is not really tightened,it's too loose to stick on my head, always blown back

This jacket is good. It's not amazing but for the price there's nothing comparable. It has some interesting features like side snaps and additional spandex at the wrists to keep your forearms warm. Be warned. This jacket runs very big. I honestly thought I'd wear an XS but it was way too big.

I bought this puffer last week when the polar vortex came through and I realized I needed a coat that reached my ankles lol. I originally bought a size S - my regular size - but ended up ordering and keeping an XXS. For reference, I'm 5'4", 128lbs. The XXS fits perfectly! The coat is beautiful and feels like it's good quality. It has a tight sleeve in the armholes to make sure no cold air gets in between the coat and your gloves (I LOVE this feature). The pockets are fleece-y on the the inside. The two-way zipper and buttons at the sides of the coat make sure you have full range of motion when you need it (like walking for long periods and sitting in the car). I'm going to Ottawa in two weeks where it will be super cold, so I'm excited to see how this coat holds up! It is a down puffer so I am anticipating some feathers coming out, but that has happened with past parkas, and I know it's inevitable. Overall, I am so happy with this purchase and happy that Artizia has made puffers that are both warm and chic.

I normally wear S, but bought M for a slight oversized look. Besides, snug fit usually gives less warmth. And it is just great! Lightweight. I haven't tried it yet, but I was trying it in store and it seems to be very warm

Overall I think the jacket is fine. But it's losing all these features! I've had it for less than 2 months and all of the feathers are already coming out, which eventually will make the jacket less warm, but in addition make it look frayed and worn out in the meantime. I'm disappointed because I wanted this jacket for a long time before I bought it and none of the other reviews tell you that this is a problem with the jacket. I didn't even bother contacting the Aritzia customer service, because they have such a limited period for exchanges (only 10 days or so usually).

I live in Minneapolis and am loyal to Patagonia and Canada Goose brands. I decided to give this Super Puff Long a chance based on other reviews, the price, and the look. Minnesota winters can be very harsh with temps well below zero. I have a yellow lab (Sully) whom I walk about twice a day even in the cold temps so having a warm jacket is a priority for my lifestyle. I have been so happy with this jacket on all points mentioned above! Even in below zero temps I have been so warm with only 1 layer of smart wool underneath. On days where the temp is 15 degrees or above I don't even need the smart wool. Next week (first week in Feb 2019) we are supposed dip to 20-30 below zero so this will be the real test! The jacket does run quit large, I ordered the xxs and should have returned it for the xxxs. This is my new favorite winter coat!

I would highly recommend this coat. It fits nicely, is well made and very warm.

This is the warmest, comfiest and simultaneously lightest jacket I’ve ever owned. Is way oversized: normally wear a small, had to downsize to an XXS.

okay first of all i do love my puffer jacket the length is great and it fits perfectly however the fabric easily rips and lots of feathers are coming out of the jacket so the quality isn’t the best for the amount you are paying but the look of the jacket is great i just wish this jacket would last me longer then a few weeks

I really love my coat, it is super warm (really cool polar lining in the pockets) and it's really comfortable !
I was scared that it was too long & big (I am 5''6 & 52kg) but actually it's really nice, even if it's a puffer, the fit is perfect.

I really love this jacket, it keeps me warm and I really like how long it is. the only thing is I wish the tighter parts of the sleeve had a thumb hole because its too long and too tight to wear fully over your hand comfortably. thats my only complaint

Long enough to keep me warm in the cold. It s sooooo light and comfortable comparing with other down jacket. Great to have one in winter.

I bought this coat for a vacation to a cold place, I see it has wonderful reviews and I have been eyeballing it for over a year so I figured it was worth the price tag. After just a few wears, feathers are coming out absolutely everywhere at insane rates; areas of the coat are already significantly flatter. Also, on my third wear, the seam of the pocket zipper pull completely came unthreaded and the whole pull fell apart. I contacted Aritzia and they told me this was normal.....? I have owned so many down coats in my life, from cheap $20 Costco ones to Patagonias and Ralph Laurens, and none have behaved in such a way. I highly recommend investing in a higher end brand for the price tag. It's really cute though

Unless you want a really oversized look, recommend sizing down by 2 sizes. Also, not quite as warm as advertised. I wore it outside and thus can't get a refund, but am regretting dropping the money I did for this.

Jacket is awesome. Warm and well constructed. Love the inside pocket and the deep pockets in front. Jacket is also very light weight.

Omg I love This jacket so much I never knew I could love winter until I got this jacket it’s so warm so comfy I thought that the xxxs was going to be toooo small! but it fits so perfect I could wear sweaters underneath if I want to and I could also wear it without anything underneath because it’s just so warm and comfy.!!

I bought this in the soft matte black colour in extra small and honestly I think this is the best purchase I ever made. It fits like a glove and it's definitely worth the price because its sooo warm. 95% of my body is covered and I can even go out with just a t-shirt and this jacket still keeps me warm in the coldest weather. I would definitely recommend this jacket

I bought it for 12 years old my daughter and she loves it. Even though she is a bit to small for for it she says it keep her whole body warm and she wears it mostly everyday.

Super soft, not bulky, perfectly adorable. Would highly recommend it to a friend.

It's too warm, but it's a little big. If you want to wear it pretty, you'll have to reduce the size of your original size.

I wish the side buttons didn’t let the wind in. Otherwise I would have given the coat a 5 star.

Pros: simple style, warm and light, got a sleeve cuff, Cons: the cloth is not durable, you cannot pull too hard, otherwise it will tear.

I love the super puff! Material feels great, warm and stylish! Only downside is the shedding of feathers. This is my first puffer so I’m not sure if that’s normal.

love the look of the jacket, super sleek and stylish as well as being really cozy and warm. my only gripe is that the feathers come out of some of the seams with wear.

I used to hate leaving my house during the winter but with this jacket, it feels like I'm wearing a blanket all day. Super cozy and light, hood is great, length is perfect. I cannot say a single bad thing about this jacket. I like how there is room on the inside so I can layer underneath. Perfect jacket.

I just recently moved to NY and the weather has consistently been in the mid 30s recently, so I needed something warm while still being cute.

This definitely fits oversized. I am almost always a size medium in everything I own, but I sized down to a small after reading other reviews. When I received it, I realized I could even go down to an XS, but if you'd like it to fit slightly oversized while not appearing to be drowning in it, definitely go down one size from your usual.

There was mention in other review thats the feathers sometimes come out and that is true, but it's not enough for me to be upset about. It is extremely warm and I tend to overheat when I have this puffer on inside buildings. I've worn just a t-shirt underneath and it was still warm enough for low to mid 30s weather. Im sure it'll do well for even lowers temp, as it is meant for as low as -40.

My favorite feature is the lining in the pockets and at the wrists. With my other coats, I had an issue where the cold/wind could easily enter through the wrist even when wearing gloves. That's not something I worry about anymore as these have a very fitted lining at the wrist.

I was surprised to find a two-way zipper. Initially I was concerned about being restricted in the legs when the jacket was completely zipped, but that can be adjusted thanks to the two way zipper as well as the buttons on the sides.

So if you're contemplating on whether or not you should get this puff, JUST DO ITTTT! You won't regret it!

If you want to feel like you're walking around in a big puffy duvet all day long, get this jacket. Keeps you super warm (arguably too warm at times), super dry and super cozy. Only critique is the shedding of feathers through the material, but overall great investment.

thought I would be too short to wear this but its not true! the length keeps you so much warmer than other coats. so much lighter and more comfortable than my north face parka. Definitely recommend for dressy or casual days (you can comfortably wear light dress pants in the winter without freezing your legs off!!)

It’s definitely warm and nice but the sleeves are too long that it looks kinda awkward if you don't put your hands in the pockets

Definitely one of the woman’s cold I’ve ever had. The fabric is super high-quality! And the coat it’s self is very light weight even though it’s really long so I don’t feel like I’m suffocating. Definitely worth the cost.I sized up in this coat because I thought I would need to layer underneath but you don’t need to wear anything at all.

I already have the regular super puff but as winter was approaching at SFU i knew i was going to need this!! its super warm and cozy and feels like wearing a sleeping bag all day, got lots of compliments on it already! plus it has zippered external pockets unlike the reg puff which is super handy

I consistently wear XS, but I was told to opt for the XXS and even that is a little large.The colour is beautiful and it's light and soft. Excited to wear it over the winter months.
