SOOO nice and comfortable. I've had it for over a year and can confirm it's worth every penny. I feel so warm in it 24/7. I don't know how I faced Midwest winters without it.

I love this coat. I have the shorty as well, but for colder days, this one is preferred. I like that the pockets have zippers so my phone doesn't fall out!

Only jacket that’s not a million dollars and that keeps you coming back for more.. why? Because it’s light, it’s warm, it’s cozy, so many colours.. I’d rather spend $1000 buying 6 super puffs over spending $1000 on one of those other high end jackets that are honestly way less warm than these and heavier too. Just buy it

So cute and warm! My college girl loves it. We bought this during the TX freeze and it’s been a lifesaver. Two of her friends ordered the same one after seeing it. Fits right below the bum, she’s 5’4-5’5.

Kept me warm in -40 temperatures. Great fit with room for movement! And I like the length as well for a taller gal.

Bought this jacket and have no regret. The fabric is really nice and I love how it’s big enough to wear with a hoodie underneath. I usually wear a L/XL since I like my clothes oversized. I chose to go with a L because I heard that this jacket runs slightly big. I would definitely buy this again.

I bought the super puff mid for those frigid days in Toronto. Had a small issue after I ordered and received my super puff. Coat came and developed an awful "wet dog smell" after staying in the closet for 2 weeks. Called Customer service, returned and ordered again in the same colour (sea spray) and size. It came super quick the next morning. I let it sit in my closet for a week and luckily it didn't smell like the 1st.

Its very warm and perfect for those cold days. I love the bright colour and that it's quite visible at night. Very happy with my purchase.

Very warm jacket. Only issue I have at times is the zipper but it was definitely worth the cost. I’m a size M but initial ordered a small based on reviews but size small was too snug. Stick to your normal size it you light to wear sweaters under and have hips and a bum :)

Jacket was too big so I returned immediately. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still have received my refund…

I exchanged the Puff2O for this one after that one's fit was a flop (too to-heavy, tighter arms, faulty zippers). So far I am so much happier with this one. Yes, you look a bit like a marshmallow...but that's the look, right? It is very warm and cozy. I love the generous hood, and the detail around the cuffs to keep the wind out. I am disappointed it isn't waterproof, so I have change coats if it is raining or snowing a lot. I am normally between a small and a medium, and got a small is this. It fits a little generously, but not enough for me to size down further because I want it to fit over bulky sweaters.

I purchased my Superpuff last November , I’ve noticed this winter that on the bum and in the elbow creases I can feel the cold air . I’m disappointed as it’s an expensive coat and should last longer than a few months of wear. The only other downside is the fabric is very fragile and rips easily.

I just received my coat, after himming and hawing over size. I am typically a 12, but measure 40 around the bust. The Aritzia size guide said XL or 2XL. Thankfully I read up and went with an L. Just did a walk with my new jacket over a comfy sweatshirt and it fits perfectly and kept me warm on a dry 25 degree WI walk!

This is the 2nd super puff I have and they are my favorite jackets. The mid length one is perfect for those colder days and the shorty one I have is good for when it's chilly but not -20 type of weather. They are both warm and super comfy, like I'm wearing a cloud. I bought the green one for my mom for Christmas because she loved mine so much. I have had my first one for about 4 years now and it is still in perfect condition (it is black so it does tend to wear better than a lighter colour) . Just make sure to follow the washing instructions.

Didn’t receive one out of two ordered, they aren’t interested in dealing with it. Never got packed. Customer service is brutal!

I got an old version of Super Puff. Don't recommend. It's not thick enough and my back feels cold. I returned.

Love my new super puff! Was really shocked that a size small would fit when I’m normally a large! Was fully prepared to be sending it back but if fit to a tee!! And it’s lovely and warm and not heavy like some!

This is my 4th super puff. Don’t get me wrong, I love aritzia and basically only shop there for clothing. The jacket keeps me warm but I’ve had the same experience with every single superpuff I’ve had. THE. STITCHING. SUCKS. I’ve had this one for only a month and two weeks in the stitching on the end of the sleeves and inside the pockets falls apart. I never leave reviews but for a jacket that is a few 100$, they should at least improve their stitching. Please do better.

I purchased this coat in the rich brown mocha colour. It is super comfy and warm. I sized down to an xs and there is still lots of room to move around, typically I would purchase a small. The only down fall is that it is CONSTANTLY stained. Small watermark looking stains are all over it all the time. As soon as I get home I have to wipe it down with dawn dish soap and water to prevent these from staying. Seriously so frustrating. I really wouldn’t recommend buying this coat in anything except black. Keep in mind I am only wearing this to and from work.

This coat is amazingly warm, soft, cozy and not heavy. I love it. I wore it in 27 degrees and it came me very warm.

I love the Super Puff! I originally ordered a size small which I typically am in aritzia brands. The small was too big for me though- kind of hung on my body. I returned for an XS and it’s the perfect fit, still room to wear a thicker sweater underneath if need be. Super warm and I love the sleek style of the black.

I bought the original super puff in the regular length last year and fell in love. It was puffy but not over puffy and super warm. I decided to buy a mid length super puff, in the same color, for my mom this year for Christmas. I was so disappointed when it arrived. The outer fabric was completely different and looked like a cheaper version of my original super puff. Another thing to note was that it wasn’t as puffy and on the thinner side. I understand as things become more popular and more in demand, companies try to keep up with that demand in production, which may result in choosing cheaper materials to cut costs. This is really sad because I adore my original super puff.
