So far this coat has been great, until I went to wash it. I purchased this in October of 2022 and just washed it for the first time as it was very dirty from regular wearing. I got the modern taupe color so it shows dirt relatively easy. I followed the washing and drying instructions to a tee, and not only did this not come out clean, it looks worse than before I washed it! There were no insulation stains, just dirt from wearing daily. I’m so disappointed as I spent $300 on this jacket and I cannot believe it would not come clean after washing.

Absolutely obsessed, so warm and comfy and flattering. Love all the little details so much. I am 5’8 and a solid size 12 and usually wear a L or XL, but had to size down to a medium.

Great fit and good fabric

The person it was bought for lives the coat. She said it’s super warm and gets lots of compliments on her jacket.

I had to order the super puff mid 4 times on line to finally get the right size!…..despite using the Aritzia size chart. The sizing is not consistent at all and “Super frustrating” because by the time you figure out the correct fit, the sizes and colors are gone! I have even tried the coat on in store and found no two fit the same, despite same coat and colour! My best advice is to take your money into the store, physically try on the coats and only purchase one that you try on in person! Otherwise, you will be huffing and puffing with frustration. I finally found THE one that fits, but it was a rough journey to get to the finish line. It shouldn’t be this hard. Also, buyer beware if you order on line, your coat comes in a paper bag, not the Super Puff zippered dust bag…..also “super” disappointing.

This coat is beautiful! It's so warm and comfortable. We had a couple weeks of -30 weather and it kept me so warm. I got the spice brown color and I love it, such a beautiful color!

I love my super puff. One of the cosiest coats I’ve ever owned. For reference I usually take a size small but after talking to one of your awesome customer service people I decided to size down to XS. The fit and color- ruby red are perfect.

Definitely does the job but fits a bit larger for my petite frame even with a sweater. Nonetheless I would still recommend this jacket as the material is very light and comfortable!

The jacket is very warm, and I was reluctant to return it for that reason, but the zipper looked and felt cheap, and the jacket came with strings already hanging out of it. For a $300 jacket, I expected something of much higher quality. It also runs very large, as other reviews have mentioned. I sized down twice and it fit.

This jacket is keeping me warm and it quite comfortable! A decent price point for what you’re getting too.

I really wanted to love this jacket, but I unfortunately experienced multiple issues with quality control. I wound up having to order and return this jacket multiple times. While some of the returns were due to fit preferences, others had to do with quality issues – one coat had uneven down fill, and another (the one I tried to keep) had loose threads, a faulty drawstring, and eventually a torn seam after less than a month of wear. For the price, the quality should be more reliable. Customer service has generally been helpful and responsive, but exchanges are a hassle as they make you repurchase and then refund you, rather than just swapping the item out. After several attempts to buy this jacket, I gave up and and took a refund. I honestly would have tried one more time, but now the color and size I want is sold out until April. I may give the Superpuff another try next winter and hope for better quality, because I did genuinely love the style and warmth of the item.

Perfect length for us short gals, keeps u warm, black goes with everything, just love my super puff it’s warmer than my north face one. Definitely a must buy, also they fit a little larger than ur normal size so sometimes u gotta size down.

This jacket arrived quickly despite selecting standard shipping. It only took about 2 days. The the jacket is very warm and snug. It can overheat if it is worn indoors for too long. If you wear layers or bulky clothes like sweaters or layers, you will definitely overheat. It's a great jacket for you if you have issues regulating your body temperature or get cold easily, then this is the jacket for you.
The only negative thing is the stock is constantly low in the store and online. Many colours were unavailable and the wait could be up to six months to get your preferred colour and size.

I love it , so warm and it’s the perfect length if you want a long coat but don’t want it down to your ankles. The hood is a bit weird shaped but you get used to it and keep your head warm. I’ve had it about a month and the goose feathers are starting to pop out which worries me for when I have to wash it for the first time! Other then that such a great coat.

The quality is outstanding, simple design, and all of the details are functional.
It’s cuddly, I can depend that it’ll be keep me warm in below freezing temperatures & high winds. It’s a winner, especially because there’s no outside label!

Lightweight and warm

The fabric is soft, keeps you stylish and warm at the same time. Perfect length for walking outdoors too!

Why are so many of these sizes sold out? It’s still January…not the middle of the summer. Then the estimated shipping for the new stock is April, who on earth is ordering a goose down coat to wear in April? Kind of pathetic for a company that is doing so well 😕

Warm coat, but runs big.

In January 2022 I ordered the Super Puff O in "Purple Pop". When I tried it on, I KNEW "This isthe Jacket, Colour I want.
In September I started looking at diffreent Coats. My go to store is Aritzia. I saw the Lavish Lavender.
If You have looked at it online, it looks blue. When I got home and took it out of the packaging, I LOVED it immediately.
Because I am so short, it falls just above my Knees. When I wore it to my Brother's Place for Christmas Dinner, My Family complimated on how well it suits me/
Lovely Lavener is a geat color. If purple is your favouite colour, but it. You will be happy you did.

Keeps me warm, amazing

I bought the regular length super puff a year ago in the store and it is hands down my favorite winter coat. Its so incredibly puffy and keeps me warm. I thought I would purchase this year the mid length for the cold weather happening on the east coast and when it arrived in the mail the puff of this coat could not compare to the super puff I bought in store. I read other reviews where people mentioned to leave it out to puff back up from being in a box / packaged. Well its been well over a month and unfortuantly this puffer has never puffed up. Its not even as warm as my regular length super puff. Im so upset, and regret buying this online :(

Took my regular size, 2XS, and it has room, could definitely wear a thick sweater under and still move comfortably, but don't really need the thick sweater as it's totally warm enough. Size down if you want something more snug. I got it in the dark green and the colour is beautiful. I like that the bottom has adjustable elastics and the pockets have zippers.

I usually don’t spend this much on a jacket but this coat is super warm, perfect length to keep your legs warm, and looks fashionable. I’m 4’11” 100lbs and the 2xs fit perfect. I can fit a sweatshirt underneath but not a huge oversized one. I probably could have gone up a size and it would still fit well. The only thing that kind of bothers me is the wrist/hand sleeves. They’re kind of tight and I have to fold them down everytime I don’t want to use the thumb holes.

I really like the color and how warm it is. It’s also very comfortable. I got a medium but probably could have done a small as the sleeves are a little long and I have room in the back which makes me look like a big marshmallow (no shape) when wearing it.

This jacket is very warm. Seems a bit excessive for someone who lives in California, however, I can’t wait to bring on trips to colder climates! The stone taupe color is very fashionable and nice. Looking forward to early morning walks with my doggo.

I lived in Alaska ,this puffy jacket is literally and keep you so warm from head to toe.and high quality and soft !so happy with my purchase!thank you Aritzia.

The quality is seriously lacking at top level there’s stitching’s which are pooping out. Where the stitching ends there are long ends dangling. The amount I paid 275+ tax no quality control. Competition are almost same price but god the quality control is great

For reference, I've lived in eastern Canada my whole life and I get cold super easily. In my opinion, this coat does not deliver warmth to -30°C... I definitely have to wear a big sweater underneath to be comfortable. I was waiting for the bus in -10°C and I could feel the cold. However, it's not as bad when I'm walking. But for this price, I won't complain too much. I understand this is not a 1000$ coat so I am still satisfied with my super puff. It's comfy and the colour red willow is gorgeous. I'm normally a L in coats and the M fits perfectly.

The coat is very nice but fits generously. I sized down two sizes for a less baggy look. Normally I’m a xs and I got a 2xs and there is still room to layer underneath and it’s not tight in the shoulders

Fits very comfortably and can layer under without it feeling too tight.

The super puff is extremely warm and very comfortable. I am very short (5’2) so I had to return it because I looked like I was wearing my boyfriend’s jacket. I’m still giving it 5 stars because it’s not Aritzia’s fault if I’m a midget. I bought the exact same one but regular not Mid and it fits like a glove. Waterproof and the warmest that I own, even warmer than my Kanuk!

It is the perfect coat for the winter. You will never be cold with this one. However, please note that normally I am wearing small in everything and with the super puff I took XXS.

This was a gift for my teenage daughter, she requested it. She loves it! It fits really well and is super warm.

Love how soft the jacket is, but sheesh, I hope y'all are reading reviews (learned this one the hard way). I'm 5'6"/120lb, the sizing tool put me in an S. I ordered an XS and it's still a bit big - I love the color and it fits fine enough if I have a few extra layers on, but the XXS in stores fit me like a glove. Grab one of these but size down at least one size - and maybe two sizes if you're normally in between sizes like me!

I tried on a size small in store and it fit perfectly. However they didn’t have the colour I wanted in store. So I ordered the colour I wanted online in a small. When I received the order the size small was much bigger than the one I tried in store. Unfortunately the colour was sold out in all sizes at that point. When I returned in store I tried on another size small and it fit better than the one I ordered. Disappointed I’m unable to wear the jacket I had been excited about.

I bought the mid- length to replace my regular (original length) jacket. I had always found that jacket to sit at an awkward length on me and didn't reach for it- also the original versions leaked feathers everywhere! I find the new fabric to be way thicker and therefore the feathers stay in the jacket where they should. I love the length of this jacket, the style and fabric are cozy and look great. I highly recommend. Only thing to note is in the original jacket I was an XXS and in this jacket I'm an XS and it's even a bit tight in the lower portion of the jacket. ALSO the zipper at the bottom often times gets stuck and that's why I'm lowering the stars to 4/5.

It’s warm and fits well.

I hesitated a lot before buying this coat because of the price but it's so worth it. I was skeptical so I tested it out when it felt like -25 celsius outside with CRAZY wind. I was wearing a thin long sleeve underneath so my arms felt a little chilly but my torso was toasty. So I decided to lay down in the snow for a few minutes to test the water resistant/warmth! Same results! I'm normally an XS/S in coats but I got the XXS after reading reviews. It's the right amount of space to put a couple layers under too. And for my short friends, the length is great! It goes a little past my knees.

I literally own the Super Puff in every length, and this one is my favourite as my everyday jacket for commuting to school and work. It fits just past my butt and keeps me so warm I am in love with this jacket!

Ice and light but very warm.

I have one of these coats from 4 years ago and I love it! This new one is different. It was smaller for sure. The color shown was not at all what came. It looked red in the photo but it was pink
