the super puff₂o™

I liked this for the first 3 weeks -- it was pretty good at keeping out the rain, plus super warm. I took it on a hike (3 hrs in the rain) and a bit of water soaked through. Not only that, but I noticed some pilling in the area where my arms brushed against my sides. For this price, the material really shouldn't be doing that.

I asked about an exchange with Concierge, but they wanted me to *send* the faulty jacket back to them in order to get a new one. Not really sure why that needs to happen. The exchange process seemed like a rigamarole, so I said forget about it. I learned my lesson. I'll be buying from Arc’teryx next winter, since they have a more generous return policy.

My advice is to save your money for something of better quality. This jacket is very cute and warm, but the performance isn't there.

I love my puffer, the only thing I would say is if you like wearing bigger sweaters, size up. I'm normally an xs but because of the sweaters I usually wear I went up a size, the armpit area/arm was too tight in my regular size, something to consider when making such a big purchase! However, with the size up it fits wonderfully now!

I ordered this not sure if it would live up to the hype. I have been so impressed with this jacket. It is warmer than my long coat from an outdoor company brand. It is totally waterproof and it looks cute! I would definitely recommend. It fits true to size I would say.

This Puffer is great! I wear it when I walk my dog outside and it kept me very warm. Just FYI If you are on a chunkier size this puffer will make you look a little extra bigger.

I bought a super puff 02 for horse riding. It performed beautifully but required washing so I washed it per manufacturers instruction in cold, gentle cycle, inside out and gently dried it thoroughly. It was raining and my super puff O2 was saturated!!!! It’s supposed to have waterproof fabric and bead but the rain soaked right in. It is not performing as expected!

Great looking puffer and I love the length on this one cause it slightly longer. Very easy to wear with just one zipper!! The color is very nice and classy!!

This jacket is expensive but worth it! The water slides right off it and doesn’t stick! The fit is excellent and so comfy. If inbetween I would go for the size up but fits true to size!

I liked the coat and loved the color but decided I wanted more coverage from the elements. So i exchanged it for the long 0² superpuff. Something I think they should consider as an upgrade for the super puff coats overall tough, is a larger hood and straps to carry the coat hands free when indoors, like is the TNA parkas. If these upgrades can be made, I'd definitely consider another super puff.

Very warm and light. Good outside material. Stylish colour and design. Low key but elegant.

I only owned this jacket for 14 days and I work from home so I rarely leave except for once a week for groceries, and it was great for the two times I've worn it. The only downfall is washing it since it already smelled and I hoped if I left it out in the open or going out, it would go away. I was WRONG the results afterwards is HORRIBLE. They should be putting a before and after picture, and instead of saying the coat is not the same after wash disclaimer which i don't see anywhere besides customer service response. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY for it to end up flat and deflated. NOWHERE NEAR being close to being puffy again. It's entirely different jacket now. I've bought cheaper coats that are puffy, washed, and returned to it's state perfectly fine.

I'm usually an xs or a s. bought a small so I could layer under the coat. Very warm and the water proof is necessary in the PNW

I love everything about this jacket. The size and fit are perfect and it’s really warm for northern Alberta winters.

Loved the coat, but the actual color was really different than what is on the website. Was more of a dark green than the bright color shown. Returned and went with the original Superpuff (much happier with the brighter color, and I also think it is *ever so slightly* larger.)

So warm and comfy. Fits large so size down. Love the Seagrass Green color, it’s gorgeous. Def worth every penny!

I love this jacket- it’s warm, breathable, and fluffy. The colours are just as pictured too. However, it seems like the sizes vary. I tried on a small in seagrass green and black in store and it fit true to size. Then ordered a small in marble grey online and it fit like a medium. I gave it to my mom who is a medium and it fit her perfectly.

Love it! It fit perfectly and keeps me nice and warm. The sleeves and pockets have the softest fabric. Totally worth it!

I normally wear an xxs in most aritzia clothes, but chose a xs in this jacket so I could layer underneath, and it still looks great. It is also very windproof. I love it and also that fact that it is waterproof for the wet west coast drizzle.

5’3, athletic build. This jacket is perfect for commutes and for early morning/late evening dog walks. Keeps you warm and dry.

If you wanna buy this, buy it in your size, there is enough room for layering. I thought this was like oversize as superpuff original and I ordered smaller size (S) it was snug and tight. I changed to M in store and even the girl working there said this waterproof ones are true to size not like original ones.

I love it, the only problem is that it’s hard to zip up when I am not wearing it ( I don’t know if this is normal). I also love the way that when I layer up and when I don’t, it looks good.

It’s been a mild fall so far so I haven’t got to wear it yet but I will need it very soon! It fits well, it’s long enough that it covers my bum which is perfect, and is super warm and cozy. Can’t wait to wear it!

I can’t wait to wear it in the colder months. I opted for this version over the new O2 as my friend said this is water resistant enough for our winters.

I have been very attracted to the various configurations of the Super Puffs. I like the characteristics and I like the colours. Sadly, I returned my Super Puff. Here’s why. I love the Shorty, possibly because I’m short and it’s cute on me. But it’s meant to keep me warm, and if I want to be warm in winter it needs to be longer. So I considered the longer lengths and found them boring. I think they need to have a belt or something to create interest. It would also have been easier if the store stocked samples of every colour and not just the neutral colours. I had to return three big boxes to the store and that wasn’t fun.
For info, My normal size is a small and the small fit me perfectly, even with a sweater.
If you choose to buy one, I’m sure you will enjoy it.

I normally wear a size XL but I brought an L in this one and I love it, if it’s amazing, not small at all specially for the cold weather, that way no air enters, the quality is amazing and it’s light not like the other winter coats that are way too heavy, worth it!!!!!

I love that it is water proof, I live on Vancouver island and it is perfect for the winter rainy weather here! Highly recommend! it does fit true to size so if you are wanting to be able to comfortably wear a hoodie underneath would suggest sizing up, I got a XS when I am normally a XXS just for that extra wiggle room

Love the color ans how light weight it is. Really great for windy days and I'm excited to wear it in the winter months. I've gotten so many compliments on the color and it's honestly not the same as what you see online. It's so much better in person. Love the little black sleeves it has keeps your hands really warm. It's a very simple yet sophisticated look for a jacket.

Love the regular supers but living in BC, it rains a lot during the fall and winter so I got rid of them. I missed the comfort so much and was happy to give the waterproof one a try!

Just as cozy and warm but also being able to stay dry is excellent. I would say they fit a half size larger. I could have stuck with size L but got the XL and don't mind the extra room.

I love the jacket, super warm. Also a perfect fit. The cuff sleeve is a bit uneven on the jacket I got. Other than that, it's perfect.

this is the warmest jacket ever! i’ve had the TNA Haven parka before and found it fits too tight in the arms and feels very restricted but this puffer is so roomy! I don’t even have to zip it up to feel warm either which i love!

So far so good! Perfectly waterproof and very similar to the og superpuff in regard to fit and fluff. I would highly recommend the 2O over the regular if you’re in rain a lot of the year.

will say I was a bit disappointed that the seam sometimes rolls out of my sleeve and is exposed so it looks a bit poorly put together, but if I pull the sleeves, it will roll back in.

I love how warm this coat is. It is truly windproof so even on really windy days, I am kept warm and snugged. It is really oversized though. I originally ordered the coat in the 2XS but had to exchange to a 3XS because it was too large.

PROs: The sleeves end right at my wrists and the jacket ends right below my butt. I wore only a shirt underneath in 39 degrees F weather and felt warm. I think I would have been able to layer in a thin sweater/hoodie. If I sized up, I think I would be able to layer more but I don't think that's necessary because I felt warm enough. Feels light.

CONs: The hood is not detachable like the Super Puff Original. The jacket does not "look" as puffy as other puffer jackets because the seams across the jacket are not sown down which I believe adds to its water poof quality.

This jacket runs larger than the vest that I had purchased. I am a S in the vest and a XS/XXS in the jacket.

Just moved to Ontario from BC so needed a good winter jacket. Been keeping me super warm and dry - so far so good!! Highly recommend

Its a puffer so its roomy,
Got it for my mom and she loves the lightweight and especially the zipper pocket. The other super puffs does not have zipper pockets on the outside. Only the O2.
