The Slouch™ Coat - (Re)Camel Wool

The quality is fantastic. The coat is very well made and looks amazing. It does seem to fit a bit large.

been eyeing this coat for a while! never tried it on in store, ordered the s and xs in short(im 5'1, 119 lbs) the s was a good fit but the xs worked better on my body - still enough room to layer underneath with a baggy hoodie.

Am 5' 110lbs and bought xs in Regular sizing. It looked like a size large on me rather than the oversize-trend. Will try Short sizing next fall.

I'm a S/M. I got the petite S and it fit more like a L. Way too slouchy and overwhelming for a petite frame. I'm also not a fan of this type of wool fabric. It made the coat look old and worned. Returned.

I’m 5’1” 105 and the xs short fits like a dream. Roomy but not too overwhelming somehow on a petite person.

I love how heavy and warm the jacket is but my husband said I look homeless. I accidentally ordered a Tall XL.
Also, the color looked better on the model. When I tried it on, again, my husband said I look homeless. ☹️

I got the camel version in the beautiful shade Eclair Brown. While I liked the coat, the style simply overwhelmed me. It was not loose to oversize but too big overall on my relatively slight frame. On me, it resembled a bathrobe, and I looked like a gnome. I chose the regular long length, which I was okay with, but not I discovered with this very loose cut.

This coat is not only warm but elevates almost any outfit. Pairs easily with more elegant looks but also compliments sweats and a sweater. I wear this everyday. :)

I love this coat! I was originally going to get the boucle wool version but its warmth rating was only -10°, whereas this version is rated to -20°. I opted for the Tall length in a size XS (my normal size) - I’m 5’7 and it hits me mid calf, which is exactly what I wanted.

I first ordered a Medium Long, and returned for a Small Regular. I'm glad I exchanged-fits great. Beautiful color and good weight and warm.

Super cute wool coat, fits true to size, has deep pockets and the fabric feels nice, but thin. I think this wool coat will be good for warm winters and the fall/early spring, but in terms of being warm enough for -4F temperature as advertised... definitely not the case. Nonetheless, happy with my purchase, though only time will tell if this coat will last long quality-wise.

Love my new coat. Comfort fit. I’m normally an XS or Small so went with a small (I’m 5’7” 125lbs). Basically I sized up so I can layer and it’s perfect. Excellent quality, warm and so so cute on! I would highly recommend to a friends/family!

I am 5'5 and because there were no more regular sizes left, i took a chance and ordered the tall and its perfect! Not too long at all, falls mid calf, and i'm actually really happy I went with the tall since its the perfect length! Also love this slouch that is mostly camel hair, over the 100% wool one. Its not as stiff and structured which i love.

Got wrong coat sent this back. Don’t like double row of buttons.

This coat is very warm. The fabric is high quality and the construction is top notch. I had to try it in the store to know which size to get. I am 4-11, 136 lbs, 36DD and the short Small fit perfectly with room for blazer, sweater and scarf. It is a coat for cold weather. I got the camel color and will come back for the black. I can see this coat lasting for years and continuing to look like new. Don't hesitate!

Good quality and warm enough for winter coats

I tried this coat alongside the Only Coat, and it was not right for me. The style was shapeless and gave me zero figure (even after sizing down to a small). My boyfriend said it looked like one of those fictional merchants that sells goods within the inside of their coats. I also wasn't a fan of the camel hair on this coat - it was quite itchy. Overall, a much bigger fan of other Aritzia coats such as the Connor or Montage, which provide a more flattering fit.

Love the weight of the material, has an expensive heft. I’m 5’3”, 135 lbs, and I wish I sized down and got this as an XS. It fits oversized already, and a S DOES work, however I think an XS would have a little more structure (for me)

Really light but also warm, I love the camel fabric. It definitely came slightly larger than I expected, but still the right kind of oversized in my opinion. I'm normally between S or M (5'7, 140 lbs) but I got M and it's exactly how I want it to fit.

I’m 5’3 160lbs, curvy and got the size medium. Huge!!! I was practically swimming in it. Not flattering. I had a sweat shirt underneath and still swam in it. However, the coat is super nice; great quality. I’ll be ordering the mid size in a small and see how that fits.
