Literally every time I wear these I get compliments on how well they suit me. I am 5'5 and curvey with a tummy and these look freaking great.

You can't size down because every lump shows in a light colour though...

These are glorious but aritzia needs to remember us short people! They never come in pretty colours in short. If you can get cropped - then you're lucky!!

I’m 5”6 and 120 lbs. I’m usually a 2 in aritzia pants but I got a 0 because these effortless pants run large. I already have them in black and just got them in the light birch for summer. They are my favourite pants ever. I wear them to work and to go out! They are the comfiest things ever.

These pants are truly effortless and go with everything. I love pairing them with a knit shirt and jacket for an easy work outfit. The tall sizes are awesome and all of the proportions are adjusted for tall bodies: extra length from the crotch to waist to account for longer torso and extra length at the bottom for longer legs.

The quality of these pants is subpar. I purchased the Peppercorn grey and a color similar to the Rich Mocha brown in size 2, and there is snagging on both of them within a few wears. Further, the sizing is super inconsistent between the two, with the peppercorn grey being loose and long while the brown is tight and short on me. Overall, the material feels like plastic too. I would not recommend spending hundreds on effortless pants like I did, because they do not hold up. Also the light birch are see through.

The fit and quality is top notch. Highly recommend

They go with everything, and I love that they wash and dry. However they run super small now. My last couple pairs the hem and stitching have come undone too. Not sure why

I went searching for the perfect pair of tailored pants and Aritzia kept popping as a suggestion. I ordered from 4 different companies including here. When I tell you not a single pair fit on me like these did. I ordered 2 more pair after. The key was measuring my waist/hips and choosing the size based off that. Also, I’m 5’3 so the regular is just a little long for me (depends on the style you are going for) but I would absolutely purchase all the colors if I could.

Perfect fit once hemmed. Gorgeous for work or casual. Wear with heel and blazer for work. Runners and jean jacket for weekend. Nice quality and highly recommend.

I tried on a size 12 at the store and it was tight around my waist. They didn’t have a size 14 in the store so I ordered it online. (It doesn’t allow me to say I ordered a size 14 so posted 12) When it arrived it was so loose around my waist and extremely baggy and very long. I ordered the short I am 5”4 and 150 pounds.
FYI I am a size 10 or 12 in the Wilfred line at Aritzia.
Sadly I ended up returning the effortless pants in store and happily exchanged them for the Alayna Pant in a size 10. They only carry regular length in store so I got them hemmed. They are perfect 👍🏼

I had the size 2 in short originally (was a gift) and the length and fit was perfect however the waist was very constricting. I went up to a size 6 in short and the waist fits me perfect but now the length was way too long and it looked too baggy which I didn’t like. So now I have to take it in to get it hemmed. (I’m 5’1, 125 pounds with a waist of 27) I don’t understand why the length was so long and baggier than the size 2.

I’m usually between a size 4 and 6 but closer to a 4. Im curvier at the hips and these fit my waist and hips nicely. I’m 5’3 and the petite is the perfect length! Love these so much!

I loves these pant so much o went back and bought them in black too. I have a small waist and big hips and so it is difficult for me to find pants that fit right until these! They are high waisted enough that sit nicely on my waist. And The Japanese crepe is a very flattering fabric.

I have gotten so much wear out of these pants. I'm 5'5" and the short length is perfect for me. I prefer the cotton material (as oppose to the crepe or linen). I'd recommend trying sizing though, I sized down in this material, while have a wool material that's true to size

Fit is great, but the material is too thin and see through. You can see everything!!! I would be ok with wearing nude underwear, but you can literally see the texture of your skin through them

Ordered this for a trip overseas. This is great for work, and play. Can be dressed up and down. Super versatile pants. Size 4 was a bit long and roomie, and size 2 gave the perfect tailored look for my body.

Glides over my body. No pulling, no bagginess. And the length is perfect!

Ordered 2 of these in the crepe fabric, the black and mocha brown. I sized down in these. The fabric is of top notch qualityI was running around in the rain wearing these and once it dried, it didn’t even wrinkle or get dirty. The length on me is still kinda long even if I wear platform shoes. But otherwise they fit great and give good shape (for all my other curvy girls).

The fabric is just ok. It is slightly itchy. For this price, the hems of the pants should not come undone after only a handful of wear times. Disappointed I will need to take them to a tailor and spend more money.
On the note of fit, they are just *slightly* more catered to a straighter figure. I have a 12 inch difference between waist and hip: 28.5-40.5

The pants and feel of the material itself are nice, my only issue is with the color. I bought the light birch and they were see-through. The pockets were very noticeable as well as underwear if not wearing nude. I returned as they were unacceptable to wear. I will be ordering them in black hoping for a better outcome

Love this pant and I own two pairs in the original fabric, in black and cairo. Classic, elegant, easy to dress up and down. I'm 5'4, longer legs/short torso, wider hips, smaller waist, normally a size 4 (26/27 depending on the brand). I almost always have to get my pants tailored at the waist. I think these pants fit a little tighter in the hips. The 4 was perfect for my waist, too snug in the hips for this style. The 6 is perfectly loose and effortless in the hips, but too big in the waist. I kept the 6 and got it tailored. I also had to get it hemmed since it was too long for me and I'm usually wearing it with flat shoes (regular length).

Amazing fit! Can dress up with heels or dress down with sneakers.

I bough light green color at first with size 2, return it and exchange to size 0, it’s perfect for me. Then I bough the white color , I love both of them whatever the style, length and color. It fit me so well.

I finally found the best pair of flowy white pants. I'm obsessed and can't wait to wear them! They're the perfect length and fit great in a size 6 -- for reference, I'm 5'8", 140lbs. They don't bag in the bootie and have the perfect amount of give in the waist. Total win!

Love the effortless pants, but I was disappointed with the colour when they arrived. They are sort of a pinky white and they don’t look good with true white tops.

These pants are a MUST HAVE! They fit so well and are true to size. I'm 5'2, 26in W and 39 1/2in H and im usually a 6 depending on the brand and type of pants, but the size 6 fits perfectly. The waist isn't too tight, but cinches the waist nicely and even though its wide-leg, makes your butt look amazing!! def recommend

I’d rate 0 stars if I could to be honest. I’ve always loved my black and brown versions of this pant that I got in Jan 2022. I ordered white for this spring / summer and within 2 minutes of opening they were back in the box for a return. I’m SHOCKED how much the quality of these pants has changed. They look drop shipped directly from a Chinese factory and could not have possibly cost more than $0.50 to make. They were 100% sheer / see thru, so there is physically no way to wear these pants to work or really even in public. When I say sheer I mean…. a plastic bag would’ve have more coverage. I have no idea when their manufacturer changed but these effortless pants are FAR different from the ones I own currently. Very disappointed, cheapest pants I’ve ever seen.

The pants fit perfectly, but I ordered the regular length as im exactly 5'7 and the pants were dragging on the floor. Definitely hem these.

Super flattering pants. I have the crop version in 3 colours. The full length was a bit long even at the short length but that’s an easy fix.

I think the pockets at the hips make my hips look wider than they are, but other than that they’re nice.

I love these pants they do my legs so much justice, however don’t wear them with low to the ground shoes/soles in places where they could get wet/dirty easily (snow, wet grass, etc). Overall great pant just a bit lengthy might need to hem mine!

I am 5'3" and I ordered a 4 Short. The model in the image with a size 4 was described to have a 27" inseam but the "size and fit" gave a 30" inseam -- very different! In real life, they are 30" -- so for petite folks with short legs, you will still need to hem them. I will probably keep and hem them 1-2 inches but I wish the website had been more clear about which inseam was correct!

These are my new favorite pants from Aritzia! They're easy to dress up or down. Easy for work or just wearing with a t-shirt and some running shoes. Purchased a size 14 in these and they fit great (review won't let me select size 14 for some reason).

I really love these pants and I’m glad I finally tried them in the tall version. They have such a nice fit around the waist and perfect length with any shoe. I’m a size 4 in most items and the 2 fits great.

I purchased the light birch and the Matte pearl. The light birch is extremely see through. I would think for the price, the fabric would be thicker and better quality. Going to keep because they will still make great summer/casual pants, but could never wear it into the office. The Matte pearl has much better coverage, not completely opaque but safer to wear into the office.

im 160cm/5'3" and got the short. the inseam measures at 30" which is still a little too long for me if i wanted to wear them casually (with sneakers, platform shoes). i got a size 10 and it was a little too baggy on me (i weight 155lb for ref), i had to give it to someone else. i find it a little odd that on the example reference, one of the models was wearing a size 4 short and her inseam was 27". why does the inseam vary per size? you're basically paying the same price for the same length regardless and a little more if you still have to get them tailored.
