The Marlo High Rise Loose

I am typically a size 27, but in Denim Forum jeans, I am a 26. I ordered these in a 26 and it literally feels like it's 2 sizes smaller. I couldn't even zip up!? Returning and buying a 28, hoping it will fit. Big rip off if it doesn't though because these are such lovely jeans and it's exactly the type of wash/style I'm looking for

Very cute cut. Relaxed and lived in but not overwhelming. Aritzia, please do the tall girlies a solid and make denim with a 32” inseam!!!! These would be perfect if they were longer.

Rectangular shaped girl here - for reference in the Agolde 90's jean (not pinch) I'm a 28 or 29 depending on the wash. I started with my true to size of 29 (they did up but tight in the waist), up to 30, then 31, ended on 32. I bought 32. Maybe bc they are rigid denim and I wanted them to hang just a bit and also didn't feel like "breaking them in" but I like that they remained narrow in the hip even if you sized up in the waist.

These are exactly what I was looking for, and I so wanted them to work out. Perfect baggy 90’s jean! Size wise they definitely loosen as you wear them. I tried a 30 and a 29 and the 29’s length was so much shorter than the 30’s (both above ankle on me though still). Please please make these in a tall!

These are the perfect loose jean, where the leg is sufficiently relaxed-looking on even a curvier figure, but not overwhelmingly wide! For reference, I have a 27" waist, 37" hip (all butt and not much side-to-side), and 22" thighs. The Jonis were tight to my thigh while still gapping at the waist. These are an absolute win, as the waist gap is fairly minimal!! I purchased a size 26 short length in 9 Yrs Blondie Bleu, and a size 26 regular length in 5 Yrs Kiss N Tell Bl. There is some variance in fit between washes, as I found that the 9 Yrs pair fit me perfectly, while the 5 Yrs pair was a size too large everywhere. I will be repurchasing in a 25. Also, please add more washes to the Short length!!

I got these in my normal size and they were TINY. I’m a 29 in the Joni jeans so I naively thought a 29 would fit, and I was so wrong. I would need to size up at least two sizes to get them to zip. I also don’t know who they’re made for because they’re super straight up and down through the hip, and the rise is almost more like a mid rise. Big flop.

I’d highly recommend these jeans if you’re looking for the perfect dad fit! I typically wear a size 2 or 4 in pants at aritzia and the 25 fit perfect on me (5’4, 120 lbs). No gaping at the waist and hits just below the ankle. Compared to the Pharrah’s and Joni loose jeans from denim forum, the leg width is perfectly in between. The Pharrah’s were a little too wide and the Joni’s were a little too tapered for my liking. These also have a zip-fly unlike the Joni’s. This is a great alternative to the Levi’s dad jean which is always sold out! Unfortunately these pants may not be suited for those who are taller.
