Classic, Flattering Skirt
This is a great skirt - leans into the longer denim skirt trend we saw this year, without being over the top. The shorter hem means this will likely stay in style for many more years to come (and is more flattering in my view). The slit in front adds an edge. The medium blue wash also makes it easy to pair this with anything. Wore it yesterday and received many compliments. True to size (I went with my usual size 30 and I’m 5’6, 170 lb). Just note that the slit goes pretty high so watch out when sitting down!

Cute but runs large in the waist.
I was so excited to receive this skirt and had dreamed up a million ways to wear it. Sadly it was way too big in the waist. Will order a 23 when it comes back in stock because I love the style.

Disappointed in colour
I love the style of the skirt, but the colour isn't what I was expecting. It's not a true blue, in my opinion, so that alone made me return it. As for sizing, I typically wear a size 25/26 in Aritzia bottoms, so I ordered both, and the 25 was slightly to big. It also gapped in the back, so overall, I wasn't happy with the fit either, unfortunately.

I wasn’t crazy about this skirt. The shade wasn’t my favourite (wish it was a slightly brighter, truer blue - would be easier to pair stuff with it). And the fit wasn’t super flattering. I love the front slit but I wish the skirt was a tad shorter - would look less frumpy on my 5’6 frame. I think the long denim skirt trend might just not be for me.
