liked colour, fabric (always looking for really soft silk; this wasn't); liked style (but waste too high); way too long; never wear it

So comfortable and easy for summer. The fabric on the lighter dresses is a bit sheer though so I ended up purchasing the darker prints.

This is a great piece, but a bit see through. I was wearing nude undergarments, which were still visible.

Absolutely love the Shirt dress. The material is light and airy and the style is classic (with a hint of sexy thanks to the slit). For reference, I’m 5’4” 105lbs and the XS fit perfect.

I bought this dress in the light blue colour last summer. It's extremely flattering, but I haven't been able to wear it yet because it's so low cut that it shows the front of my bra. I wish it had just one more button in the front - I'll need to get it altered before I can comfortably wear it out. This doesn't seem to be an issue for a lot of reviewers, so it might only be too low on people who are a bit on the shorter side (I'm 5'4).

I bought this dress for a photoshoot not thinking I'd get a ton of wear out of it afterwards but it's such a flattering, easy fit I'll be wearing it on cooler summer days or evening dinners out.

An incredibly beautiful dress for a graduation that can be repurposed into work appropriate attire. Only issue is balancing the need for a larger size due to bigger bust, with length of the dress and being so short. Otherwise it is stunning.

Saw this dress on Meghan Markle and had to order it. Love the color, the fit, the material.

Really cute dress! If anything it fits a little big.. I’m usually a XS-S and I went with an XS and it fits perfect. Definitely recommend!

I picked this dress up in black in store in Seattle and all I can say is....WOW! I tried it on for fun, but the moment I put it on I knew I had to buy. The material is great quality, while being light weight enough to wear during hot days during the summer. I know this is going to be a piece I keep in my wardrobe forever! I tried on the same dress in white, and its worth knowing that the white is a bit see-through. Still gorgeous, but a slip might be required if you decide to go with the white!

I am short so I was worried it would be too long, but the fit was great!

The cleavage is a little to deep if you a petite morphology.

I tried on this dress 2 weeks ago at an Aritzia store in Soho. It was very small on my hips and has a very little stretch so I didn't purchase it at that moment. But, it's still gorgeous so I bought it this time. The thing was, its sizing is so weird. I ordered this in the same size that I tried at the store, which is size S. But this time, the dress is quite larger than I tried this before at the store. The dress is running around on my hips. If I'd know this earlier, I would've ordered XS. This is the only reason why I gave 4 stars on this dress. Otherwise, all good.

I am a size 4 or s in most of the Aritzia clothes. The top of the dress fits very well, but the bottom is too tight. I wish the hip part was one to two inches wider. Although I am petite, I find the length acceptable. The material is very soft and sketchy so I could still button up. But the look is not what I want. Unfortunately, I can't return it because it's on sale. I hope I could tailor it. The dress will work beautifully for someone tall and slender but not for people with fuller hips.

Soft and light fabric, this dress is makes me feel attractive while still comfortable and casual. The buttons begin a little low for me as I’m a bit self conscious about my bustiness but still highly recommend.

Fabric cheaper than expected

i'm 5 feet and 98 lbs and got the xxs in shadow blue, the fit of the dress itself was fine, but the length was way too long. the tie does help and I could adjust the length of the dress using that, but it looks a bit funny and would probably be annoying to adjust all the time - not worth the $150 imo.

I have a small waist and wider hips. This dress, especially paired with heels, makes me look really light and flowy with an accent on my waist. I love this dress, I feel it can be worn forever.

Versatile, good quality dress that I will be able to wear for business/casual. Being 5’2”, the more narrow part of the dress, that I would assume would sit at the waist of someone’s taller, falls lower on me around my midsection. I sized up to a small but would have been able to stick to my true size, XS, otherwise

I love how this looked online and wanted a flowy shirt dress but the material isn’t great, wrinkles easily and I just didn’t love the fit.

I really wish it didn’t have pockets (controversy I know!) but it adds so much bulk and the fabric is so light you’d never use them.

I am usually a size small/2-4 at Aritzia, this fit really well! It really hugs your curves which is great. I could have possibly sized up because I thought the buttons around my waist area were a little tight but it isn't that big of a concern for me. Overall I really liked the dress, very classy and flattering!

I get so many compliments on this dress! It's not too revealing, and I love that I can wear sneakers or wedges with it. It doesn't wrinkle so it's perfect for travel. I feel so good every time I wear it! I wanted it to be a little looser, so I sized up and it's perfect. I am 135lbs.

This silk is literally like butter. The thickness of it allows it to fall so beautifully. I ordered a size small, my regular size and it fits perfectly. I'll be able to dress this down or up, which I love!

Very chic dress, the slit is not so short that it’s inappropriate for the office but it can definitely be more sexy if you undo a button or two. Fits true to size and the fabric drapes nicely and doesn’t cling to your body. Only downside (for me) is the pockets. I think it ruins the silhouette a bit and I will never actually use them but it’s certainly not a deal breaker.

This dress is really nice but is rather tight across the bust so I would size up if you have a larger bust.

The dress fits as expected. There is sufficient room in the sleeve/armpit so that you can move freely. Dresses at Aritzia often do not hit the natural waistline and end up somewhere on my ribcage - but not this one! The buttons do not gape.

The top half is pretty large on me. I'm regularly an XS top and S Bottom. The dress hits right above my ankles. Not what I was expecting but with an oversized sweater on top it looks way better.

This dress is a departure from my usual attire, but that's a large part of why I love it. It's work friendly, it's "dinner with the boyfriend's parents" perfect, and all around classic and timeless.

I wished I could give this dress a 5. Everything from how it drapes and contours to your silhouette and how it's perfect for the summer. I bought this dress, aware that other reviews warned it wouldn't hold in the wash and would shrink. Sadly, I've only worn this dress a handful of times and my boyfriend noticed a hole on my the back of my dress. I don't know if it's the material that makes this dress really fragile and delicate but be warned, that you are paying $138 for a dress that will not pass the test of time.

Such a perfect summer dress. Super easy to dress it up or down, I definitely recommend this dress. Something to note when choosing a size is the material of the dress is NOT a stretchy fabric.

I absolutely love this dress and always get compliments! I have it in black and in indigo. I’m a D36 and a medium fits very nicely with a flowy look. A small was way too tight on my chest area. I’m a 29’ in the hips which on me it’s just flowy there anyway. Get a steamer as it wrinkles easily. Love this dress!
